The good the PC works flawlessly , the motherboard the CPU and the graphics card and the power supply and the RGB lighting all work as they should no complaints I run fortnite on the max settings in the fortnite menu and the PC works great no issues , the bad - the company that assembled this PC did not initialize the SSD card in the d drive slot it was not showing up at all on the computer , I figured out all I had to do was initialize the card and then it was working fine , the other bad is the shipping company that drives the big brown box truck obviously banged around the computer box very hard it was shipped from California when I opened it the graphics card was dislodged from the pin slot that it goes in luckily nothing broke and I just had to reinsert the graphics card in the slot and it worked fine. Overall the components that make up this build work as they should no issues no problems I would recommend it.

Not sure if quality control failed to spot this but my computer came with a defective graphics card. Their was a dent in the frame of the graphics card. I dont want to bash thermaltake for this since the rest of the computer was fine and looked really well built. Just my luck of the draw. Make sure to always double check your hardware when purchasing pre-builts.

Buyer be aware! Check CPU cooler!

I originally wanted to get an Alienware or Corsair because they are bigger brands that have better QC, but I got this PC because it was the only one available for pick up the same day in my area, and the specs are very nice. After setting up, I was noticing 99°C CPU temp with some regular Unreal Engine renderings, and the CPU frequency would dry to very very low for a 13900kf. I had a suspicion that the CPU cooler wasn’t installed correctly. Because the CPU should never reach over 85°C with standard clock speed setting and 360 AIO cooler. So I took the AIO block off the CPU, and guess what? THEY DID NOT PUT ANY THERMAL PASTE ON THE CPU! How is the water cooler supposed to cool the CPU if you don’t put the heat conductor? I can’t believe they would make such a basic mistake… Anyways, I bought some Corsair thermal paste and Best Buy, and applied it on the CPU. Now the temperature stays below 70°C. Big improvement on the clock speed during heavy load as well!

Purchased for the sake of the Totaltech warranty and to save myself a headache. So far it's running stable, and runs Warzone 2 with the settings cranked flawlessly. This is the case that I wanted to use as well, the airflow is excellent! This case can also be mounted on the wall, For those of you that are short on space. Just make sure you follow the guides online! The RTX 4090 that comes installed is a bit of a let down. It's the "basic" MSI RTX 4090. Would have liked to seen at least a bit better than average card in here for the price, but, that's how these guys make their money. Same issue here as the other guy. The wrong CPU is installed / stated here in the listing. It has the i9 13900K installed, not the 13900KF. I'm still debating on if I'm going to return it or not. I already feel like I need to put a better Motherboard, RAM, AIO Cooler, Cables, and PSU in here. I'm obviously not speaking for everyone by any means, but my overall feeling about this machine is If we're to pay this much for an expensive and top of the line gaming rig, at least give us some parts that make us happy to look at (at the very least) in such a nice modern case, and not make us feel that we got jipped to make the numbers look better on paper. Feeling like you need to upgrade a machine of this caliber nearly immediately is laughable.

    Amazing Aesthetics, Excitement Short-Lived

Aesthetically pleasing and worked well for 3-mos. I was able to play Half-Life Alyx without issues while using Airlink to the Quest 2. I purchased this primarily due to the open design and wall-mount capability. I received the MSI 4090 with RGB control. Unfortunately after powering down one afternoon, I couldn’t get the system to turn back on. ThermalTake CS is mediocre with limited hours in PST, and no weekend support. I suspect the ASRock z790C failed, as basic tests indicated a functional PSU, but no power to the boot pins. Repair would have taken nearly 1-month. If you purchase this system, please make sure you save the unique shipping/package material, otherwise you’ll need to wait additional time to receive this from TT before returning. TT doesn’t repair these units, they only offer a refund in year-1 (parts and labor). Fortunately I purchased the BB TotalTech support, and didn’t experience any hassle receiving store credit, as I was a little more than 1-mos beyond the 60-day extended return period it offers. I’m replacing this with the Corsair i7400 that includes a 2-year parts and labor warranty from one of the industry leaders.

Great looking PC that is more than powerful enough for just about anything you would want to do. From a gaming perspective, it is a total beast. From a development perspective, Unreal Engine 5 screams rendering projects, and from a production perspective, Davinci Resolve, Cyberlink, and other video editing takes a fraction of the time. Overall killer PC!

Extremely powerful, able to run every program I've thrown at it (often at the same time). The biggest complaint would have to be the open case, which leaves really expensive parts pretty exposed

The important ones are 13th Gen I9 and RTX4090.

Since it was difficult to purchase RTX4090 alone, I bought a PC that happened to be in stock. I really wanted to buy the parts and assemble it myself. So purchasing this was not the optimal solution. About Unpacking. I could not figure out how to open the inner box just by looking at it. It is bolted to the inner box. After removing the inner box, you need to check the top and bottom of the PC and remove the bolts. The video card is secured with cushioning material to prevent it from breaking. This cushioning material is a generic material that is forced into place. CPU The Spec said i9-13900KF, but it had a 13900K installed. To be honest, I would like it to be cheaper, just a KF. (Wrong installation?) Storage Two NVMe M.2 SSDs are installed. System: Seagate FireCuda 530 1TB PCIe Gen4 Data: MSI M370 2TB PCIe Gen3 This storage configuration was disappointing; NVMe 2TB PCIe Gen4 would have been better. Memory Maybe this is it; RG34D516GX2-5600C36B. Not Bad. But, It is an expensive PC, I was expecting 6000 MT/s for Thermartake DDR5. Video Card No complaints. It is performing as expected. Case I have no particular preference. It can be this case or not this case. However, this case is almost open, but it is not very high maintenance.
