    Great product, if it worked!

    The mount and the sticky pad are great! the only issue, which is really big, is that the devices always cuts out on charging every 5 seconds. I have used process of elimination on every aspect and narrowed it down to the mount being defective. I have taken my case off, used a different iphone, used a different 12v car socket, even plugged it into a portable battery bank to rule out it being my car; none of these worked. Upsetting nonetheless

    didn't stay in vent

    Unfortunately, this would not stay in my vent -- so I had to return it. I tried several times, and with any kind of bump, it popped out. Otherwise, it would have been great. FYI, my vent (2014 Cadillac CTS) is slanted severely.

    Does not stick when it gets heated, I use the arm, it does not feel stable.
