It is simple to install and very simple to set it up. It is designed to alert family members or caregivers if loved one is laving home when they should not, or if they are wandering around at night. Pros: 1. Simple to set up and use. If door is open, alarm is activated and sends signal to portable device. 2. You can add up to 20 motion sensors and door sensors. It allows you to cover large size home. 3. NO WiFi Required. It is all via radio frequency. No need to worry if it is going to work if there is no internet. 4. It is very Affordable. Cons: This is designed for caregiver who lives with loved one. It will help you know if loved one is wandering or if loved one is opening door - leaving home, when they should not. It does have range of up to 250 ft which is nice, but caregiver must have portable unit with them at all times.
