It’s soooo quiet you don’t even hear it running. The quick set feature make it a snap to easily heat your food. Oohhh wait not to mention the Alexia compatibility!! Why not make me more lazier lol !! This is simply amazing.

I purchasrd my 2nd one after my 14 year old 1st one stopped working in January. Hope to have and enjoy this 2nd one for years to come. Sleek stainless steel design, bright white interior. Really like the smart technology with voice control. So far works great, very pleased.

Easy to set up. Have not used the Alexa feature yet. I do have a problem setting up the clock when we changed time for Daylight Savings time.

Also the glass revolving plate did not want to stay on the funky plastic rollers it's supposed to ride on and it regularly bumped itself off and then stood still. Sorry Sharp, but this wasn't a well thought out design.

I had that one for years. I’ve had this one a couple months. Plastic is already peeling off the keypad. The stainless trim is popping off around the keypad as well. I spent over an hour peeling little bits of plastic off after unboxing it. Really disappointed in the quality.

Please be advised that the control panel normally comes with a plastic film which is to protect the display. To remove this, you can use a tape and place it at the corner of the panel and gently peel. Regarding the stainless trim falling off, please submit pictures of this to onlinesupport@sharpsec.com so that we may look into this and help.
Too Much Plastic

This works well but I gave it 3 stars because it is mostly plastic! The only stainless steel is on front. I guess because of the plastic it’s gray, I didn’t notice it. Also the bottom to open it feels flimsy!
