Bone conduction has come a long way. I had a pair of aftershokz trekz titanium from before shokz changed their name, and these sound so much better, are lighter and more compact, water resistant, magnetic charging, and doesn't leak anywhere near the amount of sound the previous old generation did. Very happy and wear these to bed, while driving, running, cycling, etc. Even wore these in the sauna! Highly recommended. The microphone is not very good for calls though; if that is your main purpose, look elsewhere. I think shokz has a model with a boom microphone.

I was surprised by how much I enjoy using these and not just for walks or runs. I've started using these in the office and have started looking at the boom mic version for teams calls. The only issue I have is it does feel a little weird when you have them turned up a little too much and the beeping you get when you are on mute during a conference call.

They work really well, until they dont. I had a pair when they were called aeropex, after 2 years and about 2 weeks, (just after warranty) one of the speakers got loose in the headphones and vibrated against the hard plastic causing some pretty horrendous whining. Had this last pair for about 6 months and the mic started going bad. Got worse and worse, people saying i sounded far away, or like i was underwater etc. They couldnt understand me. Luckily it was only about 6 months later, so was still in warranty. I just returned it and am getting a new one shipped out to me. As a total tech member, i get two free years of geeksquad which means the new pair will get an additional two years of geek squad. If they last somewhere between a year and a year and a half, its not a big deal for me. But honestly, even if they do crap out after 2 years, i think it was a relatively worthwhile purchase. Theyre extremely convenient, just not super reliable.

For the price, the sound quality could be better. Use while riding a motorcycle not very good. Mic can become muffled if they get too wet. Showering with them, swimming, use in the rain..... not the best idea. Even though they're "rated" for it.

Works as described but took a day to adjust to listening differently. Its open ear, so you can hear sounds around you. However, it doesn’t sit on the bone. It is great to not have a band over top of my head as well! The microphone could use some work but for a bluetook connection, its expected. If you have trouble hearing, use your finger and plug your war cutting off outside sounds. Othereise, holds a charge all day, not the best for lsitening to music. If you’re looking for high quality type sound, bone conduction isn’t going to give you that. For conversations and plain music, perfect! The price point was appropriate; however, I did purchase while on sale.

I bought these and they were amazing. The Bluetooth mic goes out in 13 days on day 16 I go to best buy to replace them. They tell me no. I understand it is 15days. Since I signed up for the rewards and do my business shopping here I hoped the shift supervisor wouldn’t have said no, he did inform me of the manufacturable warranty which should cover it but we all know that’s a pain in the you know what to be on top of that process. They still work as headphones amazing like. I doubt your experience will be the same. But if the mic breaks so quick please post a review.
