    Never buy these if your using for the PS5 Or xbox they are extremely low and uncomfortable in the ear took them right back the next day got Sony H9

      Please note the VR P10 is not compatible with Xbox. If you use them with PS5, the volume can be adjusted via the device.

    Im not sure where these positive reviews are coming from. Constantly cutting in and out on PC. Sound quality is sub par.

    NOT for wireless PC VR gaming

    At this point I have to wonder why NO ONE has mentioned that you cannot do wireless PC VR gaming with these. Many people use their Quest 2 to play PC VR but the ONLY way to play PC VR on these is to use a Link cable. You have to plug the dongle into the pc and then also use a Link cable so this means Air Link and Air Bridge are not compatible. Now you can try wireless PC VR with these but it will stutter and have latency and their customer service reinforced that it is not compatible. I had bought these directly from Soundcore and their customer service also tried to blame me for not reading the FAQ about PC VR but I explained that I never would have thought I would need to plug the dongle into the PC and use a Link cable for "wireless" earbuds. I also stated there needs to be a huge warning on the product page that these do not work for wireless PC VR gaming.

      Just want to let you know, we are still waiting for your reply so that we can assist you further. Regarding the issue you mentioned, you can use soundcore VR P10 in PCVR by using a Link Cable.

      Here are the steps for your reference:

      1. Do not plug the Link Cable into the USB-C port directly, it does not support data transfer. Please plug the dongle into the USB-C or USB-A port (by using a USB-A to USB-C adapter) on your PC instead of your VR headset.
      2. Connect the Link Cable from another USB-C port on your PC to your VR headset and choose the audio output as VR P10.
