Figured that a $9,000 fridge will last longer and lest problem. That’s not the true at all. Our first Thermadore fridge Arrived with defected door. The door does not close completely. We contacted Thermadore and they couldn’t fix it so they replace it with a new one. Then this new one has water leak inside the fridge I have to replace a big towel to absorb all the leak twice a day. Plus, there is a water leak under the fridge that damaged my brand new hardwood floor that put just put in black and moldy looking floor now. Not recommend this product.

The compressor is very nice, the interior space/lighting is nice, but this fridge has two MASSIVE flaws, and I wound never buy it again based on them. 1.) the doors are totally different than other fridges. You have to PUSH them closed. They do not swing shut, at all, and if you’re used to this you will constantly leave the fridge open. 2.) the water dispenser has way too much pressure, and if you’re trying to fill up a water glass that’s got ice cubes in it, water will spray everywhere and get the ceiling/walls/shelves in the fridge all wet.

We recently remodeled our home and purchased the thermador line of products for our kitchen. In the 10 months we have had the appliances installed, every one of them with the exception of the dishwasher has had to be serviced. Specifically our French door fridge has been a nightmare and after 10 calls with thermador across three months. There is no end in sight. Our fridge began by icing up in the upper part of the fridge and making a loud knocking noise. Thermador recommended we unplug the fridge to melt the ice. This lead to massive water damage of our new hardwood and walls on two stories. We then turned the fridge back and a thermador technician came out to tell us nothing was wrong with the unit. Two weeks later the problem occurred again. A new technician came out and informed us that our evaporator had failed but the part was back ordered with no known date for availability. That was a month ago. We now have a constantly running fridge making a loud knocking noise, which is pooling water but can’t be turned off for fear of more water damage which cost $10,000. Save your money. Buy a kitchenaid. Thermador maintains the unit is fine, the damage is not their fault and has yet to provide a data for repair.

This refrigerator fits flush with my cabinets and saves me room in my kitchen. It is beautiful, has a classic design, and I get compliments on it. It is very tall too so holds a lot.

A robust build with creative storage. At cabinet depth, it's tall. No water dispenser, but bottom freezer perfect.

Ice maker makes no or little ice. Second refrigerator same problem. Need Qualified installer before rating product service . Right now will not recommend.

I had this product less then 3 weeks and frost formed in Freezer and moisture in refrigerated-defective unit. Best Buy would not consider a return since it was installed more then 2 weeks (over by 4 days). Even though I had to wait 2 months with a delay from original delivery date stated. Geek Squad was involved-I do not recommend their assistance!!

Ninja coffeemaker was easy to use & made my first pot today.

Aesthetics are top shelf. and fits wonderfully into the kitchen without taking up too much of a footprint. One warranty repair, replaced produce bin rails, was not retracting completely.

This is a very sweet, organized refrigerator with awesome perks. The installation team from Pacific Sales / Best Buy were awesome!

We love the Thermador line of products. Gave this fridge 5 stars because it is nice. It could stand to have a more room inside.

It seems to be a very study device. The doors are heavy and need a lot of muscle to operate. It's bulk takes getting used to. It does a good job

Best Buy has top notch delivery people. I highly recommend their service.

I would not recommend this product to anyone, after only 2 years the freezer stopped working giving us an error number EA120. They sent out a repairmen 4 times replaced parts and still can't get it to work. They advised us it would need to be replaced under warranty and after several weeks we can't get a sight answer from them. Every time we call support it like starting over until we request a manager.
