    This dishwasher cleans well. Drying is so-so. I like the top shelf for utensils but I find the overall design mediocre. The bottom rack has foldable pieces but after moving it only once, one piece snapped so the thermador repair guy had to come out and replace a part. Even with the foldable racks and the up and down adjustable 2nd shelf, I still feel like it is hard to securely fitting glasses and bowls in (and some tall glasses still don't fit). Despite the salesman adamantly saying that the projection from the bottom of the dishwasher would be visible, it is not. Closely examine your cabinetry and think about how it's going to work before you buy. My biggest issue is that it gets stuck on auto sometimes so now I have a screenshot of pg 15 of the manual on my phone so I can refer to it when this happens. I never hit the auto button so it's not that I'm hitting the button and then trying to change a cycle already in process. It usually takes me 5 minutes and multiple attempts to reset the cycle. We've owned it for about 2 months. It just started doing this in the past 2 weeks. I'm not sure I would buy this again but maybe if it still works in 20 years, I'll change my mind.
