Great phone for my 9 year-old. Fits perfectly into his small hands. Has great features. The 8GB storage capacity is too small for some game apps he wanted.

Phone is easy to use, small like I wanted. No auto spell and can't find a case to fit are problems.

I needed a newer version of Android and a smaller phone than the new generation. The J1 mini seemed to fit the bill. But its capabilities are also small. Limited memory, poor text entry with very little editing possible, very short battery life. On plus side, fit and finish are up to Samsung standard, and the price was competitive.

Excellent price for a smartphone. Not too much storage but you can download your favorites apps. Good camera too. I was looking for something cheap capable to do basic functions and some features like camera and download some apps. This smartphone works for me. I use my sim card without connection problems. Looks like a phone not a tablet, super ergonomic and portable.

Nice phone but doesn't have a Flash camera, but nice for a first phone

I bought this phone for using 2 sims(mentioned in the specification and front side of phone - DUOS) but really disappointed after received the product because the phone doesn't have option for using 2 sims.

It's a good phone for the price and it's unlocked for overseas use.

This cell have problems with a "Conditional call forwarding active." Is always in the scream when you make a phone call, is not way to turning off and Get me very mad.

This phone was a temporary replacement for my Galaxy S7 Edge so it just didn't measure up for me

While on vacation in Orlando I purchased the Samsung Galaxy J105B phone online. I chose this phone as it came up in my search for a phone that is unlocked with dual sim. Since I didnt have an account I used my nephew's account to do the purchase. The items were picked up at the Millenia Mall Store. Our excitement quickly turned to disappointment when we got home and realized one of the phones was not brand new...plastic removed from phone screen, battery etc and phone appeared to have been used with minor scratches. We returned the phone the next day July 2 and got the phone exchanged. While in the store I asked the rep attending to us how both sim cards are to be inserted in the phone as we weren't exactly sure how they would fit. He took the phone, removed the back cover, flipped it around, upside down then says oh, one sim card is inserted here pointing to the top of the sim card slot and the other here pointing to the bottom of the sim card slot. Since I was on vacay I didnt have any micro sim cards to try at the time and we took his word for it. Ok, needless to say that on return to Jamaica and upon visiting my service provider I was told that the phone purchased is a ONE SIM CARD PHONE (WTH). In disbelief i went back to the website and this is the information on the phone under the heading 'DUAL SIM': To answer both local and international calls without needing multiple devices. DEAR BEST BUY in posting this information on the website you have caused me to be mislead resulting in the purchase of a phone that is of no use to be since I wanted a DUAL SIM phone. BEST BUY must seek to correct this wrong by posting the correct information on items sold. You ship worldwide and its not always easy or cheap to return items even with your generous offer of a shipping label. There are local charges that apply which you are not willing to pay and the return of the item could end up costing more than the item itself. Apart from the erroneous information on your website regarding this item is your staff conviction that the phone is really dual sim (sad). I figured something must be wrong so upon doing some research I found out that the Samsung J105B is NOT a dual sim phone as it doesnt have 2 IMEI number (go figure) however the Samsung J105M is. On this same website (Bestbuy.com) when I read the specs on the J105M model under DUAL SIM, it read: Two sim card slots (WOW) . Two different information about a similar capability but very important information. The other thing is the correct information is at the right place. TO add insult to this poor service they have a stupid 14 day return policy which expires today so hey on return to JA on July 9 and being in contact with their reps it ends up there is no way this item can be returned. Oh did i mention I bought 2 of the phones...YUP ...#sad BEST BUY you need to fix this especially for your overseas clients. The next thing you need to fix is the information on your website. Make sure they are accurate, clear and appropriate to the item being sold. Your clients are the reason you are in business dont mislead them out of their money. Next, fix your staff ...garbage in garbage out. If your staff was properly informed and knowledgeable I would have found out while in the store on July 2, the phone is a ONE SIM PHONE. Next fix your policy on shipping label for overseas customers. If its your error and you mislead your customers you MUST pay the FULL charges to return the items no BUTs. Next take a page from AMAZON PRIME...I know you know how they treat their customer regarding returns. They got it right!! I still want redress for these items. I expect to see your response posted here and an email reqarding this matter. Also please correct the information on your website for the SAMSUNG GALAXY J105B Model. Dont let another customer suffer the way I am now. NOTE: THE SAMSUNG GALAXY J105B IS NOT A DUAL SIM PHONE. Disappointed (to say the least) with the service from what I expect to be a world class company.
