Some great, but some bad also.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did A LOT of research on these guys before purchasing. Bought them on sale for $80. The sound quality is great; they do most of what they say they can do. The case is nice and the keeps them charged a long time. I recharge maybe once every other week after medium usage. Unfortunately, though, they almost make me regret the purchase due to fitment. I have tried every size, and either my left ear is oddly shaped, or the buds are, but it shakes out of my ear to an uncomfortably loose position consistently while walking. Additionally, lack of buttons forces you to memorize all the single, double and long press commands, I try to avoid them altogether. Also, after about 45min on a Zoom call, the audio starts to drop in and out due to connection issues. Overall they appear nice quality and sound great, but connectivity and fit are huge issues for me.

I didn't know if I was going to give these 3 or 4s
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I wasn't sure if I was going to give it 3 or 4 stars because despite these sounding really good, they DO NOT sound good for phone calls nor are they practical in a sense where if you are listening to music on your tablet and someone calls you (both devices have been paired to these earbuds) I would have to manually go to the bluetooth settings of my tablet.....disconnect these and then try and connect them via bluetooth settings on my phone just to use these to talk to whoever's is calling me. If I am watching YouTube videos on my phone and someone calls me, they will be able to automatically take the phone call however take note phone call quality is not good at all. I use blueparrot headsets for work and those will give you excellent phone call quality. Everyone I talk to tells me how clouded I sound or how noisy my ambience is and how it's infecting the phone conversation. Battery life is pretty good....actually it's very good. The audio quality sounds great to me as far as music listening. Even the voices of those who I attempt to talk to during a phone call sounds very good. These have a feature in the Soundcore app that will give you a prompted sound test so it could Taylor the audio quality to your ears and my does it sound good. Another thing.....despite having the right size inserts for comfort, when I start working out, these will begin to get alittle loose so I will say these aren't designed for use while working out (and the pics on the box kinda speaks for this as the man in the box's pic is wearing casual wear lol) I've done an intro review on YouTube of these earbuds and a follow up will be coming in the beginning of March. https://youtu.be/BK_cH3UuuPA

Regarding the mic issue, this model is one of our newest products. We deeply appreciate your detailed answers to discover the root cause of the problem:
- What is the model and OS of the device you are connecting the headphone with?
- Are you having this issue with regular phone calls or with an App you use for calls (e.g. Skype, Whatsapp etc.)?
- Where are you usually when the problem happens? Indoors? On a busy street?
- Please also let us know the firmware version of your Soundcore APP. Is it up to date?
- Does this issue happen when you use both sides together? Or only use one side?
We understand that you have tried some troubleshooting already, but please confirm that you have also tried the following steps:
- Use the default phone call on another phone to see if it makes any difference.
- Download the Soundcore APP and upgrade the firmware to the latest version.

Good build, ok on everything else
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these a few days ago and there are some settings that are weird and may not be customizable. I'm still adjusting. The sound quality is pretty solid, although the low end is a bit light. These sound great listening to rock, country, pop and jazz. Not so great for rap, hip hop or dance/house music (compared to other headphones). I found, at least in my ears, you do have to have the right size silicone ear piece attached. Otherwise it sounds like it's cutting out. I also have trouble with the right one going in and out. They may be bad, not sure yet. I do find it annoying I have to go into the app half the time to make both buds connect. These are great in everything such as bluetooth 5.0, using USB-c, waterproof, and awesome battery life. I'm just disappointed with the connectivity this far.

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From a samsung galaxy s9 plus user. First off I like the design similar to airpods with the addition of a great fit with the latex in ear fittings. They fit great in the ear in my opinion. Charging time seems adequate when u need a 10 min quick charge however 28 hrs of run time with the case seems a little short than it says. Sound quality is great when using the soundcore app with it but lacks a little short on the volume. This problem can be easily fixed with a 3rd party app. I use poweramp for my default music player it's a great app that everyone has to have in my opinion you'll see why when you check it out in the playstore I have the pro version. As for the call quality it seems ok but at some point the person I'm talking to will have a hard time hearing me I'm hoping that this can be fixed with a firmware update. Hope this review helps.

Authentic Real Review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To put things in perspective lets go over a couple of things first. 1. I come from using and iPhone & Apple AirPods and was looking for something similar in performance. Not as good just good enough. 2. I am using this headset with an OnePlus 7 Pro 3. Voice calls is the primary reason for my purchase of this headset. 4. I did not use the app to tweak the hearing and volume of the headphones. -I have looked at many review videos and read many articles about these before purchasing. As I understand everyone's experience is different so I felt it was worth trying them out as they were on sale ($90) when I purchased. For starters they are "O.K." for voice calls. I don't like holding the phone to my ear for calls so I needed something in which I could make calls and talk hands free for extended amounts of time with no problems. Most of the times I wouldn't have issues with people hearing me but I consciously spoke louder than usual when using these as opposed to my AirPods. My wife on the other hand always complained when I talked to her while using these and said I sounded "far away". I have received the same complaint from others just not as much, but enough to the fact that I stopped using them for calls all together. I can hear people fairly well as the seal was very good and made it easy to hear and comfortable to use. -The build quality is on par with the price so no complaints from that department. They feel like a $100 pair of earbuds. Very nice look and design. Packaging is very nice. -They do not get loud which is something I have read in many other reviews and I agree with that. I would use them at times for music or video watching but since I have a pair of Sony noise cancelling in ear buds I would mainly use those as the SoundCore headset wouldn't get to a volume in which I could immerse myself in the music. For quick video watching and listening to music for not a long time I would use them. I did not take the time to use the app to tweak the volume as some reviews has said that it does help to make the sound better. -The battery life is very good and impressive I will say that. -Value I would say they are worth around $70 not quite $100 pair of headphones. I paid $90 for them at the time. I think if the call quality was a bit better with people being able to hear me I would definitely say they are worth the $100. I plan on returning mine and trying something else due to the fact I have had so many issues with people hearing me via phone calls they are not useful to me. If I had paid less I would keep them as they are good for basic use but not a full workhorse of doing everything I need them to do in order for them to be an "all-in-one" solution for me.

