We received 4 in-home lessons with the guitar I bought my daughter for Christmas. The teacher we chose, Judy, has been amazing! After only 3 lessons Bridget is already learning to play her first song and looks forward to her lesson all week!

I purchased my husband a keyboard for christmas that came with a free lesson and I purchased an additional set of lessons to go with it. I recieved my redemption code and went to schedule a lesson and was told that there were no teachers available in our area and we would be put on their waiting list and they would call me back in a month and let me know if they found someone. The man on the phone said our home was 12 miles and 14 miles from their two closest teachers and their teachers don't travel more than 8 miles. None of this was said up-front when I was researching this and talking to the Best Buy employee, and come to find out, Best Buy can't do refunds for this - you have to go through the company. I am giving it two weeks, but after that I will be asking for a refund. It's completely ridiculous to sell a service that you cannot actually offer. If you are thinking about doing this,call the actual company first and make sure they can actual provide the service they are selling.

Just signed up for guitar lessons in my home. My teacher, Rebecca was amazing. I can't wait for my next lessons!
