Love, love, love this cordless vacuum. Love the technology behind this, not only does it look sleek, stylish, futuristic, and fun? That’s right, I look forward to vacuuming whenever I can. This vacuum has incredible suction and works extremely well on any floor type. Hit the one touch button, and it adjusts between different floor types.

Man, where do I begin? Let's start by saying so far, this is one well engineered cordless vacuum I've ever used. Currently in our house is an older Dyson which is corded and big so it sits in the corner most of the time. We also have a Dyson Omni-glide we I absolutely loved until I got this Tineco. The Omni-glide is awesome, light and powerful to do quick cleaning, but the battery and dirt capacity is not the greatest. This Tineco, that is $100 cheaper, comes with so many attachments that I don't think there's nothing it can't tackle. The only thing it doesn't come with but the manual says you can buy, is a flexible extension hose which I think I would use. The main unit comes apart in 3 pieces which I like because this would make future cleaning or repairs more simple. The battery, canister and then the main motor. I really like the battery is a separate attachment unlike the Dyson, which I know will make replacement a lot easier in the future. Also this would make switching out batteries for extended use a plus. Again, my Dyson does not have this option. There is even a place for an extra battery charger on the wall mount dock as well as a place to store 3 small accessory attachments. Perfect. The vacuum has an led display that shows signals if a brush roller is tangled, if an air channel is blocked, dust sensor malfunction and wifi signal. That leads to the app. The vacuum has an app which I didn't really need. But just have adjustments on your phone might be handy to some. The vacuum itself seems powerful enough to handle most situations. While using it in my house, I didn't run across anything that gave it trouble. I really love the auto switch on the trigger that is easy to flip and will keep the vacuum running without having to constantly pressing the trigger. I love it. One of the craziest things this unit came with, and I had to do a little reading to even understand, is an attachment to help clean the filter. You stick the attachment on with the filter in it and the vacuum sucks out all the dirt in the filter. Awesome. Also comes with 2 filters, love that. The only real negative that I can see is that the unit itself is a little heavy. I think this is because of the battery, hence the long run time. But if someone who might be elderly or have weaker hand strength, this could be a problem. Especially trying to push through thick heavy carpet. Other than this, I highly highly recommend this vacuum. It is the best I've owned to date. And it looks awesome.

Convenient, works pretty well. The only issue is with shaggy rugs it doesn’t really do as well as a full size vacuum but that’s to be expected. Unfortunately the battery can’t be charged separate from the body so that’s shooting but Overall good value for the price compared to other brands.

    Amazing Stick Vac Tineco!

Wow, I have never heard of Tineco and they just came out of nowhere and exceeded all my expectations on this stick vac. I have a LG Stick Vac and this one out performs it in many ways. In the box comes the handheld vac unit, numerous attachments and the non-adjustable wand. Setting it up couldn't have been any easier. The iLoop Smart Tech was a game changer for me coming from my LG stick vac. Love the Blue LED ring while cleaning up and turning red on areas that still need to be cleaned. Then turns blue when done. App is pretty simplistic and I only use it to view my battery life. It also shows runtime and filter life and gives reminders to clean them. Mounting it is easy though I was spoiled by LGs stand alone movable dock. I don't really like to have it mounted in just 1 area, but I got over it rather quickly. It comes with all the hardware required for you to get it set up. Performance was top notch! Tineco blew me away here. Cleaning not only tiled floors, but also hardwood and carpet! The 2 different rollers are great and they both have LED headlights to see where your going! I miss that feature since my LG didn't have them. Though the soft roller is great on hardwood/tile flooring, it is also GREAT on my leather couches. No harm to them nor faint streaking/cuts at all. The trigger lock is great for cleaning up larger areas to avoid a finger cramp. Tineco made it easy to keep both your vac filter and the HEPA filter clean. They included an ingenious attachment that you put in your vacuum filter in and turn it on to clean it! There is even a spare filter in the attachment too. Battery life is great as well though it does take a few hours to charge. It cleaned my 1800+sq ft house AND my mom's 1950sq ft house on the same charge and still had over 60% battery life left. If need be, there is a place on the top of the wall mount to store/charge an extra battery if you choose to get one. With all the attachments included, there is nowhere this vac cannot clean. So far I used it in 2 houses, hardwood and tile flooring, carpets, leather and fabric couches, counter tops, beds and blankets and also my car! I highly recommend this stick vacuum to all!

