Customers are saying
Customers consistently note the strong suction and lightweight design of the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum, making it easy to use and maneuver. Many appreciate the self-emptying feature and the included attachments, which enhance cleaning versatility. However, some users wish for a more powerful motor and a larger dustbin. The cordless convenience is a significant plus for many, though the battery life is a point of discussion.

Beautiful & Versatile, But Needs More Oomph
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me just start by saying that I applaud Samsung for making a vacuum that a cleaning freak like me not only likes, but also thinks is very stylish. We have kind of hit peak vacuum and need to think about how to make the 'experience' of vacuuming better and to make it work better for our homes. The Samsung Bespoke Jet is not only supremely easy to use, it actually looks nice sitting out in the open in my family room. Granted it is in the corner near the plug, but it is not stashed away in a closet, and actually goes with the color palette of the room extremely well. That being said, I am a clean freak and while the Bespoke Jet is a very good vacuum, it's power is not quite up there with other vacuums in this price range. While this is partially because of the balance between usability/versatility and build quality, I also just think that certain other vacuum makers might still just have the better suction technology. I'm going to break this down into the things I love and the things I dislike: Love: 1. Stylish like a supermodel! The blue and silver coloring on this thing is absolutely gorgeous and the styling is so on point, Architectural Digest wouldn't move it out of frame for a photo shoot. How many people can say their vacuum is sexy? 2. Accessories and accessory station are great and stylish as well. The Bespoke Jet comes with virtually every accessory you need, and the 'tree' holds them all in a nice and neat package that also charges your extra battery! There are a few other accessories that I don't think have shipped yet but the accessory tree will have an add-on arm that will hold those accessories as well. Pretty cool. 3. Swappable batteries. I love the fact that not only can I swap out batteries for big cleaning jobs (though I was able to do my entire 3000 sq/ft home on one battery charge), but I also don't have to worry about what to do with the vacuum once the battery stops working (like I have with a couple of other editions of the expensive vacuums from the other big maker). They also charge fairly quickly in either dock (the one on the main stand while attached to the vacuum as well as the accessory stand for the detached battery). 4. Variable power and power meter. The multiple modes and the battery meter on the vacuum handle make it easy to change power levels to best match your surface and also makes sure that you know where you stand power-wise. 5. Light and comfortable to use. The Bespoke Jet is remarkably light and is stellar for use on stairs. You also don't feel like you just hit the gym after vacuuming the whole house, which may or may not be a good thing if you count vacuuming as exercise when you tell your doctor you 'exercise' all the time! 6. Able to reach into places I have NEVER been able to get a vacuum before! The main vacuum head is so nice and compact and the fact that the vacuum bin is mounted on the top of the vacuum make it easy to get this thing flat on the ground and under virtually ALL of my furniture! Normally I have to use something like a Swiffer to clean under my couch and love seat but now one device can take care of the whole house. 7. The dock/empty station. THIS THING IS SO COOL! I hate emptying out the dust bin on my other vacuum and I feel like I let out half of the stuff I just vacuumed up when I do it. Not with the Bespoke Jet. Drop the vacuum on the stand, push the button, and et voilà! Everything is sucked into a sealed waste bag never too see the light of day again. Changing the bag is a breeze (and Samsung even gives you two extra in addition to the one installed already), and you can't accidentally leave the base station without a waste bag because you can't close the door otherwise. Don't Like: 1. Needs more power. Even on the max setting, I don't get the vacuum lines the way I like on my carpet. With that being said, there is such a thing as too much power and my previous vacuum from the big D vacuum maker actually damaged my installed carpet in a few rooms. It would be nice if they could boost the power by maybe 25-30% and that would be the real sweet spot. Now, this is not going to be as much of an issue for me soon because I will be pulling up the last of the carpet in my house this summer and will go all hard-surface everywhere. The Bespoke Jet has tons of power for that! 2. Dust bin size needs to be bigger. My house is not a dirty place (I'm a clean freak), but this thing fills up WAY too quickly and I have to make several runs to dock/empty station during a whole house clean. 