We got this as a recommendation, if you are going to use Waze or any GPS app that usese data better buy a normal prepaid as this one can’t be reloaded.

It took us a while to get through the registration steps. We received many calls to the number which is supposed to be brand new. Internet wasn't working in NYC.

I needed temporary phone number for my visit to US. The only good alternative was T-mobile tourist plan. T-mobile shop itself could not offer me this plan. But I found it selling in BestBuy. The plan works fine (both voice and Internet). The only minus is activation process. The indicated link is not valid. You need to activate the plan from a phone.

Very hard to activate..had to call multiple times wait was soooo long No clear instruction

tried to activate online and with tmobile cust serv. unable to do so. i was in california at this time. was told to go to a tmobile store, store unable to activate. ended up buying a different pkg. saw a bestbuy store in cerritos, california and tried to return it. went through 4 people, was told they couldn’t take it back. so many excuses. was told by the manager to call bestbuy’s 800 number. called the number, got a case# but still was told to go to original store of purchase. HERE’S THE HAPPY PART... went to MY STORE, MADISON HEIGHTS. and was helped by the best customer service people. first i was greeted by Christina as i walked in, and she walked with me to the customer service are. after she listened patiently to my story, she called the manager Matthew. Matthew listened patiently to my story as well, and was prompty and decisively given a refund. boom! just like that. thank you Christina and Matthew!!!

My girlfirend’s brother came visit from Thailand and he needs cellular services for 2 weeks. This is perfect simple set up and get the job done.

So darn difficult to activate on our own. Must visit Tmobile store to activate.

Tried calling TMobile to activate on 2/13/2019 but the phone rep told us there's an error and we must go to a TMobile branch. So we did go to a branch in Walnut, CA, spoke with Ray, associate manager, and he said this plan has been discontinued and BestBuy shouldn't be selling this. So I had to get a prepaid plan from TMobile branch and went back to BestBuy Glendora CA (where I picked it up) to return this product. Fortunately, BestBuy gave me a refund.