Docking station design can be problematic

The Tineco Pure One S11 Cordless Vacuum cleaner comes well packed with instructions for assembly printed on the box. It’s packed very efficiently and in a way that protects all the contents from any damage. It comes with 2 full size heads (brush and soft roller), an accessory brush, dusting brush, crevice tool, a pre-filter cleaning tool, one battery and a wall-mounted docking station with charger. Changing the accessories and full size heads is almost foolproof, as there is only one way they can attach. It’s easy to remove the brushes for cleaning. I have about half and half hard surface floors and carpet. One of my full size corded vacuum cleaners has a brush head and the other has a soft roller. They work equally well on hard surfaces and carpet. I found that when using the Tineco vacuum cleaner I had to switch heads between floor types. When I used the soft roller on the carpet, it only picked up small objects lying on top and didn’t deep clean. When I used the brush head on a hard surface, it was very noisy and would suck up the corners of the floor mats and rugs. I have fairly thick carpeting, and the Tineco vacuum cleaner/full size brush head combination did not clean my carpets as well as the corded vacuum cleaners do. Because the bottom end is lightweight, it just bounced and jerked along the top of the carpet and didn’t get good traction. But the LED lights are very bright and they allowed me to see dust that had gone unnoticed for a long time. Because it’s cordless and flexible it can get to places that a corded vacuum cleaner can’t. The Tineco vacuum has very good suction. When vacuuming the mats in the truck with the small accessory brush, the suction was almost too strong, causing it to grab on and not let go. A fairly strong current of air blows out the right side of the appliance when in use. It’s not noticeable when used with a full sized attachment and several feet off the floor. But when attached to a small accessory and close to the floor, the air current would sometimes blow the dust/debris out of the way before it could be sucked up. I found that I was chasing the dirt across the floor. The appliance with the small brush accessory attached is moderately heavy at 4.5 pounds. That's acceptable when using it on horizontal surfaces like car mats and upholstery, but it can be heavy to hold unsupported to vacuum curtains, etc. Per the manufacturer, the ring on the color LED screen changes from red to blue as the floor is cleaned. Red indicates that debris is detected and blue indicates no debris (clean). The suction and roller speed adjust to the size of the mess to prolong battery life. If the user sees red, they need to keep vacuuming until the light turns blue. In real life, what I found was that the indicator was often slightly red due to it trying to suck up the carpet and rugs - not because they were dirty. Maintenance seems to be excessive, but apparently necessary. The dustbin and mesh filter need to be cleaned after every use. When indicated, the pre-filter has to be removed and cleaned with the cleaning tool. The cleaning tool vacuums the filter. A word of advice - be sure and remove the pre-filter over a waste basket because a lot of the dust is going to fall off of the filter when it's pulled out. The extensive cleaning is probably necessary because the dustbin has a dust sensor and if there is left over dust in the bin, it doesn’t properly reflect current dust conditions. This vacuum has an app, but using the app isn't a requirement. The app monitors the filters and the battery level and provides a report of how much dust it sucked up and how long the vacuum has been in use. The battery level can also be monitored with the light bars on the side of the battery. Since my corded vacuum cleaners do a superior job on the carpets, I can see myself using the Tineco cordless vac to clean the kitchen floor, do a quick pick-up of spills, clean the car mats and maybe dust the blinds. The dusting brush did a nice job of cleaning the computer keyboard with just the right amount of suction. My biggest problem with the Tineco vacuum unit is the battery charging design. The only way to charge the battery is on the wall mounted docking station that is plugged into an electrical outlet. That could be convenient in that the battery charges while the appliance is docked, so in theory should always be charged up and ready for use. But the design doesn’t work for me. I had planned to store the appliance and all the attachments in my storage closet. However, the closet doesn’t have an electrical outlet. I don't have any available wall space in the house or the garage that is suitable for hanging the docking station with the appliance and attachments, even if I had to run an extension cord to an outlet. To charge the battery to test the appliance I had to lay the 18 inch docking station on the kitchen counter for a few hours. I really don’t want to have to do that every time it needs to be charged. That aspect of the design will make this vacuum cleaner unusable for me unless I can find a solution. For my situation, a much better design is one where the battery is removed from the appliance for charging and taken to a small, separate, easy-to-store, external charging station. In that senario, the appliance and accessories can be stored in any closet, regardless of the availability of electricity. However, if your home has the proper setup with a plug just where you need it, the docking station design works well and it is easy to slip the appliance into the docking station for charging and storage.

