While this headset is comfortable and sound quality is OK for voice communication, it suffers from a fatal flaw when used for MS Teams meetings, etc: you hear a beep every few seconds to “remind” you that you’re on mute. Unless you’re presenting in a meeting, you’re usually on mute as virtual meeting etiquette, so this beeping is incredibly annoying. There’s no foolproof way of disabling it… and yes, I contacted Shokz customer support about this. Their “solution” was an upsell to purchase their USB dongle, which supposedly doesn’t have this problem; a problem which shouldn’t exist in the first place. I’m certainly not going to spend an additional $50 to find out. Bass response is virtually non-existent, so music can sound “tinny.” There are also times where you really don’t want to be situationally aware: you’re listening to whatever and don’t want to hear the kids screaming in the background, or you’re in the gym and you’d rather listen to your own tunes than the obnoxious “music” blaring overhead, or you’re in an online meeting and there’s a lot of background office noise. In all these situations this headset fails, because you’re always going to hear what’s going on around you. In conclusion, an interesting concept which doesn’t live up to its hype. Another gadget destined for my junk drawer. My advise if you need a headset for virtual meetings is to look elsewhere.

Do NOT sacrifice reliability for comfort. I purchased this headset because I needed a headset that was comfortable to wear for long periods of time during work. While this headset is comfortable, it is easily the least reliable headset I've purchased to-date. It randomly decides that voice chat is no longer necessary and switched to music only, which isn't very useful when you need to make or receive phone calls. Aftershokz tech support is not very helpful unless you want someone to tell you to switch your device on and off again. Or hard reset and repair regularly. I would not recommend this headset for anyone who needs a reliable headset for making work phone calls.

CHEAPER ON AMAZON FOR ONE! TWO I HAD THESE TWO WEEKS AND AFTER THE FIRST WEEK THEY SHORT CIRCUIT! THEY ARE TOO BULKY ON THE BACK OF THE HEAD . NOT LOUD ENOUGH. THE SALE PERSON CONVINCED ME THESE ARE THE BEST, THEY ARE THE WORST . STICK WITH IPODS PRO, NOT NOSIE CANCELLING.

I cannot recommend this product until the beeping on mute issue is resolved. Constant double beeping while on mute in teams.

The was ok. The mic wasn’t great. Callers had a hard time hearing me. It’s not adjustable, so it kept sliding off my head/ears. Connecting wasn’t reliable. The dealbreaker for me, I wasn’t able to mute phone calls I was taking from my computer.

The sound is great for what it’s purpose is, but the microphone is HORRIBLE, you sound so far away and people complain about it going in and out.

The product works great, but Best Buy's shipping is garbage. It came several days late and they wouldn't let me cancel and pick up in store even though it hadn't even been shipped.

Not an adjustable fit. It's "one size fits all" when we definitely do not all have the same sized head/ears. Bulk behind the ear loops pushes my ears outward. Check vibration is too much for long term use for me. Sound quality was very "distant" and like I was in a tunnel. I like the concept but it needs work. Will be returning

After owning for 2 months i have used them 4 times. After full charge only last 3 hours. Sending back for replacement. Customer care at aftershokz was very helpfull when you finally find a phone number to call them. There web site doesn't like to work with cell phones or chromebook.

At first it has noise cancellation but that goes away after a few weeks. My husband drives a truck and I can’t even hear him for all the background noise. I can’t believe they are selling these at truck stops now. Nice design but huge flaws

Very disappointed with my purchase. They claim 16 hours talk time and the most talk time I get is 8 hours at the most if that. I tried calling Aftershokz customer service and they do not have a working phone number to call I wish I could rate them a 0 but 1 is the lowest I could go but 1 is too good of rating.Wo

Used for two days. both evenings had blinding headaches. first night i thought it was just some random headache (i get a few mild ones here and there). The second night i figured this might be the culprit and didn't use the third day. headaches went away. i returned this very quickly after that. solid pass.

second pair and sound has gone out in both only this time i had then=m 30 days so was rold i threw away 175 because my return limit had been past

Shokz? More like Shoddy. I am so disappointed in this wireless headset. My co-workers said I sounded like I was on another planet. Do yourself a favor -- learn from my mistake and try another brand.

worked really well for 5 months, not for listening music but really good for video conference until the microphone got useless. I won't buy this brand again .

So what I've had it less than 3 months and it now is not working and overheats when on charger. And Best Buy says I can't return it. It worked well up till now
