Personally, I found the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas One to be a pretty solid and satisfying option for those looking for an accessible yet functional flight controller. What impressed me most was its ergonomic design: having the joystick and throttle separated made me feel more comfortable during long gaming sessions as it allowed me to have more precise and natural control. Plus, setup was extremely easy; just plug it in and it's ready to go, which is a huge plus for avoiding any hassle. As both an Xbox and PC user, I found it great that it supports both platforms, giving it a lot of versatility. As for the flight experience, while the joystick sensitivity is good, it doesn't have the same precision or force feedback response as more expensive models. I got this joy stick for Microsoft flight sim 2020. It does what it needs to do. Really nice that it has its own throttle controls and has 2 different ways to control the rutters. Super easy to use. I use this on pc but it also works on the xbox.

Got this controller on sale and thus far I'm very happy with it. I've never used a HOTAS before, so my opinion is lacking experience with similar HOTAS controllers. I've only used it in MS Flight Simulator on Xbox and PC for a few hours so far, but it's a huge improvement over using an Xbox controller and keyboard. Flying is much easier and much more enjoyable now. The controller feels well built, it's sturdy, and the buttons and stick provide satisfying tactile feedback. I especially like that I can switch between Xbox or PC at the flick of a switch. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try flight simulation on a budget before investing in higher grade controls.

Great flying simulation experience. Easy to install and is already pre-configured. Need to pair with xbox controller or mouse for some navigation (passcode and moving around icons), while the rest of flying, take off and landing will be on thrustmaster controller

Very well made joystick, very smooth pitch, roll and yaw capability even without the add on rudder pedals. The stick and its buttons are all placed very intuitively, and once you learn the control sceme its very easy to use. My only drawback is on mine, the throttle section and stick dont stay together very well when connected, so if youre playing on a lap setup, it might not stay together very well especially if youre in a more agressive combat flight sim. For your average flight simulator training id see it as a non issue or if you sim from a desk setup where you would likely keep the throttle seperated anyway

Easy to manage and great product for flight sinulator

I have been looking for a while to find a stick to fly with Microsoft flight simulator. I use Bootcamp on my Mac and it works great. I found that the unit is easy to use out of the box. Although the all the buttons with flight simulator takes a while to learn, even setting them myself.

Paired perfect with the Xbox and is working with Microsoft Flight Simulator perfectly. Easy to program all the buttons. A+

Needed a new controller after being gifted with some reworked older Star Wars simulators. This controller has taken those games to a new level. Very easy to calibrate and set the buttons to the options of your choice. Would easily choose this same controller again

Really easy to use for beginners love it would recommend

Purchase the joystick to use with the Xbox Flight Simulator. It’s easy to use and do recommend it. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the joystick and throttle are two separate pieces that sit together. However, it would be much better if the two pieces had a better connection than loosely sitting together if you want to place it on your lap and use it.

It’s a plug and play. Works well. Basic. No issues with controls. Only issue I’ve found is when you separate the throttle part, it’s tough to put back together when you want to.

Really simple to use and set up. Tons of fun and really puts you in the cockpit of the planes

Loving playing with on the plane slim and easy and o control

The set up was a little difficult, but for the most part didn’t cause too many problems, My son plays all the time and LOVES it!!!

It sets up easy. Has a pc or xbox swith. You can add foot controls or twist the stick for your rudder. Enough buttons to program it the way u want. Casual flyers