3. The trigger guard. I love that the Bespoke Jet has a simple on/off and not a trigger. It makes it much nicer to grip the vacuum and allows me to move my hand to best adjust my grip for wherever I am vacuuming. But there is a trigger guard like there was a trigger and THIS gets in the way of me holding it sometimes and I have scraped my index finger on it a few time. Plus I keep feeling like I have to squeeze a trigger with it there. I'm sure this will go away after some more time but still, it isn't needed. Shave off a few more ounces and get rid of it Samsung! 4. Fit of certain pieces in the vacuum assembly. There are a few pieces in the main bin/motor assembly that I think need better joining/sealing. I noticed just after two runs/emptyings with the vacuum that quite a bit dust had already wedged into places that the base station didn't have enough power to pull out. Now while I was able to easily disassemble to vacuum and wipe these areas out with a damp paper towel, the vacuum would stay much cleaner looking and probably cause less wear and tear, if these areas lined up better. I'm mostly talking about crevices towards the back of the bin closest to the grip. Conclusion: As you can see the loves totally outnumber the don't likes by a fair margin and one of those don't likes isn't really all that bad. This is a great vacuum by Samsung and if they were to bump the power and bin size by just a smidge, it would probably be THE best vacuum on the market. As it is, it is a great choice for someone who mostly has hard surfaces in their home, likes to get everywhere with one device, and has a serious sense of style. Oh, and who also may not have a ton of storage space in the closet. The Samsung Bespoke Jet is a gorgeous and versatile vacuum, that, while expensive, would be a great addition to any neat freaks' home. It may be the only vacuum you ever need if Samsun continues to make the batteries and waste bags.

Very Good Cordless Vacuum System
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the Bespoke Jet a lot. I wasn’t so sure about switching to a battery-powered vacuum. Prior to this I’ve used a full-size Shark vacuum for the past 4 or 5 years and I’ve been really happy with it, but it’s big and heavy and corded and kind of a pain to take out, so it’s normally reserved for the days I’ve dedicated to vacuuming. With the Bespoke Jet it’s super easy to just lift it off the charging base and start vacuuming, whether it’s a mess I’ve made or just a room I’ve noticed is getting a little dirty. The suction isn’t as good as my Shark, but it’s so much more convenient not just due to it being cordless but also with the base that charges and empties the vacuum. It really does take a lot of the hassle out of vacuuming. The box includes the vacuum, charging base, a decent amount of accessories, and an accessory stand. The charging base also empties the vacuum via a bag system similar to some higher-end robot vacuums, but it’s quite large, so you’ll want to make sure you’ve got a space in your house to dedicate to it. This isn’t a vacuum that’s meant to live in your closet and fortunately it looks really great. I have the dark blue model and it has a very modern look that I’m happy to have on display. Both the charging base and accessory stand will charge the 2 included batteries, but if you plan to use that on the accessory stand it does require another outlet. The vacuum itself is a pretty standard stick design. The dustbin is near the handle and does feel like it's on the smaller side. It lifts rights out of the charging base and has a telescoping adjustment to accommodate multiple heights. The accessory tools are easy to attach and remove. I also really appreciate the inclusion of the stand as it makes getting to everything a lot more convenient versus other vacuums where you could maybe store an accessory or two on the vacuum but the rest were just thrown in a bag. Vacuuming with the Bespoke Jet has been a generally positive experience. It’s lightweight and very easy to handle on bare floors and carpet, though we do have one rug that’s particularly deep that I struggled to move it on. The default setting when you turn it on is ‘MID’, which provides suction I would call adequate in most circumstances and there’s a small LCD display with + and - buttons that let you adjust the power level. The MAX power level I would say was more on the power level I was hoping for and you can step it up one further to JET, but I didn’t find JET to be necessary most of the time. The dual brush system Samsung uses is something I’m familiar with on my Shark and does a great job picking dirt and hair on both bare floors and carpet. I don’t think a battery-powered vacuum in general is going to match its corded equivalent in terms of suction, but I was very happy with the job it did on my house. It was also runs fairly quiet at the MID setting, which is nice. The included attachments are all good and I especially like how the pet tool did on my furniture. There’s even a mopping attachment that I may look into in the future. One thing I did find with the vacuum is that it is not suited for the kind of non-standard messes you’d use a shop vac for. My wife has been doing a lot of ceramics projects, which generates quite a mess. I found that the dust from this clogged up the Bespoke Jet and I ended up having to take it apart and clean all the filters, which fortunately ended up being an easy task all the components are washable under the sink. It’s something to be aware of though. Regarding battery life, at the MID setting you get about 