Battery is great but fit is not.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to last longer than the original Anker Liberty ear buds, they’re small enough for my small ears but because the 2 shortened the bit that goes in the ear canal just marginally, these no longer fit well. They fall out regardless of whichever silicone ear piece you use. They don’t go far enough in any longer to work properly. The angle at which they go in has also been slightly adjusted. I either have to constantly adjust them or deal with a “plugged” ear sound by pushing them in so that they suction. It’s really disappointing and it’s not worth the money paid for these. Might go back to the originals because the only good thing about these is the battery life.

Fully featured T earbuds with great sound to boot!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I have tried a bunch of earbuds already from cheap to high end, trying to replace my current Galaxy buds, which I'm not happy with the voice quality and soundm. I have searched and searched, then caught wind of those upcoming Anker Liberty Air 2! Need specific features for it to be a keeper, fist independent use of either buds while other charges, check! This feature works great as intended, not sure what the other negative reviewer is talking about, if it doesn't work..I recommend re-pairing your buds. I am using this with my Razer Phone 2. Second Fitment, these fit great and acheive decent passive noise cancelling, I am using the stock ear tips, you get a few pairs to find the right fit. Third, sound. These have aptx, again, not the discredit the negative reviewer, make sure you enable HD audio under Bluetooth, in your phone settings. Enables AptX assuming your phone device has that feature. This also has HearID which you can calibrate your buds to your hearing sensitivity from highs to lows, allowing for a personalized profile. This actually works and has been my profile, don't want to mess with it? The stock soundcore signature sound works fine, but I urge you to try the hearID. A plus is that this has a long battery life and wireless charge feature. Also, touch controls works as intended, can be reprogrammed via the app. Also, this has 4 mics, so far noone has complained over the other end! Pros: Independent ear buds HD sound with personal profiles via HearID Long battery life Good fitment 99 doll hairs! Works with google or Siri! With 4 mics Bluetooth 5.0 with great range Cons: Foam tips would have been nice Charging case could have been made better

Impressive wireless earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am one of the very satisfied owners of this pair of wireless earbuds. It was simple to set up. Sleek and nicely designed, it is light and travel-friendly. I was very impressed that it calibrated the sound optimized for my ears. And they’ve included 3 pairs of different-sized eartips to ensure comfortable fit and wear. Sound quality during phone calls is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Soundcore Liberty Air 2s worth the $$$
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After several earbud reviews, and needing some for the gym, I chose the Souncore Liberty Air 2s. Great choice, and App enhances everything. After selecting the right earbud ear size, to really seal in the sound I was in business. Started out a little rough because I paired them before installing the App, and had to reset them to get both to work. Then at the gym because I was sweating a lot I had to pull them out and adjust them several times. And on the Elliptical machine the cut off and went in and out several times. The call quality was an issue at first. But after getting back home, and adjusting them over several days I think I have them right where I want them. Great sound, choice, and I would recommend them. Not a fan of the airpod type of earbuds, but these are different and nice.

Great Wireless earbuds even better company!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are some of the best wireless earbuds I have ever had. I have had seinhesser or however you spell it I have had the Jabra 65(which had great mics so you can hear others talk when you need to) but these are my top picks as far as price:worth difference. The biggest thing however is when I dropped my ccase with my buds in them in the toilet (clean water at my house but still toilet water lol) the ear buds were fine but the case was shot. I emailed soundcore and asked them how much a replacement case would cost me. They told me dont worry about it and they would get me one asap. I thought that was amazing but then they got here. They sent me a case and the case had, you guessed it, another pair of ear buds along with the case. Thats the kind of customer relations from decades ago that everyone misses.

Decent wireless ear buds at a reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was excited to try these out working from home and potentially using them as a headset. Needless to say they don't stay in the ear very well and the call quality is not very good. People were having a hard time hearing me. For listening purposes they worked great. Music quality was excellent and the sound when on a phone call was clear on my end. If others could hear me better on phone calls and the buds stayed in, I'd definitely give 5/5. Sadly not the case. Also, for some reason pressing the back of the bus causes your assistant function on your phone to activate which is really annoying if you're just trying to push the bud back in.

Perfect fit!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these vs. the samsung buds due to how much smaller these ones are. They fit perfectly in my small ears. Great sound, long battery life, etc. The one con I found is when I am listening to music and I receive a phone call my microphone doesn't work. If I am not listening to music they work well.

Amazing product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I absolutley love these! If you use the earbuds they can be hard to find. I was on a vacation with my family and they were the most useful things I bought for the trip. I fell asleep with them a lot and sometimes they fell down my sweater and i would never know. The sound quality is amazing, you can turn it up as loud as you would want it to be and the music wont get distorted. It is deffidently my best purchase from best buy ever!

Returning these
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Frustrated to say the least. Sometimes I run into people at the gym I take one earbud out and the whole thing stops, I tap as I customized the earbuds and the tap doesn’t work so I have to stop my sets and Have to go to grab my phone to manually on Unpause the music. Right now I am on my way to the gym and besides having both earbuds one of them is not connecting, I restarted my device, I restarted the earbuds, and one of them is still not connecting. I am returning these. I’ve had bose headphones prior and Jaybirds. I’m definitely going back to Jaybirds.

To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
1. Confirm the charging case has power left (press the button on the case and note if an LED is illuminated).
2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
3. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.
