Really like this scale! Best part is that you don’t need batteries. Just know that if you do not line up the line to the zero you won’t get accurate numbers. So make sure that you adjust the scale on the bottom opening to line up to zero. Got the scale because I don’t trust digital ones .. enough said best purchase. satisfied. thank you ok I’m out !

Scale was off by more than 10 lbs (yes, starting from 0), based on my weight on another scale I already had, my recorded weights at doctors' offices, and the fact I've been fasting and getting thinner. I tested with dumbbells and found that a 50 lb dumbbell was about 53 lb, meaning the weight of anyone over 150 lb would be off by around 10 lbs, matching the discrepancy I encountered. I don't know if I just received a dud but I would just try another analog scale, although unfortunately they seem less popular than digital scales nowadays and there are very few options through this vendor in particular.

I've only had this scale for a short time, but I love that I don't have to tap and wait for digital numbers to set to zero before stepping on the scale and weighing myself. I set it to zero when received. I haven't needed to readjust it. I just stand on the scale and weight promptly appears. I am able to clearly see my weight looking down upon the screen. The only downside to this product is that it was designed for people who have small feet and not overly obese in the waistline. This scale was not made for anyone with a shoe size above 7 or 7.5 for a woman or a man's size 6.

I purchased this scale mostly because of the price and I needed an analog scale. Unless are really really short you may want to skip this scale. The numbers are difficult to see.

The positives are that it does not need batteries, the negative is that it is hard to read because the display is so small. I would still recommend the scale because it does the job.

Once you factor in the 8 pound discrepancy, you can calculate your actual body weight or the weight of various items, but starting from 8 lbs all the time and not zero is not a great quality product!

Adequate as a second scale. Lightweight, so doesn't give a very secure feeling when stepping onto it. The analog dial is a bit difficult to read as the pound and kilogram scales are so close together.
