Loving this vacuum. It is light weight, quiet and great battery life. I was also pleasantly surprised but the number of attachments and that it has a second head that would work best on carpet. Great purchase.

I was a bit skeptical, as I had never heard of Tineco. But, the reviews were good, and I could always bring it back, if need be. Nope, this unit is a winner! Plenty of power, good battery life, nice storage dock. Which leads me to my single complaint: Everything fits on the dock, except for the second large head attachment, and the pre-filter cleaning attachment, which both need to be stored separately. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase!

Excellent vacuum, I had the same model in my house only with a few different attachments. I got this one to use in my garage gym. Very lightweight. Good power. Works great on hard floors and rubber gym flooring. For the price it's a homerun.

I love how many attachments this vacuum has, it’s so light and reaches so many areas. The vacuum is pretty easy to clean and charge.

If I can make my buying decision again, I would get the Dyson instead. It does the job just fine and the design and color matches our home interiors. I personally just prefer the Dyson more in term of quality and other features.

This is the second one of these that I have bought. They are really great, up to a point - lightweight, flexible, etc. The first one I used for a few months and then lent to a family member who needed a vacuum. Within a couple of months, it broke down. The second one I bought three months ago, and again, it worked great. Then suddenly, the top part, where the motor and handle etc. are, starts falling apart. You can pop the parts back together but then they fall apart again. Since it's been three months, BestBuy tells me that it is no longer returnable. Very unhappy about that. It seems like a vacuum cleaner, or indeed anything that costs more than $100, should last more than three months. I'm going to check with Consumer Affairs, because it seems ridiculous. Since this is the second one that has broken, I can't give it a good review - which is too bad, because, until it stops working, it's a great machine - apparently well-designed and great to use.

I purchased this primarily to clean the hard floors (comes with both carpet and hard floor heads) it does great with what's in front of it but struggles with the edges a little. All in all it's great for the value and has TONS of attachments in the box

I'm glad I got Tineco this time it works just as great as my 2 older Dyson vacuums with lesser price.

I love this cordless vacuum it works so well it’s so convenient just to pull it off of the mount on the wall and go to town. The battery last a long time.

Excelente vacuum, good battery live, easy clean-up

At a quick glance, I’m impressed with how much power this little vacuum has. The biggest benefit for me is being able to replace my large vacuum with a smaller one that I’ve been able to hang on my wall. One thing I’ve learned over the years is how less cluttered your small apartment feels with fewer items taking up space. I was concerned the Pure One X wouldn’t be able to keep up with our cleaning needs but it has surpassed my expectations. The lightness and portability have been a huge plus when it comes to cleaning our carpeted stairs and the upstairs rooms. Being able to just easily clean each stair without having to drag a heavy vacuum it’s not only more convenient but safer too since I don’t have to worry about tripping on the cord. I also love how well it does to clean our hardwood floors. Now, 45mins might not seem much for battery life, but I was able to vacuum upstairs, and downstairs along with the carpeted stairs and used the dust attachment for some much-needed dust cleaning for my blinds. I still had some battery life left to vacuum my car too if I wanted to. I was amazed at how much debris the Pure One X picked up. There’s also a trigger switch so you don’t have to constantly hold down the trigger button. Tineco does provide plenty of attachments for all types of surfaces including some handly ones for dust cleaning, a crevice tool, and a mini power brush. Another tool that will prove to be very useful is the ability to clean the air filter. You do get x2 Air Filters one that is already attached to the vacuum and the other on the attachment that waiting to be used whenever it’s time to clean it. There’s also a HEPA filter but that one will require replacement every 6 months. If you search online you can find the set for under $20. There are a couple of smart features included that offer some convenience. For example, since it keeps track of your clean usage, it will let you know when it’s time to clean or replace your filter. You can also set up some cleaning appointments to help manage and track your cleaning schedule. It does have a smart sensor that tells you when the surface has been fully vacuumed. Time will tell if it’s a hit or miss. So far I would say it does work better with hardwood floors than carpeted floors at this time. All of this can be managed via the app that is available to IOS and Android users. The app also shows your current status of the battery and if the suction power is on Auto or Max. Overall the Pure One X has surpassed my expectations. It’s done remarkably well on carpeted and hardwood floors. I love how quick and easy it is to swap the attachments. You can go from cleaning your apartment to a small car vacuum at ease. It’s underrated not having to unplug and plug in a power cord numerous times when it comes time to clean. It will be hard for me to go back to a regular vacuum after this.

