This laptop is very powerful, and can play video games and process data very well when powered, especially for DLSS enable games. Port selection is decent, but it could definitely use a third Thunderbolt/USB-C port. Screen is very nice and build quality is great. When unplugged, mid brightness, during basic youtubing, browsing, and google doc work the battery life is probably about 3 hours depending on the power settings. This is a bit ridiculous because advertised battery is 14 hours, not sure how that's possible, however if you modify windows power settings you can get more life out of battery, probably 6 or more hours. Reddit has some posts on how to do that. Touch pad is massive, but still not clickable at the very top. The number pad throws keyboard off center which irks me. Finger print reader is great though. If you need a powerful but slim laptop which can play video games, this is a good one, but just know you'll have to work very hard to get good battery life out of it.

This is after one year of owing this laptop, and in short words it has been amazing. The quality is definitely worth the prize. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. at the time of purchase this laptop was over 3 thousand dollars.

I picked this laptop up on February 5th, I've played Baldur's Gate 3 on it and it's been great! The screen is beautiful and it handles the game well. Only I've had it for slightly over a month and the beautiful glass screen now has a fracture running across the top of it. I've been reviewing reddit threads too and it looks like it's a common issue. Not only that, but Geek Squad no longer does physical repairs it seems. It is impossible to find a replacement AMOLED screen. I contacted Samsung support, trying to source a screen replacement and given the contact information for their repair provider. I was literally told "However, cost for the replacement of the screen will be equal to the cost of the New laptop. " Ridiculous, Samsung, get it in gear and don't sell poor products that you don't stand behind or provide an affordable option for repair. Am I supposed to believe I was sold a screen and given the rest for free? Crazy times man. Crazy times. It was hard to take a picture of the crack because the screen is so reflective.

Happy with the laptop and its performance so far. The main selling point of this laptop is the 3k, 120hz refresh AMOLED screen. Nothing out currently matches the brightness, clarity and vivid colors this screen can produce. As a added benefit, paired up with a RTX 4070 and slick design, this laptop is on another level. Since power is capped at 100Watts, the RTX 4070 on this laptop scores around 9080 points in 3DMark Timespy benchmark, which demonstrate Directx12 performance. This is about 3,000 points below average scores from other RTX 4070 mobile laptops out in the market. Despite this, the screen benefits overcomes any disadvantages in the gaming side of things in my honest opinion. Manage to get very fluid FPS for gaming, enabling Nvidia DLSS on games like Hogwards with ultra performance averaging 90 to 105 FPS. COD black ops at 3K resolution get’s around 88 to 100 FPS. Settings are mostly medium to high. Another area this laptop excels is the audio. Once Dolby audio is enabled, the sound is great. Played a full 4K movie with Surround sound 5.1 and it sounded great. Some areas of improvement would be the battery. I’ve noticed after an hour of gaming while plugged in to the charger, drawing the 100Watts and being in performance mode, the batter would drop from 100% to 89%. It’s like the 100W from the power brick isn’t enough. In addition, based on my computer habits, surfing the web, watching Youtube etc. it approximately battery life to 4 hours or less when starting from a near full charge. This is with screen brightness above 75% and screen refresh rate set to 120hz. For those complaining about it not having HDMI 2.1, just get a thunderbolt to HDMI 2.1 adapter. Problem solved.

I love Samsung products, and this powerful laptop is no different. I always want the best of my favorite products, so I opted for the i9 instead of the i7. I like speed even if I don't use it to its full capacity. Since this is a stationery product for me, I won't have any problem with the battery depleting when in use. Unfortunately, neither the i7 or the i9 hard drive or ram can be upgraded. So make sure you get what you really want. It never pays to go back and have a regret. My only other slight complaint is that Samsung only made this in one color, and I must say the color is very drab and boring, I recommend this product.

Great Computer, too expensive to skip some basics

I love the computer, but they left out the touchscreen. Touchscreens are basic features in high-end laptops. Switching from a laptop with a touchscreen to a non-touchscreen takes some adjustment. While I use the computer for business, touchscreens can be very convenient. For the high cost of the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, there is no excuse for not having one even if it consumes more battery power. Also the camera is not compatible with facial recognition, another basic feature. Still, it is a very fast, well made, nicely laid out computer with ample memory, storage and a powerful CPU. The screen, in color, sharpness, brightness and clarity is outstanding as well. It is lightweight for such a powerful computer. I would have happily accepted a few more ounces in battery size for better battery life. I keep it plugged in as much as possible. I could have used an additional type C USB port as well. I am satisfied with my purchase, but I do not understand why such a costly and powerful laptop is missing some common and useful features. If it had a touchscreen, a five star rating would have been more appropriate.

Overall this laptop is slim, runs quiet and cool, and has an absolutely stunning display. However... This laptop feels slugish. For the amount of power it shouod have with it specs, it does not preform. I believe this is because it is seriously underpowering the GPU and CPU. This keeps the laptop cool but makes it run slow for the specs it has. This laptop would work well for someone who does some editting work and does not use intensive 3D Software on the day to day. Overall i will be returning the laptop as it does not meet my needs on how I need it to preform.

Excellent build quality, gamming performance is good but not great, AAA titles run smooth at 1080p around 80 FPS. The screen is FANTASTIC but very reflective. Day to day task are not an issue here. Battery life only gets better if you run it in cool mode. Keyboard could have a little more key travel but that`s not really an issue. Mousepad is huge but somehow less precise then I would like, a bit disappointed there. If you have the money, need a powerhouse for travelling, it`s a major go.

