6 months after purchase I took this phone on a trip to a tropical island. I didn't go deep sea diving and I didn't take selfies underwater. I did take it to the pool to take pics of my kids and believed the phone could take the splashing that took place. Nope. I'm now on a charging pad. Everything else is great with this phone, except that I can't charge it like a normal person.

Well you get a new phone 'cause you accidentally run yours over! Then you want the newer version, right, and you need your 'stuff's off the old ran over phone~that is in inoperable. Best Buy came to the rescue with their teamwork! Seriously, 5 employees were working on my account~all at once! With this team work effectively solving my MAJOR issues, like transferring details, problems all solved. Thanks Sandra and your team, thanks! Huge coodoes for all yous!

I preordered my S10 and picked it up on release day. Coming from an S6, this is a pretty significant upgrade. It's everything I expected, with a few positive surprises. All 4 cameras are very good, the processor is incredibly fast, and the display is the best on the market today. Only negative is that the ultrasonic fingerprint reader doesn't always recognize my print on the first try, and is about 50% slower than the S10e's traditional reader. Overall, very happy with the S10.

Has awesome camera, very fast, smooth and a lot of storage. It's faster than my note 8(waiting for note 10) but I do like the bigger screens better. One thing I don't like is the button to turn screen on and off the screen also the finger print scanner does not pop out and is hard to push but will just take some getting use to. Overall awesome phone

This phone is for those who miss the old design without the edge screen, and a more comfortable phone to hold in hand, but still want the updated performance and features. Great phone. Great design. Dual camera, great battery life. Can't go wrong.

This is an upgrade and is very fast and easy to learn. Very comfortable size. Great pictures.

Previously had Galaxy S6. The transition was seamless and the 10e is amazing! I did not want a large phone and very few feature differences from the s10 and $150 less. The camera and video functions are easy to use and has professional type options. Very happy with this phone!

I have been with Samsung for the last 4 -5 years. My new phone is really easy to use, I love the pictures I am taking, also I love the lasting time of the battery, it last the whole day

The S10e is an upgrade for me I had an S7 before. Love the features and camera on the S10e. I have more memory and a faster processor so the speed is a definite improvement.

This a great value and certainly provides me with everything I need or want in a cell phone. It sharp looking, comfortable to handle (with a case). It is, in my opinion, a bit to slippery to hold and remove from a pocket without a cover. Apart from that, which can easily be eliminated with a purchase of a case, it is a great phone system.

Really like using this phone. Fast, great photos. Still adapting to fingerprint scanner in side.

I absolutely love this phone. The camera takes really good pictures. Easy to use phone. The only thing I don't like is that it don't let you know when you have a text message or missed call and also the touch button at the bottom. Other than that it's a great phone.

im an android guy and samsung is thd best.had my galaxy 7 for about 4 years and hax no problems.only reaso to upgrade to the galaxy 10 was the battery.after 4 years had to have a pretty constant charge on the 7.now no problems.phone works great and having a better camera and new battery is a pleasure

Samsung never ceases to impress me with each subsequent release of their phones. I upgraded my parents from the S4 to the S10. Yes, their S4's lasted them this long! None of us needs even a quarter of the features this phone offers, but having them at an affordable price with a great plan is fantastic. And the Best Buy team supporting our upgrade process made it all the better!

This phone is the perfect size. Very fast and easy to use.

It was time to upgrade and I didn't want a large screen. This is the perfect size for your hand and pocket. It has all the features of the S10 except for length of battery and one less camera. However, it is just as great! It also comes with a screen protector already placed on so I didn't have to go buy one.
