Easy set up and works well. Replicates the signal well. Also gives you all the latest features of WIFI 6 (AX) and WPA3. Plus if you want to hard wire into the side of it with an ethernet cord you can... which is a bonus. No issues dropping internet, very stable. I have the TP-Link AX21 router as well which is great for the price point.

I added wifi security cameras to my business and a few of them were just too far from the main router to get a solid signal. Purchased this extender and the issue was resolved Easy to setup and works great.

I set this up with my ATT internet which previously was dropping connection with my laptop and phone constantly. This router with some mesh extentora has fixed that issue and helped the internet/wifi run much faster. Super easy set up as well.

I bought this to work in extender mode which did what it was supposed to do. However, I discovered it also has an AP mode which I ended up using to solve my problem better than AP. I already had a cat6E so I connected it to the AP from my main switch and changed the operation mode of the device to AP after having had the password and ssif set. Easy and works perfectly. I get about 600mbps and my link is 1gbps so I will take it over my previous 30mbps.

I have nothing but great things to say about this item. The signal boost it gives as well as the simplicity to getting it set up. Took no more then 5 minutes to set up and boosted my wifi signal tremendously in the area i needed it

Living in a 1930’s house with lath and plaster walls leads to signal degradation. Our “base” is located in the extension which is in one corner of the house with a weak to non-existent signal in the rest. With the TP-Link located in the middle of the second floor, we now get a signal upstairs. While it’s a strong signal, it is about 1/2 to 2/3 the speed, which is to be expected.

We were barely getting a signal downstairs before adding this to the mix. Set up took about 5 minutes with clear and concise instructions provided, didn't have to google anything. The house is concrete/brick construction, but the extender provides a full signal on phones/laptops, and the speed of the tv and PS5 has more than tripled. Definitely recommend this item.

Once I got this setup, it has worked great. It is important to plug the item into a power outlet close to your TP-Link router as you are setting it up. I believe it initially connects to the router for the One-Mesh system via bluetooth or something. I tried setting it up in the same room, about 20+ feet away and it didn't work.

Overall, one of the easiest range extenders I’ve ever set up. It does occasionally get stuck updating firmware or gets disconnected from the WiFi and then doesn’t want to reconnect automatically. I’ve had to reset it due to this a couple of times. Works well as an access point too! The coverage is pretty good as well.

Glad to get this. It solved a problem when my existing whole-house wi-fi stopped extending to an important area of our house. Once I put this extender in the room everything works again.

Install and set up was very easy. You do have to download the app. I don't know if they're is an option to do it on a computer which would be my first choice.
Gives good coverage out into my garage which is what I was looking for.
The only downside is it's pretty big and clunky and not exactly a piece of decor. Maybe some day they will find a better design that is not so obtrusive. The design is why I took a star away

Surprisingly easy to setup and easy directions to follow. Worked seemlessly with Spectrum wifi. Use your existing internet password when connecting.
It does have limited range unfortunately, and doesn’t boost the signal at all, just extends whatever limited quality of signal your modem provides where you’re able to setup the extender.

This extender was very easy to set up using the app. The only reasons I don't give it 5 stars are: the antenna is not as strong as I'd hoped given the size of the device and I don't see a way to avoid using the "-ext" version of my basic WiFi network instead of just keeping the name the same. (I bought this one because my previous, smaller TP-Link intermittently started to give out after several years.)
