Great Tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a tablet for basic home use. I was looking at the Tab A but didn't like the screen resolution and the Tab S2 had better specs but it was too pricey I found the Tab E and liked the specs and the size for the price. At $149.99 as the daily deal I jumped all over it overall is a good tablet for home use. It's fast and the screen looks good. Can't be beat for the price when on sale.

Love this Tab
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this tablet i can do everything i need to do on it, games, movies, music. I really only purchased a tablet so i could have a bigger movie screen while im on the go. I havent really used it much for pictures mostly because im so used to taking pictures with my phone. The only real downfall i have personally with this tab is there is no flash on it so i cannot use the flashlight app with this tablet, and i guess i wont be able to take pictures in the dark. Other than that im satified with my purchase.

So far a good Tablet.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light user, 1-2 hours per day. ● Battery life above average, I charge every other week. ● Android Lollipop, same as my S5, makes using the tablet easy. ● Camera is average, S5 takes better pictures. ● Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote. ● Paired with Bluetooth keyboard & case, it's like having a mini laptop.

Great Tablet!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this tablet over 1 year now. It's remains the best tablet I've ever purchased. The only downfall is, I wish I bought a larger size.

Wish it had a few more features
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I really like the tablet but there are a few things that kind of bug me and keep it from getting a 5 star review. First and foremost, I bought this tablet as a replacement for the Nook HD plus, which has become almost unusable over the last year. As a nook replacement, it's excellent. It's quick, has a good screen and expandable memory. It also has a samsung nook app designed to take advantage of the nook software. Unfortunately, that also is an issue because it locks the app to the device memory vs. The memory card, like my other devices. This will be an issue over time as most of my books and magazines are through nook and not kindle. My device memory is over half full in little over a month so I will be making choices on which items to keep on the device and which to move to the cloud. The other issue I have is that the device doesn't have and auto wake/sleep function like my 8 inch tab 4. Not a huge deal but it's annoying when I open or close the magnetic cover. If I forget to hit the power button, the screen remains on after I have closed the case and drains the battery quicker. (Set to turn off after 5 min) That leads me to my other complaint, the battery is ok but not great. I swear my 8 inch tab 4 gets better life that the 9.7 even though it's battery is larger. It's not horrible by any stretch but I expected it to be better rather than about the same. It's hard to beat up a 9.7 tablet at this price point but I wish I had known those things before making my decision. The Tab A was only $50 more at the time of my purchase and I wish that I had given it more thought.

Quality tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shopped around for a while trying to find the right tablet for my girlfriend for her birthday. She has always been an apple girl so I was a little hesitant about getting her her first android device. It was worth the risk! Best buy had the best price at the time and shipped it quickly and securely.,it's large screen is a big advantage and the expandable storage was my reason for choosing it over an iPad. As a galaxy 5 owner, this tablet is just like a bigger version of my phone. It's easy to navigate and offers everything Apple does. Speed is fast and she uses it for games, Facebook, Instagram , Internet searches, news, weather and so much more. Don't have anything bad to say about it.

Great tablet for older generation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tablet is user friendly and easy to set up out of the box. There are little instructions and you must download the user guide but it is not really needed. There are numerous neat features that I learn on a daily basis as I do not like to rely too heavily on the user guide. Definitely a great gift for the older generation because it tends to walk the user through all steps. The only downside thus far, the back and menu buttons located near the home button are not back lit (at least not on the one I purchased) like previous models. I bought it as a 60th birthday gift for a very dear friend and am considering purchasing one for me. I have an 8 inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 but love the just shy of 10 inch screen ... One more down side which I believe applies to the majority of products Samsung has recently produced, there are very few accessories available (i.e., covers, keyboards, etc...) and if desired, one must hunt around online ... Shame on Samsung for making products and then not supplying accessories. Apple will continue to beat them in that market.

Great browser
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tablet is perfect for online browsing and such. It lacks quality when it comes to streaming video due to a poor hard to hear speaker. It faces the rear and is not powerful enough to overcome ambient sounds. The battery life is better than expected and the processor does a good job. The only other thing that’s not perfect is the location of the dedicated buttons at the bottom. I love the ease of them but I also accidentally hit them on a regular basis.

Works as expected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for mobile work during sports events when a laptop was too bulky. Does what I thought it would. I did add a microSD as the basics sucked up most of what came with it. Good battery life, camera and screen size. My wife and kids have IPads, but I prefer android over those, especially price wise.

Good price with great battery life!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was considering between Tab A and Tab E. But a Best Buy associate explained to me the differences in screen size, processor and battery life, so I took his recommendation. Once I set it up, I realized the incredible battery life of Tab E! I'm not a heavy tablet user. Most of my work is still being done on my laptop. With that in mind and I do keep the Tab E on at all time (in sleep mode when unused), it could last the entire week without being charged! The only dissatisfaction I have with it is that some very common App's are not available for installation. Otherwise, it's a very typical, well made and handy tablet.

