Build quality, keyboard, speed, size, etc. Are top notch samsung quality. However, the display has disappointing contrast and colors. The matte display isn't very sharp looking even though it's 4k.

As a photographer I had high hopes for this laptop. After a month of use I can honestly say I am perfectly pleased with everything about this device. The display is absolutely beautiful, It is very fast and quiet and has all the ports I need. The outdoor brightness mode is so useful. This is a great laptop. Finally !

I love the screen and weight. It starts up fast. The mouse section is too sensitive and when I am typing if my thumbs come close to that area it interferes with the typing.

This is the first computer I have purchased in more than 10 years. Wow. Windows 10, awesome Nvida graphics card, light weight, slim and durable outershell. Display is crystal clear, has touchscreen and sounds amazing as well. For a personal computer it is top of my list and should be on yours also. It will not disappoint.

I bought this laptop as a replacement for a high-power Dell that had a powerful Nvidia graphics processor. This is less than 1/2 the thickness and weight of my Dell with a battery that lasts twice as long. It handles multi-layer PDF graphics which puts it to the test even more so than running 3D graphics software.

Very happy with this computer. I purchased a different brand and model that failed day one. Pretty sad, but it gave me the opportunity to purchase this computer that is terrific. Like the size, screen resolution keyboard and data ports. very happy. Well built solid machine. Tons of positive reviews online too.

I wanted something thin, light, with a reputable name without lacking in specs. I purchased two of these laptops and have never been happier. Very quiet, very fast. Boot up time is amazingly fast as well. I would highly recommend. Battery is decent and about what I would expect given the specs of the laptop.

I was in dire need of a laptop after my 6-7 year old Dell laptop started to die. I wanted a thin, fast, light, and powerful machine that would last awhile. I searched through many devices and the Samsung Ativ 9 Pro is the best one I could find to fit my needs. I purchased this laptop in early December 2015 and have been using it regularly for 3 weeks now. I have to admit that I really do enjoy this laptop. The i7 processor and solid state drive make for a pretty stable build and extremely fast boot up. I literally open the lid punch in my password and its ready to go. The screen is crisp and clear and handles 1080p and 4kHD very well. I am extremely impressed with the sound from the speakers. The sound is amazing and you can actually hear and feel the beat thumping when music is being played. My 2 biggest complaints are the battery life and the filtering for blue colors. I read this complaint on other reviews and decided to buy the laptop anyway with the hopes of Samsung correcting this with an update. For some reason the blues appear a bit greenish. Good News: Samsung just sent out an update to correct this problem and the blues now look blue as they are supposed to. The battery life could be a bit better. I can squeeze out about 5-6 hours off the charger. There is a battery saver option which helps but reduces the brightness. I travel a lot and this laptop easily fits into most bags and is light enough to barely notice the weight. The backlit keyboard has several settings and the keys are responsive. For me the touchscreen is a great tool when you do not feel like using the touchpad and it is not overly sensitive. Overall I would highly recommend this laptop. Samsung is going for the high end laptop market and this is a very nice build. I would give this a 5 rating if the battery life is a little bit better but I can live with it.

Great laptop, battery time is not too bad. Only major problem with laptop is the touchpad is way too sensitive, I have changed one setting that should help but it is still too sensitive.

My husband loves this laptop. He does video editing and trailers and had so many issues with other laptops freezing, but not this one. He has not complained once. I love it just for the peace and quiet it gives me. HA! Thank you Samsung/Best Buy!

I had an Apple and went back to Microsoft. I find Microsoft 10 confusing. I have reference book which help some. I wish Best Buy had actually 30 min- 1 hour classes to learn it. These classes do not need to be free, but I would be willing to pay.

After transferring all of my Data from my old Samsung Laptop which I found out after windows 10 forced an update and was not compatible with my old unit I found the new one to be 5 times faster and has increased my workload substantially.

My new Samsung touchscreen laptop is absolutely amazing! Functions multiple apps and windows seamlessly. Thin and sleek, while maintaining full handling ability. I am using it for work and education purposes and it keeps up.

Bought computer for my daughter; needed something with a good graphics card and high definition screen and decent memory. So far, this computer has worked out very well.

Great laptop very quick. Would have been 5 stars but I needed a numeric pad and although it is a 4K screen it is very pixelated for the fine lines I work with.

Drew in geek squad was great in helping us decide which one too buy. He helped explain everything about it and helped us choose the better one.

best laptop ever..... I used to have a HP and Dell both fail... I search for a couple month for a nice decent laptop like this one to work and at the same time be Available to play games and so far is good I loved