25 minutes of vacuuming time and stepping that up to MAX drops it to a bit less than 20 minutes. At the highest JET setting the battery life is less than 10 minutes. Fortunately the MAX setting did well in pretty much any scenario where I was left wanting by MID. With the 2 batteries cycling between MID and MAX I felt I had more than enough time to cover my entire 1800 sq-ft house, though I would call the 120-minutes quoted battery life by Samsung a bit misleading since that is quoted using the lowest power setting and no motorized attachments. When the vacuum is placed in the base it starts to charge, but it does not automatically empty the bin; that is done via a small button around the back. The bin emptying process pulls the lid off of the dustbin and sucks everything down to a bag in the base. The whole process is a little noisy, but it takes maybe 5-10 seconds at most. One thing to watch out for though is when you lift the vacuum out of the base after this the dustbin WILL be open and must be closed manually. The vacuum will run when the dustbin is open. I learned this lesson the hard way when I went to clean up a mess and ended up just making more of a mess because it shot straight out of the vacuum again. I’m not super stoked about having to purchase bags for this, but thankfully they don’t appear to be terribly expensive and Samsung gives you two extra in the box. Besides a few quibbles I’m very happy to have the Bespoke Jet vacuum. It’s a pricey system, but I think Samsung nailed the most important stuff.

It’s decent
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this vacuum is not worth the full price. I would only recomend buying it if its on sale (i got it brand new for a little over half off). I say its not worth full price because you can get a corded vacuum that has significantly better performance at a fraciton of the cost. The cons of this vacuum are battery life (at max power it only lasts a few minutes), the dust container is veryyy small, theres no hose attachment, I’m 6ft tall and it can be fairly difficult to push across carpet from a high angle since it doesnt really roll like most vacuums, doesn’t stand on its own, the vacuum attachments go on a seperate stand so switching attachments is inconvenient, it lacks the power you could get out of a corded vacuum, and you need to buy replacement bags for the dock. The pros are that the vacuum dock is nifty despite needing bags, not having to plug a vacuum in is also convenient, and thats about it. I got this vacuum because my dog sheds like crazy and I’m tired of dealing with a corded vacuum, sweeping every day going from room to room and bringing the cord with me. For dog fur on a hard floor this thing does the trick. I was a little dissapointed in the quality of the job it did on my car floor but like i said, i got it to sweep dog fur off of a hard floor and for that it does just fine.

A great product needing a couple of tweeks
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As far as features go the Samsung Bespoke Jet (SBJ) has a ton of them. One of the major features advertised is the “Jet Dual Brush” you can clean all floor types without having to change cleaning heads. This is not my first stick vacuum and most of the more current vacuums has this feature now. The SBJ has an “All in One Cleaning Station” which basically sucks all the dirt and debris out of the canister after you finish cleaning, I will say that this keeps the dust at a minimum when you empty it, compared to the other stick vacuums. However, the SBJ when attached to the Cleaning Station sucks out the dirt and dumps it into a disposable bag, which will have to be replaced when it gets full. There is a safety feature that prevents you from closing the bag enclosure panels unless there is a bag attached. The SBJ comes with two batteries which is a plus, they last around 30 minutes, they state that each battery gets around 120 minutes but that is at minimum power and a non-motorized attachment, so you need to have both charged to really do a thorough cleaning. Another nice feature is the handle extends a couple of inches. The SBJ does the job that it’s expected to do and does it well. There are a few negatives that might put you off especially at the price point. The biggest issue I have is the space that it takes up for the Cleaning Station and the Accessory Cradle, both are great, and they both have charging ports for the batteries, But you either have to hook them to a power strip or they take both plugs. We also had a hard time deciding where to put them that was out of the way and still had power. The Cleaning station has another issue that puts a kink in things and that is the Cradle for the Vacuum is on one side and the dump button and the panels to get into the disposal bag are on the other side. You either have to have it 8 to 10 inches away from the wall or move it to change the bag. If they had added a second charging port to the Cleaning Station, you could store the accessory cradle in a closet or another area out of the way. If you extend the handle, you must close the extension for the Vacuum to sit on the Cleaning Station. This is a great device if you have the right set-up. It does clean well; it keeps the dust down and is easy to use. But at the price point it might not be the best fit.

