Disappointing, now while this is quick at drying i found it loses its effectiveness after a while. Owned for 8mos now and im already making a call to warranty due to it just randomly shutting off, the power cord being too loose.

I'm not sure how I feel about this tool. The first time I used it, it curled my hair well and it lasted for 12 hours. I have not been able to keep a curl longer than 1 minute since then but did not return the tool. It's a great blow dryer, but the curls are not lasting which is the whole point of the tool. No dust, but the barrels can only grab onto like half inch of hair which isnt great for someone who has long, thick, corse hair. If you have asian hair, I wouldn't recommend this one since it doesn't really work.

Definitely not the best brush/blow dryer combo. Honestly my revlon does a better job.

My hair is mid-length, fine, smooth, and straight. The blow dryer aspect of this is decent. It dries my hair quickly, and I love that it is not bulky like most hair dryers. The attachments do absolutely nothing for me. I have tried every product and trick under the sun to make the curl stay, but no matter what, my hair is completely flat within the hour. The round brush attachment is bulky and grips way too much to be effective. This unit is also incredibly loud and has a cord like it is for a fridge. After having it for a month, it is now randomly turning itself off mid-use. As a blow dryer, this is a decent product. Is it worth 200-300 dollars? Absolutely not.

“The Shark Flex Styler is fun to use, but unfortunately, the curls don’t hold well. I followed the process—using the hot air, then the cool shot, and turning it off. However, by the time I finished curling all my hair, the first set of curls had already fallen flat. I tried using hairspray and pinning the curls while getting ready, but they still didn’t last. Even pinning them overnight with hairspray didn’t help; they fell flat quickly. Disappointed with the results, especially for the price.”

I bought this item as it reflected the similarities as a Dyson and half the price. Unfortunately, less than 6 months the air wrap stopping working. A red light reflected showing as if the dryer was over heating. After unplugging and replugging back in, the problem seems to be fixed but after a few wraps the dryer stopped working again. I’m a total tech customer and currently waiting at Best Buy to see how they can resolve this issue for me.

Continually overheats. Not impressed. My inexpensive hair blower that does the same thing, is much better. Bulky.

Wasn't for me as the blow dryer didn't have enough power to dry my hair in a timely manner.

The quality could’ve been better. Sturdier, for example, when you pull on the hair when you’re wrapping it, the brushes come off if you have too much tension which is the point when straightening your hair. I’d say if you have thin and not too much thickness it will work for you. But if you have a lot of hair and if you try to dry it straight the actual piece pops right off. The only good thing is that it does dry the pieces fairly quickly if you do itty bitty sections. Not what you’d expect for $300

I have curly long hair that I blow out straight. I have a dyson and bought a rapid style gloss.I was so impressed with the rapid style I bought the flex . Honestly I gave up after 10 mins, When the first section of my hair STILL was not dry. I dried with the rapid style and went back to use the curling barrel . Also just meh. Bc my hair is mid back length I didnt expect a full curl but I could only get a good bend never a curl. Its going right back. My only complaint about the rapid style is that the plug is cheap - a product like this needs an anchor prong .

I loved that it incorporated so many pieces. When I got to using it, my hair kept getting tangled at the ends and I was using small grabs of hair. I did not enjoy the product and I returned it :(

While this product does do multiple things such as blow dry, straighten, and curl at a much lower temp than say a straightener.. it does not do a good enough job at it. The curls in our hear may have been too much of a task for this device as the curls would lose it's curl-ness about 30 min after being worked on. Perhaps it'd work on other people's hair but ours seemed to be too thick and long!

Did not work for my wife, she tried all of the different settings and her hair would not stay the way she fixed it.

I tried out the entire system on my mid-length, fine hair. I have a good amount of hair with a fine, 2B curl texture, and the blow dryer worked fine by itself. The attachments for curling was my main reason for purchase, and the curl results were disappointing. If you want a curl that will set and hold, this is not the product I would recommend. My hair will hold a curling iron curl for 2-3 days, this fell out within 10 mins. The curl was also more of a loose curl, and the system didn't seem worth the price point. As a non-influencer, this was my experience.

I bought this for my wife and she wasn’t too. Happy about the product. Great price with lots of tools.

Worked great at first. Just over a year old and it spontaneously turns off while in use.

Heavy, the curlers are tricky to use, takes longer than it should. Curls also didn’t stay and yes I took sections smaller the width of barrel. Sucks to have missed the return date!

I bought both the Dyson Airwrap and the Shark at the same time to test. I would do one in each side of my hair and compare - then next time using it would switch sides and compare. The Dyson curls held up more than the Shark curls. The Shark did blow dry faster on the rough dry, but the non-holding curls were the determining factor for me

I don't know why I always fall for the hype. I like the dryer portion of this product, but attachments fall short. They do nothing to straighten or smooth my hair. Just makes it more frizzy. I guess I will stick to my Dyson Air Wrap and not try to find something better.