I've needed a good compact and powerful vacuum that was wireless for a while and when I was afforded the opportunity to pick up the Tineco Pure One S11 I didn't hesitate. I wanted something that was lightweight, easy to maneuver, has multiple attachments and is powerful. The Tineco came well packaged with numerous attachments that can attack any task that you have for it. Upon unpackaging I saw that there were multiple attachments, an extension wand, a wall mount and charging plug. Once unpacked I immediately mounted the Pure One and let it charge fully. The mount came with all the mounting hardware that you'll need for the job. I only needed a drill, small hammer and a phillips screwdriver to mount it. After the charge cycle I put this vacuum to work. I primarily use this unit for my bed room. It made the task of vacuuming under my bed, around dressers and in tight corners extremely easy. The motors suction is super powerful and this thing will actually adjust itself while vacuuming to ensure that proper suction is applied for the job. It has an amazing runtime and I was able to complete the task with no problem. I've sense used this unit to vacuum out my vehicle and with the abilty to change out attachments to a smaller head and with the provided crevice tool I was able to make short work of the job. I really like the Tineco Pure One S11 vacuum and 100% recommend it.

I absolutely love the Tineco Pure One S11 Dual! It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the cordless design makes cleaning so convenient. The iLoop technology is a game-changer—it adjusts the suction power automatically, which saves battery and ensures deep cleaning. The battery life is impressive, and I can easily clean my entire home on a single charge. The dustbin is simple to empty, and the vacuum is quiet compared to others I’ve used. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a powerful and efficient stick vacuum!

The Tineco Pure One comes with just about every attachment that you will need to tackle any job you may have in mind. And while the cordless stick feature may be a nice addition to have, this may not fit the needs of everyone. So out of the box your going to get everything you need to get you started. You get the main unit, battery, filters, different attachments, wall mount charger and screws. Mounting the unit is very easy and can be done under 10 minutes with the right tools. Charge time on a completely dead battery took about 3 hours and yielded me about roughly 40 minutes of run time. The unit does have a LCD screen display which looks very sleek and elegant and acts as the information heads up center. The LCD will light and display a issue it may have such as brush roller tangled, air channel blocked or dust sensor malfunction. Now it will not tell you in plain english if it has a problem, rather it will give you a symbol instead so it is your duty to keep the owners manual on you or memorize the symbols. The outer ring on the LCD screen will light up blue or a pinkish/red color based on what the suction sensors detect. Blue ring means the floor is clean where as red will indicate more than normal dust detected. The power button has a trigger style set up and can be manually controlled by squeezing the trigger or can by locked in to place by moving a switch. When locked in to place the unit will stay running until switched off. I dont want to go in to detail about all the attachments as they can easily be found by best buy's information tab. What i do want to say is that it does come with a pet friendly suction which will not tangle up the brushes leading to not have to cut pet hair out. The waste bin easily dumps with the push of a button and does a very good job at empty most if not all the waste leading you not to have to stick your hand in the bin to pull the rest out. There are two suction modes on the unit as well, Auto and Max. When placed in to auto mode the unit will operate on low power which prolongs battery life and keeps the unit quite. When it detects hard to reach dirt or debris it will automatically switch to max mode which increases suction power and noise as well. One thing i will say is that when it is put in to Max mode you can definitely feel the difference. The vacuum becomes harder to push and feels like its yanking on the carpet. Here's my take away from this unit. This is a awesome set up for someone looking to add something to a business or small restaurant. If your needing to clean up a quick spill or do a quick vacuum before you open up without the hassle of cables then this set up comes to the rescue. The low battery life means that this unit would not make an ideal main vacuum for anyone living in a residential home over 2500 square feet. More than that if you have more than one long haired pet this units trash bin and filters will struggle to keep up. What ends up happening is the waste bin fills up within 5 minutes of vacuuming carpet filled hair which leads you to having to empty it more often. Not just that but the air filter gets plugged easier which leads to an error display on the LCD screen. And no you can not just ignore it because when the unit goes in to max suction mode the filter will not allow the air to flow properly due it being plugged and will shut the unit off. This means you not only have to empty the waste bin more often but also clean out the air filter multiple times in one cleaning. Im speaking as a person who owns two German Shepherds and lives in a 3000 square foot home fyi. Other than that is a awesome unit that does the job very well at what is was designed to do. The strong suction power means that you rest assured that you will get a deep clean. The LCD ring will also help in the aid of deep cleaning by allowing you to know if you missed a spot by lighting up red for you. All in all this is a great unit just make sure its the right fit for the area of intended use.

