0 stars for F30, 5 stars for G30max. Bought F30, after setting up everything, it didn't want to start. After contacting Best Buy, they suggested to take it back to the store and to get another one. The same thing happened with the second one, it didn't start. Than I took it back again to tje store and decided to get a G30max, and it happened to be a good decision. Bigger scooter with bigger battery. Fast enough, not very heavy to me, seems solid built. I go to work everyday using my scooter, I am happy with that.

I purchased 2 of these for my 12 & 11 year old. Within the first 2 weeks of purchase the rear tire of my son’s scooter had the tread wear down ( see below pic). My daughter’s scooter, her inter tube needed to be replaced on the rear tire as well. Now the irony of that is, the scooter came with an extra tire. Makes me think that, Segway might be aware of an issue and being proactive, but within the first 2 weeks and under 5 miles of riding, find a new tire purveyor. Especially when a warranty is not offered. Overall it’s a reasonable scooter option for beginners with a decent price point.

It was good at firts, but battery doesn't last after 11 months.

My first scooter, which I soon exchanged due to a small cruise range. Allows you to move around the city quite comfortably for short distances. If you plan to drive a long distance, do not spare money and buy a Ninebot MAX.

Great scooter, fast and decent battery life. Pretty much as advertised. Do make sure that it charges I got 3 that were faulty out of the box brand new.

Waited around 2 months before posting this review to make sure it’s accurate. Initially, we really enjoyed using this scooter. It performed as described and charged like it was supposed to. You can average the exact miles it says, getting a little further in eco mode. But let’s be real, who wants to ride eco mode on a scooter. 2 months in, we’ve already replace one tire and the charger stopped working. Really disappointed in the quality of this scooter. With causal use, maybe 1x-2x week, I expect more out of the tires and ability to charge the thing. Would not recommend.

Its a great purchase it goes a good speed for kids its safe but not to reliable the batter dies pretty fast after few months operating range is not accurate overall its a average scooter great for kids

Wayyyyyy too expensive, but it’s range for me wasn’t as advertised. Though I hear other people have better luck - it’s also very heavy like 50 pounds to carry minimum. So if you intend on bringing it up a flight of stairs, you may as well use it’s range to go around the block instead (literally did that). The weight just kills the product, every other model are a lot lighter.

Decent scooter with sturdy build and light weight but it needs more range and speed. It is helpful for running little errands here and there to the store and around my college campus but not for long distance rides.

This is a decent product for the price. I use it for fun and just zipping around. A full battery lasts about half an hour is all, which is pretty disappointing. It overheats if you are at full throttle for more than a few minutes, and it just kind of bogs down or briefly stops which makes you jolt forward into the handle. It is fun, but next time I would buy a bigger one with more battery capacity.

It's ok but way heavier than it you would think and this not really that transportable

Not the best scooter out there by far. It's heavy and kinda slow. It's a little quirky too. Sometimes it doesn't want to go on the initial throttle push.

Overall its a nice Scooter but it can't take hills at all.

Battery dies a bit fast, based on weight! Would had got a bigger scoot if i knew it stuggles on slight inclines and gives u an error code. I bought 2 for me and my son, he scoots, battery last a lot longer. Im 210lbs. Should had done my research.

It is decent. But they lied about range. It supposed to go 18 mi. But it goes maximum 10 mi and then easily run out of battery

It does not have the speed we expected for the weight and age it is designed for.

2 months in the battery stopped charging had to send it it in to get serviced just got it back from Segway so we’ll see how it goes

Its Easy to Ride and to use. It can go several Miles with a good Charge

Not bad for the money. Takes long to charge and battery life isn’t that good

Very efficient bike. The top part gets loose at times.