It is really hard to believe that such small & lightweight stick vacuum would have as much suction power as my old school upright vacuum, but it does. The Tineco PURE ONE X Dual Smart is an advance cordless device that makes vacuuming less of hassle. Tineco uses a technology called ILoop that has a built-in dirt sensor allows it to change its suction power level in real time on various types of debris, and it also comes with a relatively wide assortment of attachments. It cleans pet hair without a problem on all kinds of surfaces. Environmentally friendly with allergen-trapping HEPA filter. I tested it on bare floors & carpets with outstanding results with being impressed with on suction performance. Negatives Paper: Instructions could be better. Initial impression & setup: The vacuum has a sleek modern design made mostly of sturdier plastic that feels like quality device in the hands. The included attachments are quite solid as well, with the vacuum itself is easy to disassemble for cleaning maintenance. Setup was simple only requiring that you plug in its charging station, but instructions did state what some of the attachments were actually used for. Using it floors & carpet: The first thing I used it was on my outside patio that still had smoke residue from last year’s many forest fires. I figured this would be a good test since my last cordless vacuum could not handle that level of debris & no longer worked afterwards. The Tineco automatically detected the heavier smoke particles with increased suction that handled sucking up it up with no problem. (pictured) Next the carpet was done which was effective & effortless due the cordless form factor 2.8 pounds weight. This vacuum offers Powerful Performance, Low Noise & Smart App Integration with the Tineco app for a complete and intelligent cleaning experience, featuring real-time performance monito high tech solution ring, cleaning reports, maintenance reminders, tech support, troubleshooting, and more. A good high tech solution choice that regular vacuums are subpar when compared to its performance & features.

Verdict: This stick vacuum provides a lot of value in a segment that is getting crowded with options. The included accessories expand the range of tasks you can do with this vacuum, more so than other stick vacuum we have seen. The design is smart and convenient, and battery life is enough for most jobs. We love it! Initial impressions. The vacuum is light and it comes with quite a few accessories and rollers. The vacuum is designed well: there is a button to quickly empty the dust bin, filters are easy to remove, and accessories can fit in virtually any desired configuration. Included in the box are the main vacuum motor with built-in battery, hardwood soft roller brush, carpet roller brush, filter cleaning tool (it’s really awesome), upholstery roller brush, stiff brush tool, crevice tool, long stick attachment, wall mount, and an accessory holder. Setup. Putting together the vacuum is perfectly intuitive and easy. It took just a few minutes to put the pieces together and to experiment with different configurations. No need for instructions or diagrams with this vacuum. Hardwood. We have a lot of hardwood in the house, so the inclusion of a soft roller brush attachment specifically for wood is really fantastic. This is the first time we see such an attachment and we love it. The vacuum cleans well on hardwood, without leaving any marks or scratches. Carpet. For a portable vacuum, the Pure One X does fine. It is about on par with other similar models from competitors. However, what is different and interesting is the “Smart Sensor Technology,” which adjusts the suction on the vacuum depending on how dirty an area is. The Smart Sensor works on all floor types, but it’s more convenient to use on carpet because it’s typically much harder to tell when carpet is sufficiently clean. For carpet, the regular brush roller works best to work through the strands of carpet. Versatility. In addition to using this vacuum as an upright vacuum on hardwood or carpet, you can quickly turn into a handheld vacuum to clean furniture with the mini brush roller, or to clean a car using the stiff brush tool and crevice took, or even to combine the stick attachment with the stiff brush to pick up dust and spider webs from hard-to-reach areas. This vacuum does it all! Noise Level. The noise level is actual pretty good. It is quieter than I expected, and definitely quieter than a full-size vacuum. This is an advantage if you buy this for an apartment or town-home setting; close neighbors will not hear much from this vacuum. Things I like: - We use it a lot because its cordless; it’s so convenient to just grab and go - 45 minutes of charge is quite good; I hope this performance doesn’t degrade over time - It’s a nice-looking vacuum - Both large roller attachments have headlights - The included attachments add tons of versatility to this vacuum - The charger is built-into the wall mount, which we like, but if you don’t plan to use the wall mount fixed on a wall, then charging will be quite awkward - The filter cleaning tool that connects to the vacuum actually cleans your filters through suction; that’s a really nice touch - Smart Sensor technology is an interesting idea. It appears to work well Things I don’t like: - The battery is built-into the vacuum. This is the most significant weakness for this vacuum for a few reasons. First, when the vacuum runs out of batteries, you can’t swap out a battery to keep going, you need to wait to recharge. The battery does last for 45 min, which is quite good, so perhaps running out of battery will not happen frequently. Second, in a few years, the li-ion battery will wear out and then I guess the vacuum goes to the trash? This is not a great option for sustainability. Overall, this is a really nice, versatile, cordless vacuum. Given the capabilities, I think there is quite a lot of value for the price. We have a large powerful vacuum that we use for serious tasks, but this is the vacuum that gets the most use because most days we just need a tool that can do a quick clean-up, without too much setup effort. We love it.

