I really like the beautiful mauve color that the Shark FlexFusion system comes in. It’s even prettier than the lavender color of the FlexStyle system. The darker accent color on the brush and straightener is just the right offset, making it a very classy looking set. If I judged by looks alone, I’d give it all thumbs up, but of course, that wouldn’t be a practical reason to get a hair styling system like this one. Unfortunately, though, the versatility of the system really didn’t live up to my expectations in using it on my thick, longish length hair. A plus is that the blow dryer, when used on its own or with the brush accessory, did dry my hair in half the time it normally takes. But it took twice as long with the curling wand or straightener attached than usual. The FlexFusion dryer is slightly heavier than the FlexStyle one, but it is also irritatingly loud. Loud to the point that I suggest wearing some quality earplugs to protect your eardrums when you’re using it. The bulky power cord is heavy also, adding to the weight and strain of the dryer on your arm during use. Use it with the straightener attached and you’ll almost need a crane to lift your arm! The straightener added also makes the dryer almost 2-feet long and that’s a lot of bulk to have to deal with. I want to dry and style my hair, not lift weights! The weight of it with the other included styling attachments was much more manageable. Even though it was somewhat of a pain having to switch between a left and a right curling wand for uniform spiral curl direction, the spirals looked great. The curls, however, were short-lived and needed a do over after 2-3 hours. And it seems they lasted the longest when I styled from dry hair than from wet. I didn’t get the full benefit of using the straightener attachment because it was just too unwieldy and awkward to use on my entire head on my own. Even after trying the FlexFusion system various ways multiple times, a regular dryer, flat iron and curling iron is less strenuous and more efficient in my opinion.

The attachments are nice , & the tool does what I need however it’s way too loud. Especially being right next to my ear. I measured 95db.. that’s loud! You have to switch the curl wraps depending from left to right. I have long hair so the length of the curl attachments could be longer. You also have to hold down the cooling option which doesn’t cool down properly. Takes at least two minutes before you feel any cool air.

Brush not easy to use con straight hair. EXcellent air dryer. Dont like the brush. Dont like the iron. Too pricey for what it is.

It’s ok. The flat iron is very difficult to use. Hard to hold and hard to control.

I was excited to use this item I purchased for my salon it actually dried out the hair don’t believe it’s for African American hair

Looks like a lot of gadgets time will tell should come with a case for the price had to order generic one and see if it works