Overall this is nearly perfect. I own this along with a Dyson V11 cordless and I prefer this one to the Dyson. There are a couple of small caveats though. It is far lighter than my Dyson, comes with more attachments, costs less, and some of the attachments light up. It also has a switch to keep it running so you don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time. It automatically senses more dirty areas and ramps up the RPMs to get all of it up. My Dyson has none of those. Dyson’s “Turbo” mode is a manual setting. The only downsides so far are the two different attachments for floors or carpet and the charging station is a bit picky. A couple of times I put the vacuum into the charger and it didn’t charge because the vacuum wasn’t seated in a specific manner. Of course I didn’t realize this until I needed it again and the battery was dead. Battery life is only okay. I typically get 30-35 minutes per charge

I love the vacuum it does have its pros & con but the cons don’t really bother me enough to return the vacuum. I absolutely love how quiet it is for being a vacuum and how easy it is to use. The suction is great for being a wireless. So far I’m happy with all the extra attachments that came included, I have put each one to use and had zero problems. I love how the vacuum looks and works. I really like how easy it is to keep clean after being used. Now the ONLY con I’ve experienced So Far is the battery life. Now it does take about 3-4 hours to Fully charge once it completely dies out after use. The battery doesn’t last as long as I’d like it to but it does last long enough to get the job done. If you want to do a DEEP cleaning of Multiple rooms this vacuum would definitely require a break to be changed again especially if you set the suction to Max, But on normal auto settings suction I’m able to vacuum 2-3 of MY rooms before it dies completely. Now with all that being said I do still love it. The first few days I definitely put it to work to test it out now just using it for normal use every other day it has been great hasn’t died on me I’ve been able to get my vacuuming done no problems. So I will definitely be keeping and continuing to enjoy my Tineco vacuum.

I recently purchased this cordless stick vacuum, and I must say, it has revolutionized my cleaning routine. This lightweight and versatile cleaning companion have exceeded my expectations in many ways. First and foremost, the cordless design provides unmatched convenience. No more worrying about tangled cords or limited reach! I can effortlessly maneuver around furniture, stairs, and tight corners without any hassle. It's truly liberating to clean without the limitations of a cord. The suction power of this stick vacuum is exceptional. It effortlessly picks up dust, dirt, and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. Even the most stubborn debris is no match for its robust suction capabilities. I appreciate the automatic adjustable power settings, which will automatically customize the cleaning intensity based on the surface I'm tackling. Another standout feature is the removable and washable filter. It ensures that the vacuum maintains its peak performance by capturing fine particles and allergens. Cleaning the filter is a breeze, and it saves me the hassle and expense of constantly replacing disposable filters. The battery life is impressive as well. A single charge lasts long enough for me to clean my entire apartment, and the LED indicator lets me know when it's time to recharge. The docking station provided makes it convenient to store and charge the vacuum, ensuring it's always ready for action. One minor drawback is the dustbin capacity, which is on the smaller side. However, it's a fair trade-off for the compact and lightweight design. Emptying the dustbin is a quick task, and the hassle-free disposal outweighs the need for frequent emptying. Overall, this cordless stick vacuum has been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. Its efficient performance, ease of use, and hassle-free maintenance have made my life significantly easier. If you're in search of a reliable and convenient cleaning companion, I highly recommend giving this cordless stick vacuum a try. Happy cleaning!