Tineco’s stick vacuum Pure One X Series is a cordless vacuum cleaner with smart features. The device is lightweight, battery powered and includes brushes for every surface, corner and floor type in your home. It has a runtime of roughly 45 mins, but this will of course depend on usage. It can run on “max” for roughly 12 mins, but I found the “auto” setting to do just fine, and I was able to clean the whole house without running out of battery on a full charge. In fact, it had more than half of the charge left. The included brushes allow you to use the vacuum anywhere in your house. Hard floors and carpets are easy to clean with the big brushes, especially since the LED lights will light up the floor in front of the brush, and it’s lightweight enough to be used for blinds, ceilings and your car with the smaller brushes, and it’s particularly easy since it’s cordless. There’s an anti-tangle brush that prevents hair from getting caught, and as someone with long hair, I was able to test this properly and it does a great job, and the dustbin was full of hair when I was done vacuuming the carpets. By default, it only vacuums when you push the trigger, but there is a trigger lock that keeps it on. It works fine, as long as you don’t touch it. I accidentally turned it off a few times while cleaning, so I would’ve preferred that the locking mechanism was a little stronger. This is a smart vacuum cleaner, meaning that there’s an app that connects to the device that allows access to its features and information, including battery life, suction power (auto, manual, max) and the status of cleaning, pre-filter and dustbin. The app works fine on my Samsung S21+. I downloaded it from the Google Play store, entered my Wi-Fi info into the app and the rest was seamless. I’d say it took less than a minute or two to set up and it’s been working fine so far. My only criticism of this system is that I feel that I have to hold the vacuum with one hand and my phone in the other, but you don’t need to look at the phone the whole time and the vacuum works fine with the app closed. There’s a HEPA filter that cleans the air while vacuuming and the filter doesn’t need to cleaned and replaced very often (every twelve months), so that’s a nice little addition. It charges through the wall mounted dock. It takes a roughly 3 to 4 hours to fully charge the device. I wish it charged a little faster, but hopefully a slow charge will keep the battery running smoothly for many years from now. It is recommended that you empty out the dustbin after each use and that you clean the pre-filter. I’m used to the old-fashioned vacuum bag, so I was a bit surprised at how much this little thing cleaned up in a 15 min cleaning session. The dustbin was full of dust and hair, so I’d say it did a great job. I was hoping it wouldn’t wear my wrist out as much as a full size vacuum cleaner, but it’s still a bit of a workout, just not as bad. (That’s probably a sign I need to vacuum more often!) Also, if you register on their website, you’ll get a free pre-filter (minus shipping). If you’re looking for a vacuum cleaner for all your vacuuming needs, this is the one for you. It’s great for everything from floors to ceilings while also being handy as a handvac to vacuum the interiors of your car.

The Tineco Pure One X Dual vacuum provides a great cleaning package for most kinds of messes. The included HEPA filter helps keep the air quality in check while you are cleaning. There are many attachments available such as the hardwood floor fuzzy head and the carpet cleaning head both do a great job for their respective surfaces. The included wall mount was very easy to setup and helps keep the vacuum out of the way when not in use. When first opening the packaging it may be daunting looking at all of the attachments and pieces so just follow the simple directions and you'll be up and running in no time. The Pure One X Dual is very quiet and intelligently increases suction based on the objects that are being vacuumed so you're always using just the right amount of power. The smart app was easy to setup and provided great information such as battery, filter life and total usage. The battery life can vary depending on the density of your mess but it was near the advertised battery life. All in all I have no problems recommending the Tineco Pure One X Dual to anyone that is in a small or medium sized home as well as people in an office setting.