Love galaxy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first tablet, but have used many tablets/pad's at work. This tablet is easy to use and the battery life is the best I've experienced! Screen is responsive and looks good. Nice size but difficult to find a case. I would prefer at least two front facing speakers for better sound. Tablet functions well and has decent amount of internal storage. All things considered I like the Galaxy Tab E very much and am happy with my purchase.

Galaxy Tab E: Good mid-range Android tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own a number of Android tablets and phones and found the Samsung Android devices are consistently some of the better. I bought this tablet due to the price... one of the lowest for a 9"+ Samsung tablet. The interface is pretty good and is decently fast (haven't noticed any lag with games or watching movies, but I haven't pushed it with more intense games). I got an anti-glare screen protector for it, which was not the best idea because it loses the sharpness of the screen in doing so. I didn't realize why it was a lower cost tablet compared to some of the others until I traveled with it. It does have a bit of bulk. It's probably the thickness of almost 2 iPad Airs and definitely noticeably thicker than my Galaxy Tab 4. The case I put on makes it even thicker. If you're looking for a good value 9-10" Android tablet, this fits the bill. If you are looking for something nicer with high resolution, thin and sexy, then you probably want to look at a different tablet.

Good tablet for general use.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this tablet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She uses it for watching video, email and browsing the internet. Her previous tablet was an 8” Samsung. She is very pleased with the product. The processor speed is fine for her purposes and the price was excellent.

We Love It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this as an upgrade for my wife. We love it! It's easy to use, was very easy to set up and it works fast. It stays charged for about a week with about 2 hours of use every night. It's also a good weight, your hand doesn't get tired or heavy holding it for long periods of time. We are an android family, so it syncs to everything else we have without any hassle.

Suits my needs for a back up tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My tab S2 needed repair and took longer than expected. Had given thoughts on getting another tablet with larger screen for everyday use because my S2 is mainly for studying. So I went and got this tab E. I've had it for a few weeks now. The tab E is not as fancy but enables me to surf, check email, and continue working in some apps. If my my S2 is charging, (or at the factory being repaired), some apps sync so I can access my work or notes from either. A bit heavier, but not bad. I'm not disappointed for what it is, and at this price point. I tend to be satisfied with Samsung so far even though I might have received a lemon with my Tab S2. This still seems to fit in most of my purses with a slimfit case on. A great basic tablet. Speaker is on the back. That may present a issue for some, but I don't care much. Not horrible. I have to watch videos for my studies and I occasionally watch YouTube. I tend to hear what is said just fine. If you're in the market for a nice basic tablet with a large screen, and decent space, this is worth looking at. I'm not sure about the camera since I haven't used it. But after going into settings and doing some adjusting, it's nice for reading without my glasses. Battery life is decent. I tend play on it a few hours a day. Not heavy into games or a lot of video. So I'm may charge it every couple of days or so. It doesn't take all that long to charge. It also seemed to have updated to a current operating system. It connects to my wireless printer. I'm sure you will have plenty of fun with your new tab E. It may not be the top-of-the-line Powerhouse tablet out on the market right now. It's a great tablet overall. Is it always necessary to spend more money for something more we won't use? Or miss? Hmm...;)

Great tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am really enjoying this tablet, I have an IPhone 6S and the screen is too small for comfortably surfing the web (& I don't want a bigger phone). I decided to get a tablet, iPad's are too expensive for the amount of time that I would be using it, so I found this very reasonably priced Samsung tablet with plenty of features. I only have Samsung TV's, so one great feature is that I can mirror it to my TV with ease. It's fast enough for what I need it to do and easy to learn even though I'm used to Apple phones. The screen resolution is great for using Facebook, Apps & streaming shows & movies. The only thing I could say isn't great about this tablet is the little speaker, but easily fixed with an external Bluetooth speaker if you desire better sound. This was the best tablet I could find for around $200 and I only buy after reading many reviews.

Nice tablet for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a nice size. Easy to set up and use and a very affordable price. You will want to get some sort of case for it though as the material it's made from makes it hard to hold on to. Overall it's been a good experience so far.

Great Tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being a non tablet user, I asked associates which they would use. They recommended this tablet. After they showed me the basic function to use the tablet, I purchased it and took it home. I was leary as I still use the old fashioned phone, open to talk and close to end call. After a week of playing and asking someone who uses a Applet IPad for advice on doing certain things, I finally feel comfortable using it. It last me about a week on the battery and I added a 32mb micro sd card for storage. I am very pleased and happy with this product.
