Best quality, sound & pricing!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oh my gosh! These Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pros by Anker, true wireless earbuds are so underrated hands down... So, I watched a few videos via YouTube and researched in comparison which were better (for me) between the Beats Powerbeats Pros & Apple Air Pod Pros, at first. And because I wanted to keep as best of sound quality with my music, clarity in calls and video calls, I truly thought that the Air Pod Pros would be the best route to go. I couldn’t have been more wrong (for me). All of the qualities, amenities and features in the Air Pod Pros plus (a way better) battery life are in the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pros — so much so that my spouse ordered a pair and he has the Ultra 21+! I initially got the black ones and my spouse ordered the blue ones; I really wanted the blue ones so he was nice enough to swap for the black ones being that his phone is black and mine is the blue iPhone 12 Pro Max. The app was easy to download and setup for the fit and hearing test. The quick equalizer setup (if needed) is so easy to accommodate most any listener and I absolutely love the transparency option over noise canceling! Watching videos via YouTube, Netflix or quickies via social media with the sound quality that the Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pros brings. Not to mention the quick charge wired/wireless, non bulky with a matte like finish and easy pairing case. There’s not enough I can say about Soundcore, especially since this is second kind of earbuds in roughly four years I’ve purchased of theirs. The cost was the icing on the purchase!!! Super happy about them and the investment made! Pros: Sound, Quality, Build, Price, Ease of accessibility + App Cons: It’s minor, but I listen to all sorts of music... from classical, gospel, contemporary/easy listening, hip hop, rap, r&b, instrumental and more. I test all audio devices with music by Enya for pure sound quality. There’s more bass response in the transparency (increase, especially in the vocal mode) than in noise cancellation

Not bad
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Four stars might be generous. It has great sou d, if you use the rightear piece. For me i have yo use the foam ones(not included) which seals them gives them better detail more bass. Only problem is the foam tips dont fit into the charging case so every time i have to take the tips off, store them and put them back on when ready to use. I put everythibg in a little pouch so i dont lose anythinng. When i use the supplied tips, they fit(ish) but the sound is lacking for sure. To much air leak. The touch contrs are nice, when they want to work. 50 50 shot. Battery life i think is great. I use with the anc and better sound on and they still last 5 to 6 hours. I think thats good. The case charges fast and charges the ear pieces fast. They look good. The app is nice easy to use. Pairing is a breeze. So over all i like them. I lime the sound(with foam tips) just make the chaging case except foam tips and i wouldnt even care about the so so touch controls

I'll keep this short and sweet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The primary reason I bought these was to replace my pixel buds which crapped out on me. I've gone through a lot of wireless earbuds so I'm picky. They sound lovely, and the active noise cancellation is extremely impressive- especially for a pair of earbuds. I wouldn't be surprised if these punch up against Apple airpods pro. The battery will easily last you 4 hours with noise cancellation turned on. The best part is how many ear tips they come with. There's a high chance you'll dial in the exact size that works best for your ears, and feels the most comfortable. They're just great earbuds.

Great For The Money!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I usually don’t prefer in ear headphones because of comfort reasons however, these are a game changer for me! These shocked me with how comfortable they were in my ears. I have relatively small ear holes and my experience has been that the ear pieces were either too big or not snug enough but with Soundcore’s various bud sizes I fit the small perfectly. Typically I’m in a rush to take my headphones off after a while but with these I actually didn’t have any discomfort after wearing them all day at work and had no problem wearing them after work talking on the phone. The call quality is good, imo nothing beats connected wired buds during phone calls, but nonetheless it was clear. The sound quality was impressive given the price point imo. I love the sound profiles you can choose from and the ability to do your own custom profile. The aesthetic for me was what I’ve hoped for from other popular brands but hadn’t seen. The black and rose gold is beautiful! The richness of both colors makes for a great look. I don’t think the photos do it justice. The usability is on point although my only gripe is if I go to adjust them back into my ear if I take them off it can trigger a control very easily. This could be a plus because at least it’s very responsive. Compared to the AirPod pro I’d choose these due to comfort. The transparency mode isn’t better than Apple’s however it can definitely suffice for most peoples needs. For me the voice transparency worked well, this was while I was at work in a noisy environment. I could hear my music clearly enough while hearing people almost as if they were in the background. The battery life is about 4hrs which is less than I experienced with my AirPod Pro’s which lasted about 6hrs. However the case has wireless recharging which lasts me a little over a span of 2 work days before I have to recharge it. I had no connectivity issues with my iPhone 12 Pro or iPad Air.

