Before you read any further, this is not a detailed review of the game, there are plenty of those, this is a review of the collectors edition. However, I will state that personally I enjoyed the game a lot and believe it to be a phenomenal game with tremendous story telling. What do you get for nearly $100 worth of extra goodies? Well, the usual fanfare of stickers, an art book, and a steel case. The special item is a surprisingly large and detailed statue of Ellie playing the guitar. This is the main event of this collectors edition and if you are a fan of The Last of Us, this will be a great addition to your statue shelf. You also receive a nice leather bracelet that is definitely more for looks rather than being wearable...I wish it was. Lastly, you get a nice lithograph of the Seattle environment wish is really nice as well! Overall, if you are a fan of The Last of Us, part 2 is an incredible experience. The statue is incredibly detailed and fit right at home on my shelf. Now, having beaten the game, I love the statue even more.

I’ve ordered this one on last minute and lucky me I got myself one before they sold out! The box came in a pristine condition. The collectibles are great and i’m gonna keep it untouched and display it on my gaming shelf. The story is amazing! Graphics is absolutely great! A lot of improvements from the first part. I’m definitely gonna play this over and over again and by the time that PS5 comes out! This is the game that you should never missed in your life!

This collectors edition didn't disappoint, the statue alone make this edition worth it. As for the game itself, it looks great, the game play is little bit different then first game but for the most part still the same. I would give the game a overall score of 7/10. Included copy images of the statue compared to sizes of other objects/statues.

I don't think I've ever reacted emotionally to a piece of media the way I did upon completing this at 3 am the Monday after release. Absolutely blown away by the narrative and gameplay design. For once, a game is virtually identical to it's E3 gameplay debut. In regards to the collector's edition stuff, everything is super high quality. Packaging was a little goofy, but once everything got out of the box it looks great. Was really surprised by the size of the Ellie statue. Steelbook case is high quality, and the mini artbook is super cool. Excited to slap those pins on my lanyard the next time I'm at PAX. Loved this game. Loved the stuff in the box. Absolutely blown away by the quality of this game.

Contrary to popular consensus, this game is a phenomenal sequel to the 2013 classic, The Last of Us. Compelling story, phenomenal gameplay, and character arcs that really make you question humanity on the whole. This is the best game ever made imo, aside from the first.

Absolutely amazing! Great writing, acting and story! I never had a video game made me cry. A great sequel and I hope they make a third! I also love everything you get in this collectors edition.

Graphics, scenary, story line, the best part 2 anyone has ever done in a game. Love how they took the time to create this game. All the perk with this was also very good week worth it

I'm a huge Last of Us fan, so I had to buy the collector's edition. I would have gotten the Ellie edition, but it was sold out already. This comes with alot of great stuff! I have a lot of favorites in this, but the Statue sticks out to me more than anything else. I love the little "Thank you" note by Druckmann. All & all I love the whole thing. The picture is my collection of Part 2 gear.

If you love and are a fan of this ultimate emotional rollercoaster of a masterpiece then you will be taken back by the little details that went into putting together this collectors edition. The figure and it’s craftsmanship is awesome! This game is awesome! Ps:I had to buy the Ellie edition as well! The collectors edition does not come with the backpack. Wish me luck on survivor+ mode!

Long time fan of TLOU, this collector's edition is great! The statue is really high quality and I love the mini artbook and other goodies. The game itself is really good, the combat, semi open world, and storytelling is solid. I'm not even halfway through it but I can honestly say it's a good game and I totally recommend it.

Amazing! People have to be more open about these new stories. They are diverse and rich. Naughty dog has killed it again. The story is amazing and very very different. I understand why people may be upset but Naughty dog tried something new and they just got it. Awesome game!

I’ve owned this product for 2 weeks now. It’s a high quality and worth the buy. Had fun with the gameplay but the story had a difficult time going through it. Left me with confusion made me think about revenge and how far will you go to achieve it.

This a wonderfully packaged product that was worth every penny. The statue is almost alive from how realistic and perfectly crafted it looks. I recommend this buy for any gamer or collector interested in something more for the buck.

Nice sequel with good design and graphics with PS4 (7years ago release date guys!) This game not for everyone but many players should play this game. Im not really fun of the series but this game absolutely cost their money. Would you recommend this to a friend? No.... but always say about this game as example of good story and crazy gameplay.

Ignore the hate for this game. It is a very dark narrative that excells in making the player uncomfortable. Many of the complaints come from a lack of basic understanding of what is happening, or worse, people upset because the lead character is gay. The game is absolutely gorgeous. Please be aware that this game is NOT for children. It deals with very adult themes, contains brutal violence, and breif sex/nudity. It is a game for adults.
