Excellent Robot Vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, this robot is extremely thorough at cleaning every available inch of my condo, which has a somewhat irregular-shaped floor plan (I keep doors to the bedroom and bath closed) and multiple furniture obstacles to negotiate. The mapping is very accurate and I observe it following a very meticulous path each time. The first time that I noticed it going back for a recharge before completion of the 'mission', it had very little left to clean so I turned off that feature and it finishes without the need to recharge. I find that the noise level of the robot itself is negligible, but the self-emptying cycle is a bit loud, but it's scheduled to run at times when this is not an issue. It is far better than my previous Shark ION, which randomly bounced around like a pinball, but still managed to keep the floors clean. This one is more efficient and knows exactly where it is and where to go; no issues with it being unable to find the dock. I already had the Shark app and adding the robot was very easy. It is very thorough in vacuuming around dining tables and chairs. Being able to label areas/rooms and direct it to clean only specific ones is a great feature. I am quite satisfied with this upgrade.

Worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the rumba several years ago and wasted my money. I ended up throwing in the trash. But i have petsand i have to vacuum everyday. It was so time consuming i was getting stressed out cause its not the only thing i need to get done after work. I decided I would give this a try based on reviews. It is quick and easy set up but you do need to use the app. So if you dont have a smartphone maybe not the route to go. I have it on a schedule so it gets vacuumed everyday. So far i love this as much as my coffee maker and Beer! Its 5 stars for me.

We love Harry!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Harry is our Robot vac and he is like a family member! Saves me time from constant vacuuming of my shedding Golden Retriever and Aussies hair. Just push clean and he goes for about 45 mins. Love him!

4 Dogs
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am pleasantly surprised. I run this vacuum once a day seven days a week. I have had to vacuum with my traditional vacuum once since purchased. I clean the main hub and filters daily, empty the container daily and clean the dust out. I clean the vacuum between uses, very easy maintenance but with 4 dogs i expected it.

Great purchase for the betterment of you home!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for the excellent price it really is worth purchasing. It was quick to develop a map for my house, and I have it on a schedule to clean the floors every day at 5:00am so the house is clean for the day! it can store the debris for up to 30 days with quick and efficient dumping of the trash. all controls from your phone or on the robot itself. I honestly have no complaints. it’s an upgrade from the eufy device I used to have.

Nice little machine that works better than Roomba!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tremendously helped my sinuses and allergies. I run it every night. It takes 85 minutes to clean my house on first level. It has 3 different power modes. I usually use the turbo, high power mode and my vacuum can do the whole floor in one charge no problem. It runs until its full and will go dump the dust into the HEPA Filter dust container. I dont have to deal with any dust and honestly i think i could go more like 60 days without having to dump the main dirt container on the base charging station. BTW- I read that some people had issues with the software, so I was expecting some difficulty or something, but everything worked perfectly! I mapped out my home. I can do anything from the app. I run this machine everynight. The only thing that happened so far was the vacuum sucked up a 6 foot roll of paper measuring tape lol. It came right out, and resumed where it left off I even got a text alert that my vacuum needed help hehe WORKS AS WELL AS ROOMBAS 600 DOLLAR MODEL. I have tried them both. For the sale price hands down a great buy. Shark has a much higher bang for your buck. The same price will get you a lot more with Shark. The model does talk to you as well sonetimes if theres anything wrong or if i give it a command it speaks and announces the activity i chose for it to do. You can clean 1 area by chosing it on the mao in the app OR by placing the bot by the mess and pressing the clean button for 7 seconds. You can set barriers and choose what rooms to clean or not clean. Or you can just clean the whole house like i usually do. My sinuses are happy!!! I tried and have multiple high end air purifiers but after 3 days with this vacuum my alergies are almost totally cleared up! Hope this helps!! :)

Best purchase of the year
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this robovacuum so much!! We have had it for a couple months now are are still impressed with it. The app is easy to use and the mapping it does is amazing! Not to mention how well it cleans and how long it runs. It is much quieter than our previous robovacuum from a different brand, so that is a plus. The self-emptying feature is awesome (and is the noisiest part but only lasts a few seconds). We love it so much we bought one for my mom for her birthday and we recommend to anyone interested in a robovacuum. My only complaint is I need another one of these for our second floor!

Great entry level
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We came from a Dyson hand held vacuum, so we knew virtually nothing about robo vacuums. We'd done enough research to know we wanted bagless, self emptying and lidar. For us the priority was convenience and ease of use. This needed to basically run itself and empty itself. The only time I really need to interact with it is to empty the bin which isn't often 30-60 days depending. A buddy of mine has been using robot vacuums for over 5 years, and everything he was qualifying me for I'd found in this vacuum before consulting him. He'd had a bad experience with Shark 4 or 5 years ago, so he was skeptical. That said, our vacuum has really surprised us. It's worth the money to us, but it was $200 off when we purchased it, and the insurance from the Dyson made it no money out of pocket except for the insurance. The only thing I'll say that keeps it from being perfect is I notice matrix clean or spot clean where it focuses on a spot is sometimes the only way it will pick up everything, like even small pieces of tissue. Also it doesn't seem to pick up clumps of hair at all. Between our cat and my wife, those are persistent. So I do find myself behind it for small resistance forces, but it mostly gets the job done. I recommend some form of insurance. Yes it's half the cost of the item, but when it does wear out, you don't want to shell out the entirety of a whole new vacuum either.

all around awesome - get one!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love our new Shark. We had a bob before and they are almost completely different, in great ways. This really maps out rooms and areas. You can see the completed map in the app afterwards. I have not tried without the app, not sure if you can use it that way except just to push the power button. It cleans and returns when full to empty then goes back out to work. We have a black lab s so have a large amount of hair, besides our own.We have not had any issue with long hair wrapped around the beater bar - at all, never and we both have hair past our shoulders. This vac is just awesome. Like most reviews mention, it is loud when emptying but it IS emptying all the dirt and hair. We tried it first time after vacuuming with out Shark vacs ( that also do an awesome job) and it actually got 2 bins full of dirt. For reference- we have a 1560 house and do auto clean on at least 1400 of it.- but didn't have to do the emptying!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great suction! Best by far that I have owned. I had a Neato D5 previously and loved that but this really knocks it out of the park.mapping is great and it doesnt get stuck. Love the fact I dont have to empty every time. Great value for the money.

Great if you don’t have stuff on the floor
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ethernet cable? Bad. Sock? Bad. Too much long hair? Bad. A nice open, clutter free floor is where this thing shines. At least I know when there’s a sock under my bed, cause it’ll let me know it’s stuck.

Good vacuum poor app.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My review is based on App features. As an overall cleaning it does a well job. It runs on schedule, returns to base, empties and continues. It goes back to dock and charges. No issues. My disappointment is with the feature of the app. You cannot schedule individual rooms. You cannot have multiple schedules. I currently have a less expensive robot vacuum that has this feature. I’ve had other brands and this is a common feature.

Great for pet owners
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far, this has been the best robot vac I've purchased. The self emptying function is what sold me on this. The set up was familiar and easy from my previous shark bot vac. While i still have to empty the canister often, I get way more cleaning done with this one than the one without the self emptying feature. I have a shepherd who sheds a lot and this has been a life saver. No more pup hair accumulating near the baseboards after 1 day!