BUY THEM!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really did NOT want to give these earbuds 5 stars. However, after receiving everything that comes in the package, and the immense amount of app features that are included for FREE, I had to give these buds 5 stars. The first day the buds made my ears hurt with the original silcone tips that were already on the buds, but after I changed the silicone tips, the buds didn't bother my ears as much. I'm still trying to find the best fit. (If anyone is considering these buds, I would recommend starting with the smallest size and work your way up.) For the sale price of $79.99, you really can't go wrong for everything your getting. I tried other headphones at a much higher price point and these buds have very similar sound quality to other more expensive brands.

Surprise Sounds w/Value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Liberty Air 2 pro is an solid pair of wireless earbuds. The sound signature has been surprisingly pleasant. The accompanying app gives this even more flexibility. What is the real surprise is the price point. Depending on the model you choose, each Soundcore by Anker product gives so much compared to the competition. Don’t let the price fool you; truly a diamond in the rough.

Not so sure about ANC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So being in the middle of a pandemic has made me learn to love earbuds, you use them for work, zoom calls, music, movies and time to yourself. This time I went away from my norm like Apple, Samsung, and Jabra. I chose these Ankers due to reviews which are always one sided and what they offer. The pros for me are battery life, quality of material, sound quality and clear calls. The cons are I’m not a fan of the stick that hangs out of your ears and the ANC is not as strong or as good as it’s competitors. In fact I don’t like using the ANC at all on these earbuds, the noise it makes is odd and still have hard time telling whether it’s on or not. Overall I’m liking and keeping them.

Almost perfect
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works perfectly with all features just make sure you put in the right size buds so the noise cancellation works better. The only reason it doesn’t get a five for me is because it doesn’t have a way of finding then if lost in the app, you would have to use a different app that is not always realizable. Other than that they sound great and I haven’t ran out of battery once, I’ve opened and closed the case like 1000 times by now and it still works like it’s brand new.

impressive
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.didn't expect to actually enjoy these earbuds but after using this for the past couple of days now i can honestly say i love it! lets list some things about the product from my experience Pros - great packaging i thought the way it was presented was clean, the product is secured, felt premium. - the earbuds are comfortable, and lite weight - i love the design and the color as well, grey gun metal color look to it - the product also came with tons of ear tips, total of 8 sizes for your ears, including the one thats already on the device, now thats impressive - soundcore also have their own app where you'll have the ability to customize setting for your earbuds, adjust your noise cancelling all the way to getting the latest firmware update - biggest feature i wanted to try was the noise cancelation, wow it works amazingly, getting rid the sound of fan in the background was night and day, as soon as you put the pair in your ear noise canceling activates. its amazing! - I'm not an audiophile, but from my experience everything was crisp, clean, quality sounds that's awesome to listen to, great sounding bass. i haven't done any adjusting on the app, the stock setting was great. - if you take one earbud off it automatically pause on what ever you're listening to - tested this earbuds on my phone about 100% of the time, i have also tested connecting the Bluetooth on my desktop computer, mac book and my iphone x, zero issue on Bluetooth connectivity, was quick and easy to connect by opening the earbuds case - says the battery last for 26 hours, i wouldn't say I've tested it that long but its sure took a lot longer than 20hrs for me. Cons - the earbuds was having an issue detecting my finger touches when i pressed it to fast forward on music track, not sure if i wasn't putting enough pressure, but it did kind of annoy me that i had to do multiple attempt just to get it going, this didn't happen all the time, but i also never had this issue on airpods - i did say i like the packaging but i also didn't like it, information on almost every single angle of the box, one section of the box that it was 5 star rated by " 10 Grammy winning artists & musicians" but that's it doesn't tell you more about who are these 10 people that loved it? feel like anybody can just print that on their product for people to see... not sure if that's suppose to hype the product or not, but i think its not necessary. even the with minor cons of this Soundcore liberty air 2 pro, at the end of the day this earbuds deliver, it does literally all the feature other high end earbuds does for a much cheaper price, it all falls down in to how comfortable are they and how good the quality of the audio, and for me it get 5/5 it check marks those things i focus on and its impressive.

FAULTY BATCH DUMP. DON'T BUY BLUE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT BUY THE $50 BLUE SET. These are obviously a defective batch dumped by Anker onto Bestbuy to get rid of their unsellables. I picked these up today and immediately the case isn't charging through a USB C correctly. After 3 hours it was stuck in the >30% indicator. After that, all 3 lights would dimly flash and just die. What's worst is that I couldn't even connect to them via Bluetooth until I used my qi charger on the case. Using them is not bad. Sounds is pretty good but the max volume is not loud enough and I'm unable to update the firmware because it requires you to place them in the faulty case to do so and it doesn't even recognize the buds. You can never know if the case is actually charging the bud or if the Bluetooth has been disconnected. DON'T LOOK AT THE PRICE. THEY ARE HOPING THAT SOME OF YOU DONT RETURN THESE FAULTY PRODUCTS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK ON TRASH. I'm returning this tomorrow. What a waste of time

2. Connect the case with the included USB-C cable and plug it into a USB power source.
Regarding the volume issue, please also try:
1-Reset the earbuds (Search UPqIjsCRfCk on search engine for the video).