Solid Vacuum, great clean station, Sale price only
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice looking. Not as powerful as most Dysons, but it is sufficient for most jobs. The clean station is great, but not perfect. It still leaves a slight residue on the collecting bin which will probably build up over time. However, a vast improvement over most other models where cleaning bins requires manual removal and the build-up is faster and eventually inhibits any vacuums effectiveness. Still figuring put how to shrink the unit down for smaller jobs, and the assortment of attachments is a bit confusing. Two batteries are a great feature. I elected not to buy the wet mop attachment. Too complex and limited in it's ability to do what a Swifter can do just as well or better. If it's on sale, a definite buy.

Great Cordless Option for Vacuuming
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung has come out with a great option for a more freeing way to vacuum - the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Vacuum cleaning system. The package includes the cordless vacuum cleaner, 2 batteries, 1 charger, 3 disposable bags for the emptying station, various accessory ends, an accessory holder, and owners manual. The vacuum cleaner comes with a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty. PROS: ----------- * The biggest positive about this unit is that, unlike some vacuums out there, this one does not require an index finger trigger to be pressed for the duration of the vacuuming. There is an easy-to-press button that turns off/on the unit without the stress of having to keep a button pressed the entire time you are vacuuming. * Another huge plus is the extra battery. No one wants ONE battery - on anything - but especially household cleaning machines. Great add, Samsung! * The emptying station (or home docking area?) is great for aesthetics and a great way to empty the vacuum in a clean way. Due to the filters in the system, there is little to no dust/dirt particles that get released into the air when the vacuum is being emptied. * Only 1 main floor head unit is needed - this means you don't have to switch attachments when going from carpet to hardwoods and vice versa. This is a huge plus. * When vacuuming carpet, Level 3 of 4 worked the best for me for both suction and amount of time to vacuum on one full battery. Here are the times I experienced when carpet vacuuming. If spinning components are not used, these numbers go up. JET = 8 mins MAX = 14 mins MID = 24 mins MIN = 42 mins * The cord length on the base unit can be managed under itself so there isn't a lot of slack lying on the floor around the base. * Easy to change suction levels and power on/off with your thumb. The grip is comfortable while vacuuming. * With the wheels on the bottom of the carpet attachment, it's easy to change direction even on thicker carpet by simply twisting the unit at your wrist in order to get harder to reach areas at an angle. * The vacuum itself can be extended by about a foot or so. Just make sure it's returned to its shorter length prior to docking the vacuum back on the base or it will not dock due to length. * While the battery is charging on the vacuum cleaner itself while docked, it does show the percentage charge on the small digital screen, facing front. CONS: ----------- * This unit does not really give a "real" way to dump the vacuum into a garbage can though it is possible to do so. The button that needs to be depressed isn't the easiest to get to, but is made to primarily be opened by the main docking unit where it empties. Personally, if I'd like to have another easy button option to empty the vacuum in the event I'm out of bags for the empty station. * The aesthetics of the unit, as stated earlier, are quite good; however if the base unit is placed in a tight area where the vacuum can't be pulled out from the sides, it then has to be removed from the backside and raised enough to clear the station. Someone short may or may not have difficulty with this maneuver since it would be necessary to lift above one's head. * I do not prefer that bags still have to be purchased for the base unit for the emptying feature. I wish there was a reusable bag or other option that would allow customers to NOT buy more bags in the future. * I like that the battery has its own slot in the accessory holder; however, many times this holder might not be placed near an outlet for charging (like in a closet). In these cases, it would be great to be able to charge a battery directly from the wall charger/cord and not have to be either in the holder or the vacuum itself to charge up. * There is no brush option on the end of the flat/skinny accessory tube. This would be quite useful so as to not scratch some surfaces that need more suction. OTHER OBSERVATIONS: ----------- * If you happen to place the base unit backwards due to accessibility options, you will be unable to see the color of the light on the charging battery as it faces the front while charging. You also will not be able to see the battery charging status on the small display. CONCLUSION: ===================== Overall, this is a really good unit. I'm not a fan of having to buy more bags in the base unit especially since there is not a "normal" way to empty the unit into a garbage can. The "eject door" button is a little harder to get to and does not stick out much - after all, it's made for the base unit to trigger it open. 2 batteries keeps uptime longer, and those batteries provide a nice length of time to do most apartments completely and likely at least 1/2 or more of a bigger home depending on carpet or hardwoods. There are some very minor cons to this product but not enough that I wouldn't recommend it. If I could give 4.5 stars, that would be my true rating. Good job Samsung, but please address some of these minor issues to make it even better.

