    So reluctant to buy a chair online and finally booked it after seeing the review more carefully. The chair is absolutely amazing for a big guy. It doesn't make the squeaking noise turning or during a drag. But the right arm rest has 2 screws in which i was shocked to see there was a plastic mold blocking the hole. I can't imagine this is a defective one. I had to use my drill to clear it off so that the screw goes through it . That's 3 star !

    This is a great chair, it's sturdy, but a bit noisy when moving around in place when sitting in it. The back is taller than normal as well which is nice. It could go a little lower. I'm 6'4" and at it's lowest setting it's about right for me - hence it being a "big and tall chair". I would recommend buying this chair because the price for what you get is great!

    I purchased this chair as a christmas gift for my husband last year. The chair material is already cracking, loud creeking noises when u sit down and it won’t stay at the height he wants! I thought the price was a bit high and maybe the quality would match. NOPE!

    The chair is wide and able to handle weight upto 250lb. The material is nice however it squeaks alot when moving. Could have been made better with the amount that was paid.
