Picked this up launch day as an upgrade from a basic s8 (64gb) and i've been pretty impressed. The build quality is high, the screen is crisp and vibrant, the surround sound is amazing, and I can get a full days use with heavy mixed use without needing a charger. I firmly believe they really got this phone right and learned from the short comings of previous models. A couple things that irk me or just aren't my personal favorite are the in screen fingerprint sensor. Its true that its latest firmware push really helped speed up its recognition but overall it seems a little gimmicky and less accurate than the conventional scanner. The included plastic screen protector is ..not the greatest. However Samsung care will ship you out a free replacement if you contact them which is actually huge. The power button is placed poorly, in my opinion, I find myself more often than not trying to shuffle up the phone to hit the power button and drop it at times. With that said, and going back to the build quality, this phone can take a beating and survives drops without any issue. A case is an absolute must have. I went with the Otterbox commuter case which has been my go to since the S4 and has not let me down since! The included galaxy buds are nice and performance wise are a huge upgrade from my gen 1 iconx. The battery on those last multiple workout sessions and the case keeps everything charged and ready to go.

Beautiful display, lightning fast, gorgeous camera, and the battery seems to last forever. Salesperson advised me to try to let it run out of charge or get down to 5% as often as possible before recharging to "train" it to conserve battery - that's worked great so far. Only negative has been the touchscreen fingerprint sensor. It'll say "Press harder" but really it works better if my finger isn't perfectly dry. This part is gross I know ... but if I lick my finger then wipe it off to leave just a touch of moisture, the sensor picks it up on the first try. Side benefit - no one else wants to use my phone when they see that. Yes, I clean my screen often.

My previous phone was an S8+. Love that this was the same size with more screen. I got the ceramic version and like the weight and feel of it compared to my S8+. There are a lot of things that take getting used to in comparison so I'm adjusting. Finding the fingerprint scanner hit and miss at times. That's probably my only major gripe. All in all I'm enjoying it. Getting good battery life, camera is an improvement, the Dolby atmos is impressive and the cutout for the front cameras is hardly noticeable to me at least.

I've had this phone for about a month now and I love it!! It's fast, responsive, hold all my photos and information and takes great pictures! It's the best Samsung phone I owned so far. Great product!

I love my new phone! It's great! I would really be happy if I would have bought it directly from Verizon. Best Buy was not able to activate or even try to help. In the past I have had great service from the mobile department. This will be the last time I purchase a phone from bestbuy. I bought an s10+ for me and an s10 for my wife. We were both already Verizon customers so it should have been that hard of a task. I told the employee I can activate my own phone but could he activate hers? His response was why can't you just activate hers too and pointed us in the direction of the nearest Verizon store. I love the phone just not the way I was treated.

I really like the phone. When I bought this phone I hadn't yet seen this color yet, so I didn't know what it would truly look like. After receiving the phone, the color didn't look as good as I thought it would be. I think the white looks a lot better. Also, this phone is a beast. It is fast and never slows down. When I first got the phone apps would crash frequently, but now months later that doesn't happen much anymore. Probably from updates.

Coming from an iPhone 7+ to this phone, I can't say enough about how much I LOVE it!!! The camera is way better than the iPhone xs max. I love how this phone had the camera set up as well. It's way prettier than even the iPhone 11 getting ready to hit the market in September. This phone isn't as bulky as the iPhone either. The keyboard is easier for me to read. Oh, and the camera and movies, it's really HD. Compare the iPhone via this phone playing say Vudu, you'll see the difference. Also, you can get double the storage for this phone. Highly recommend.

I bought this S10+ to upgrade my old S5. So far I'm very satisfied with it. It has a lot of functions and I probably won't use them all. I find that the battery life is very good and when you have to charge it, it's fast. The screen is large and great for viewing stuff like You Tube. Lots of memory too, 512 GB. The camera is superb. Takes crisp shots in all types of light. It was easy to learn also.

Between my wife and I we get the new S each year. Always the +. This one definitely has the longest lasting battery. Best camera hands down compared to anything. Huge hard drive and crazy amount of ram for a phone. Runs smooth and super fast. Fastest face detection and works very well even with glasses. Not sunglasses. Fingerprint is sensitive to where you put your thumb. Best phone yet

So Far, Samsung has not disappointed me. The new camera functions with the ability to zoom in and out with a touch of a button. The battery life so far has been great and has lasted me all day considering that I attach a Bluetooth headphone to it, use it for work and personal emails. Also, use it for WebEx, Soft Token and playing games all day for approx. 14+ hours and will have about 50%. Now the challenge is to see how it will keep going after a year. But until then, it does what I need it to do with minimal maintenance because the phone notifies me of when I need to perform settings changes or maintenance to optimize battery performance.

Excellent all around phone. Amazing screen, build quality, camera and best of all this battery is ridiculously huge! I use my phone a lot during the day. I still have more than 40% battery left at the end of the day with this phone which is just absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this excellent device!

Mainly got this upgrade becouse of the 1 T internal storage. The white ceramic back is gorgeous, so is the screen. Snappy response also. Had to do a few tweaks to get the fingerprint scanner to work. Just had to turn on Touch sensitivity and re do the fingerprints and now works fine

I purchased this phone after doing a lot of reviewing online. Most phones only had 32, 64 or 128gb of storage but this one has 512gb meaning I would not need a secondary SD card to hassle with. The battery life is amazing and is a huge upgrade from my LG V20 phone.

I went to Verizon and the service was less then stellar. I got the phone I wanted for 200.00 less then what they wanted. Overnight service from Best Buy with constant updates on my delivery. Best Buy has a customer for life. Best Buy is a best buy. The phone is truly fast. The battery lasts all day from 6am to about 1030pm at night. I love the camera snd the Dolby Atmos Sound. Samsung needs to work on the sound of the headphones, they still sound like a submarine underwater. Otherwise, I recommend this phone.

Just got my S10+ a few weeks ago and love pretty much everything about it. Photos are fantastic! Ease of use for me is great as I have always had Samsung phones. Battery seems to last a long time.

What a phone.. screen is stunning. Battery life is unbelievable. Speakers are crisp and loud. No distortion. Camera is amazing , the wide angle is a welcome addition to Samsung devices. The speed of this phone is unlike any I've come across and I've owned quite a lot of phones. I've never been more satisfied with s phone purchase like I am the s10+.

Upgraded from s7. In everyway possible this phone is impressive. Im still not used to apps and webpages opening so fast. Battery lasts more than all day. Sound and screen are amazing

WAY better than any other Samsung device made. This is fast and very user friendly. The camera on this phone is amazing and has many features.

Great phone, super fast, screen is beautiful. Haven't fully taken advantage of its abilities with the camera yet, but it looks promising.

I've switched from iPhone to this phone and the battery is phenomenal. Camera has great options. Software is user friendly.