    This Vacuum Sucks! Get it!?

I bought this vacuum because I hate extension cords. Like to an unhealthy degree. It's almost like a vacuum cord hurt my family in the past and I'm still having trouble forgiving them for the trauma. That said, cords do make vacuums pull in lots of dirt. So I was skeptical this would work well. It sucks the dirt up like that tornado grabbed sharks in that movie I can't remember the name of. It also comes with other attachments that help me vacuum things up, but the best one is the motorized one. It's not great on carpet, but it doesn't have a cord, which is good for me. I use it to clean up after my designer doodle dog which wasn't supposed to shed because they're not supposed to shed. But guess what, he does shed. Like a dead Christmas loses needles, he gets rid of fur. Our floor was looking like a salon. You know, because of all the hair on it from our dog that wasn't supposed to shed. So now I use this thing at least once a day to grab a lot of fur and the Roomba does the rest. It really is convenient and easy to use. If you ever find yourself in a position like mine where you're totally not resentful that you ended up with a second dog, (did I mention he's our second dog? You should get two dogs as well if you don't have them already) who sheds a lot, get this vacuum. It's cheaper than the more expensive brands, obviously, and does its' job well. In other words, it sucks. But the good way.

After doing a ton of research and talking with some professional cleaners we decided to get the Tineco Pure One S11 Dual, and it was in our price range. We love using this thing, it is so light weight and works incredibly well on hardwood and rugs. It does ok on carpet but we have a corded Dyson for that. The ease of use and quietness are huge perks. Also the attachment to clean furniture works very well. The suction is great and we have not noticed anything left behind after using it. Cleanup is easy and storage does not take up a lot of room. We did have issues getting it connected to their Android app, it would not connect to our Wi-Fi. After troubleshooting with their support for a few days they ended up sending us a new motor (the while main body). I did not think this would work but to my surprise it connected right up without issue after receiving it. Their support was AMAZING and reliable. I would definitely recommend this unit!

I could not be happier with this vacuum. I had been on the hunt for a very good quality stick vacuum for some time. I was torn between the Tineco and the Dyson. Based on reviews & all the social media hype, I decided to give the Tineco a whirl & boy am I glad I did. So many attachments! The battery life is super. For a stick vacuum, this is extremely quiet & has some serious power behind it. I would & do recommend to anyone.

This arrived neatly packed with fitted cardboard. The box was damaged on a corner, but the excellent packing kept everything nice and safe. Opening the box showed a quick start on the inner flap. Assembly was very easy - they even included anchors to mount the caddy. The main unit slips into the caddy and is charged there. It comes with 2 powered floor brushes - one for hard floors, and one more suited for carpet. Also has crevice tool, small brush, and filter cleaning attachment with spare filter. After charging, I snapped together the pieces and began a practical test. All I can say is "wow". I used it in the "Auto" mode. The suction on "Auto" is quite adequate, and picked up well - even pet hair. The run time is good as well - I used for nearly 20 minutes and the power level was only down 1/3. I can see maybe 45 minutes run time. There is a "Max" setting which really cranks the vacuum up. This would be good for deep cleaning on carpet, but will also discharge the battery quicker. It has a display that shows functions / errors. Then there is a blue ring around the outside that will change slowly to red, indicating the filter needing cleaning. All this information - including battery level - can also be accessed through the Tineco app. Keeping filters clean make a vacuum much more efficient. So, I went through the disassembly and cleaning of the filters and vacuum housing. Suffice it to say, it is quite straightforward, and the filters are easy to clean. Overall, I am very impressed with performance, ease of assembly and cleaning, numerous attachments, etc. I highly recommend