I'm glad to have purchased the second battery as you get anout 24 mins max on medium setting. Great Vacuum ssssoooo worth it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product from Best Buy when samsung was having a flash sale on there products and paid 50% of the tag price. This product is amazing, the freedom to move from room to room with no trailing wires is refreshing and encourages frequent usage but the self cleaning station really makes me happy, no more dust bunnies flying back into my face and causing me to sneeze a bazillion times. Besides all that it’s nice to look at, not too loud and is quick and good at its job. The only problem is that I could not get rid of my other vaccum because this product will not vacuum seal storage bags, it reads blockage and shuts itself off. All in all still really happy with my purchase.

||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It does the job i will say that. I bought ghis sll because the head on my dyson gave out. I love that its stylish and come with little docking station for all componets and attachments. I wish the power was a tad bit stronger. I have 6 dogs and 2 cats so this vacuum gets used quite often. It also took me about 2 and a half months to fill the bag. That was a plus for me. I have since bought another one for mt grandmother because and loved mine.

great vacuum with many attachments and features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The design of the vacuum and clean station is striking. It looks nice enough to be left on display in a room. It’s super light which makes it comfortable to use for longer periods of time. I like that the dustbin is washable. One thing I really love about the vacuum is that it comes with a display. It’s nice to be able to use the screen to see how much time in the battery is left and what mode the vacuum is in. The controls are simple to use; press the power button for power, press the + for more suction and the - for less suction. The suction power on this stick vacuum is great. As a person who has a number of surfaces to vacuum (like hardwood floors, carpet, and countertops), it was really nice to see that it was able to ingest whatever I threw at it regardless of surface. According to the product description, the vacuum gets up to 210AW of power. It’s also super nice that it has 5 layer filtration to pick up dust particles. It comes with a number of attachments. It comes with a telescoping pipe which make the vacuum’s length adjustable. It also comes with a pet attachment which is great for vacuuming dog or cat hair. It also comes with a crevice attachment, an attachment that would be good for upholstery (furniture, car interior, etc), and a flexible hose to vacuum at an angle. The attachments are pretty great. This vacuum comes with a stand that holds all the attachments and also charges a battery. I do wish the second battery charged on the clean station instead of the attachment stand because that would allow more flexibility for where I put the attachment stand. The clean station is nice. It works as designed; it easily empties the vacuum’s container. My one wish is that there was an alternative to using the included disposable bags in the clean station. Overall, this is a great vacuum with a lot of attachments and good features.