There is no macbook pro equivalent for windows laptop in terms of the balance of performance and slimness, heat capacity and weight, display quality and aesthetics- until now. This is probably the number one laptop to get if you are not paying for it out of your own pocket. Overkill RTX4070 for casual gamers. Jaw-dropping contrast on HDR movie WITHOUT HDR on. I think the HDR is broken because it looks better without it. Unless you are teying to grab a RTX4090 laptop, this is the endgame laptop for this year and easily the next as well.

I got this for my brother since his Razor laptop was no longer working, and he needed something for gaming and for work. We already have a love for Samsung products, as they are typically very nice, clean, and always have great performance. This laptop has been even better than what we thought! The performance and graphics are impeccable! My brother is now using Photoshop and AI creators and its insane how quick and well they work on a laptop. This thing is a beast! And it is very light and slim! It is pricey, but what high end laptop/computer isn't expensive. Overall this laptop is great and I may be getting myself one. I absolutely recommend this laptop to all those who want a beastly computer, in a slimmer, cleaner package. If you are only using it in a single place, then i would say get an actual computer tower rather than a laptop. But for those on the go and need to move it, then this is for you!

Love this device! Charging is a bit slow. I really wish there was a dedicated charge port instead of using the 100W max usb C thunderbolt. Maybe next year 4080 or better graphics. Love the display but because it isn’t gsync I notice a bit of screen tearing. Speakers are not front facing so it doesn’t sound good. I’d rather have a centered keyboard, trackpad, front firing speakers, and ditch number pad

Really great laptop, it checks many boxes, much better quality than other laptops, it works excellent with my phone, it is powerful and good battery life. Things I whish it had is either a DC port to charge with a larger power supply to take advantage of the i9 and RTX 4070 when plugged in, or been able to charge on both thunderbolts at the same time for 200W charge. Also, it doesn't have a touchscreen, at this price point it is a crime. This is a creator laptop, where is the full size SD card?

This laptop is pretty impressive. The 3K AMOLED screen is incredibly attractive and the performance in gaming is surprisingly good. Only problems are that the battery will drain while you are gaming even while plugged in. I clocked it at about 10% per hour but it probably depends on the game and the settings. My major problem with this laptop is that the HDR is completely broken. If you turn on HDR via Windows, the color desaturate. There is no way to increase the saturation. If you attempt to load an HDR video in YouTube (with HDR on via Windows), it looks completely washed out. There is no information on how to fix this online that I could find. I'm holding out for some kind of firmware update to fix this. I check every day. Otherwise, this is a phenomenal laptop for light to moderate gaming and productivity.

In love with this computer. Definitely a direct PC competitor to the Mac Book Pro series. Sure the battery life of a Mac is unmatched and the speakers are just phenomenal, but that aside this thing is a BEAST! I just recommend for extended heavy use for one time period put in on a fan stand. Trust my your cpu will thank you and you'll get the best performance for a longer stretch. - Great for gaming and rendering - Productivity killer - Build quality second to only a Mac Book - If you're in the Samsung eco system you'll be happy. - Over all it's just a beast if a machine. - Pricy but worth it.

The computing power and speed are fantastic. It boots up in record time and all of my programs run quickly. The graphics quality is great too, making gaming very enjoyable. Two issues though: 1. I specifically needed a laptop with 10key because I do a lot of financial work. The layout of these keys is horrific. I lost count of the number of times I hit enter because it's in the decimal button location on every other keyboard. Plus sign is not to the right where it belongs, it's up above the numbers. Slows me down significantly when I have to look at my fingers while writing formulas because the keys are not where they belong like all other US keyboards. 2. Without being dropped or hit or injured in any other way, within 1 month my screen had a hairline crack from the right side of the camera diagonally running to the right side of the screen. In doing an online search, it seems to be a very common issue with Samsung laptops and it is not covered by their plan and they refuse to fix it at no cost. So if you plan on taking your laptop anywhere except sitting on a desk, be aware this can happen. (Might even happen just sitting on a desk. Don't sneeze near it.)

.......when there's nothing wrong! I have had 3 Samsung Laptops and on my prior purchase I got a Dell laptop. It lasted a year before it went crazy. It also gave me trouble along the way and so when it had a crash, I just went ahead and got the newest Samsung Galaxy Book with the newest processor. I got the new Galaxy Book3 and it is so fast, worry free and smooth, I absolutely love it. I'm a former IT professional of 23 years and have a really good idea of what works and what doesn't. There's not a PC on the planet that doesn't have issues, but you can at least go with one that has very little possibility of being a lemon. I wish I could find something to warn you about, but I just cant. This laptop (lighter in weight than the previous Samsung Galaxy Books) and the screen at 16" is amazing and no regrets on size. So, lets recap. Out of the box it was a breeze to set up, it works seamlessly with my Samsung phone and other devices. Its super fast and hasn't given me a moment of issues. Now I just work. PS, my biggest use is with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, internet use and watching media.

Ok, so there are tons of reviews that complain about the price of this laptop. I got lucky enough to catch it for $2399 for 4070 with 32gb & 1TB (the top of the line). And I can honestly tell you that I would have happily paid full price if I had too because this laptop is a beast! It has everything I need to work (& do a little gaming on the side if I feel like it). The display is AWESOME. Crisp and bright and the colors are terrific! & Processor Speed is excellent...!!!

High quality design, very slim case, quite (no play hard games), perfect display, very large touch pad, beautiful personality sound system, 2 Thunderbolt 4 port, microSD. I am very satisfied, although quite an expensive purchase. I also bought a quiet Utra Slim Laptop Cooling Pad 16" for more pleasant holding of the notebook on your feet and additional cooling for heavy tasks. The only thing is that sometimes the Ukrainian keyboard is missing, but this is not a problem.