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we'd love to get you what you need!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
-After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.
If it doesn’t help, please reach out to us via support@anker.com or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.
We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Best ANC Earbuds I've Tried
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Context: I'm no audiophile, but have now used/tested ~10 different sets of wireless headphones and have a relatively good idea of what I do & don't care for. I am NOT an "unboxing" guy- the fact that these videos exist on YouTube baffles me- I mean, who has time to watch other people open things?!? That said, in a world where packaging is apparently becoming a big deal, I see the changes and can recognize & appreciate a good package. The Anker - Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro True's packaging was just really nice- a great mixture of attractive, secure & easy to open (see pics). The case, as well, is distinctive & slick- a slide open case with a matte, soft feel that sets it apart from the other earbuds I've tested. Sound-wise- the Anker - Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro True Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling sound as good or better than any other wireless earbuds I've tried. The accompanying app allows for significant customization of equalizer mix, different types of ANC (more later), controls, etc. Pairing: effortless! I've paired with no issues to my iPhone, iPad, 2 different laptops. I know this seems like a no-brainer feature for a pair of wireless earbuds... but it's not always so simple! Comfort: the Anker - Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro True Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling comes with 9 different sets of tips to customize fit, so odds are mighty good you'll be able to find the best & most comfortable fit with a little testing. And they stay in!! I can talk & chew and move around a bit without worrying that they're going to fall out. I'm still a believer that over-the-ear hooks are required for exercise (for me, at least), but the Anker - Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro True Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling handle the rigors of everyday activities with no problems. ANC: This is the 3rd pair of ANC wireless earbuds I've tested, but the only ones I thought actually delivered any actual noise-cancellation! It starts with the app's "Fit Test" function which plays a brief music clip and then lets you know if the fit of each ear is good or not. Once you've found the right fit, there are 3 ANC settings: "Normal" = no ANC, "Transparency" = actively listening & sending through outside noise, "Noise-Cancellation" = ANC on. I don't hang out in very noisy places, but simple test like snapping my fingers, turning on the TV, etc. show that the ANC setting is doing just what the name indicates- actively reducing outside noise. Previous pairs I've tested seemed to indicate almost no difference between "ANC On" & just the normal noise-cancelling you get with a good fit/seal in your ear. Different from others as well- there are 4 modes of ANC: "Transport", "Indoor", "Outdoor", "Custom". From reading the descriptions, they appear to target different frequencies depending on your environment- e.g. low frequency airplane-noise drone vs. mid-frequency from the coffee shop, etc.. Value: And to top it all off, the price point for teh Anker - Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro True Wireless Earbuds with Active Noise Cancelling puts them significantly less expensive than Apple's AirPods and on par/mostly less than other brand's similar offerings, many of which I've tested and all of those are lacking in one or more of the areas I highlight above for the Soundcores! Highly Recommended!

Great sound, customization and awesome value
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I found these Liberty Air 2 Pro earbuds to be very nice, especially considering the much better price point compared to the competition. Product packaging is very nice with the additional eight silicone eartips nicely stored in the lower, box compartment. No worries about the earbuds coming loose from the molded packaging as it takes a bit of effort to remove the earbuds themselves. At least there should be no worries of product damage during shipping. One would be missing out on customization features to not download the Soundcore app. Ambient sound option modes include Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode and Normal. It’s nice to have the ability to hear all ambient sounds or choose vocal mode in Transparency Mode, or for travel opt to use Noise Cancellation mode which targets low-end frequencies like engine and road noise. Compared to other earbuds I’ve used I’d say the noise cancellation works remarkably well on these earbuds. The Tip Fit Test is a handy feature in the app to ensure that the fit creates a good seal for enhanced bass and better noise cancellation. Earbud controls can also be customized to one’s own liking. Sound customization within the app is pretty amazing with multiple choices such as Bass Booster, Podcast, Jazz….you name it. True audiophiles can create their own custom equalizer settings. For those who choose a bit of assistance Soundcore offers HearID to map your personal hearing sensitivity to then tailor the EQ settings to create a personalized sound profile. The earbud quality and build is very nice. The charging case has a nice smooth finish with rounded edges. The top easily slides open for easy access to the earbuds. USB-C cable charging provides three hours listening time with a 15 minute charge. A complete charge will provide seven hours of playback and up to three recharges from the charging case for a total 26 hours. For myself, this provides worry free use for every scenario I use my earbuds for. Most importantly I found the sound quality for music and calls to be very good. In listening to multiple genres of music I found the result to be quite enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Liberty Air 2 Pro given the excellent sound quality, customization options, build quality and awesome value.