More Like a Cool Tech Gadget (That Cleans)
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a cool piece of equipment/appliance/whatever you want to call it. Physical It looks nice. You will have two stands -- the taller cleaning station, and the much shorter accessories station. The cleaning station (which is basically what you see in the picture) has an accessible bag inside; it has a start/stop button for you to suck the dirt out of the vacuum; and it holds the actual vacuum. One battery connects to the vacuum (behind the handle) and the battery charges while connected. The accessory station is exactly that. It holds all the accessories. The accessories I have are the pet hair roller piece, the furniture piece and extension wand piece (I did not get the floor mop piece). All of the accessory pieces actually have a place on the accessory station, where they fit in and click in. So you would unclick it out. Each piece has a button type thing for that, so the pieces will sit in and stay in. It locks in. That button type piece is also how it locks into the vacuum. The accessory station also holds the second battery and it also charges the battery. Both stations have to be plugged in. The cleaning station is a regular plug. The accessory station is a big long block... for some reason. Vacuum: It has an extension... you push the button and you can extend it. I didn't realize this at first, so I kept feeling like the vacuum was too short (I'm 5' 5.5"). The extension makes it right. The handle of the vacuum works for the hand -- there is a hole/space for your forefinger and the the bigger space for the rest of your fingers... and that is how you hold it. The battery will be behind your hand because it is behind the handle. In front of the handle is a digital LCD that tells you how much percentage of battery life is remaining, as well as how much time you have. Just above the LCD is an oval power button, which is perfectly situated, because you will just push it with your thumb. To the left and right of the power button is a "+" and a "-." This allows you to change the level of power the vacuum uses to suck stuff up. On a full battery charge (charged overnight), I got the following: -low power -- 42 minutes on the battery -medium power -- 24 minutes on the battery (this is where I use the vacuum regularly; also I think it always defaults to medium) -hi power -- 14 minutes on the battery -jet power -- 9 minutes on the battery So do what you need to do, and remember, you have a second battery. The vacuum's dirt canister is what sits in the cleaning station. Nothing else locks the vacuum into the cleaning station. Don't worry, it doesn't move or anything, but I will get back to why this is an issue. Each accessory locks into the canister. Using accessories is a totally easy process. The button unlocks the pieces and locks the pieces in. The button pushes easily, no real force is needed. Note that, you will release the rest of the vacuum (they same type of button) when using accessories. Herein lies the problem with having the canister as the only thing that allows the vacuum to sit in the cleaning station. Because only the canister sits in the cleaning station, and the accessories connect to the canister, then if you use accessories there is noting to hold the rest of the vacuum. You will either have to lay it down or lean it against something. Operation - Cleaning Station Put the vacuum on the cleaning station and hit that start/stop button. You will hear a click and a loud air noise. The click is the canister opening. The air noise is the dirt suction going into the bag inside the cleaning station. The air suction continues until you hit start/stop again. IMPORTANT: remember to close the canister!!! Either close it right away by lifting up the vacuum real quick. Or remember to close it on next use. I have forgotten to many times and then I start vacuuming and I get dust and dirt is just blowing out on my floor and on me. CLOSE IT HARD AND MAKE SURE IT CLICKS. The last time I vacuumed, I forgot; then realized and closed it. I continued vacuuming for like 10-15 min or so (I don't really know how long or short) and on my way back to the cleaning station apparently the lid was unhappy and had opened. I didn't even know until I saw dirt and dust on my black jeans. I walked back and saw the clump of dirt and dust that had fallen out. How gross and annoying. The whole lid issue is the #1 worst thing about this vacuum. I wish there was a way for something to close that lid after you hit stop on the air suction. Operation - Vacuum The vacuum roles well and seems to pick up well. What I love is that I have a powerful enough stick vacuum that I can use to vacuum my carpeted stairs. I also have an area rug that is practically no-pile, but you can feel the difference in the role/push power as you increase the power (from low to jet). The higher the power, the harder you have to push. The vacuum is very loud. It sounds like a jet engine. The vacuum is heavy. The extension want accessory does what it is supposed to although on a regular chair (not a couch), I had to use high or jet power for it to pick up. The furniture accessory piece does not pick things up easily from couches. In fact it refused to pick up something that it should have. I found that odd. PROS: -everything I didn't complain about and anything not on my cons list. Literally, everything/anything else. CONS: -have to plug in both stations -accessory station is a big block power plug -two stations take up more physical space -if you use accessories there is noting to hold the rest of the vacuum. You will either have to lay it down or lean it against something. -The vacuum itself has no way of staying upright on its own. This is actually the 2nd worst thing about the vacuum. When you vacuum, you stop sometimes to move something or to do something else real quick or whatever. You will have to lean the vacuum against something or lay it down. -The 1st worst thing about the vacuum -- you have to remember to close the lid after air suctioning out the dirt. And MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THAT LID HARD AND WELL... or you will be sorry. -heavy vacuum -loud vacuum Overall, all of my cons make up only the loss of 1 star. It's a good vacuum. It's a cool vacuum. It's a nice looking vacuum. I like it. I also appreciate it. I don't know whether it is worth the high price tag, so other than that, I would recommend it. Don't read my cons as if, I can't stand this thing. I just wanted to mention everything that was not so good. Or not good at all. I DO like the vacuum and I'm glad I have it. Peace.
