To much bloatware WAY TOO MUCH! the phone is good if you get a deal there is no storage samsung uses most of it you then need sd card, extra$ too many games, cleaners, and three antivirus apps I did not download, phones have google play store they should let people pick the games they want,and etc. You have to change settings/customize the way you like. the camara is good . battery life is good.

Nice, capable, simple phone. Easy to use and the right size for convenient carrying in a pocket. I give this rating based on other phones in its class. If you need a phone more than simple tasks, another one might be better, but check this one out first. For the price that Best Buy has been offering it on special, it's a decent and useful phone. The sound is good and it connects quickly. The charging is by USB but it's a newer version that may be USB 3.0c. (a bit larger and with rounded edges compared to the old micro USB standard.

What can you really expect for the cost of this phone?! It did the job when I was in between phone. Just and FYI…..it doesn’t have a lot of storage at all.

Not enough internal storage. Non-optional system stuff eats up more than 90% of internal storage. So, number of apps must be very limited (since many apps require storage on primary internal card, an extra SD card often can't substitute for the limited internal primary storage).

I didn’t have a lot of money so for the price it good but the phone was slow when I pressed on a button but the camera isn’t that bad. I like the size easy to hold but it doesn’t hold very much memory. I personally just needed a phone that was cheap and I barely make call so I don’t need a plans. The data went pretty fast so I actually got a different phone

After 20 years, my wife finally convinced me to get rid of my flip-phone. The fact that the Alcatel flip-phone that I purchased from Walmart (it was the only they had) was a piece of junk probably helped convince me to make the switch. I'm still getting familiar with it, but so far, I'm happy with it. It holds a charge very well and it is just the right size.

A nice phone that does what I need it to do. I use it primarily for road trips, and am old school, not needing to play games or take photos. Priced right as well. This was an upgrade of a previous tracfone product which also did the trick. Works for me!

Good for the Price-good basic phone-Great 13 meg pics pictures. Miss the smart alert (vibs when you pick it up-if got a call/text)

Great camera quality! Pretty good for the price. It's very easy to navigate, especially since it gives a step by step guide to set it up. Sound is very good on the back speaker as well. All in all, great phone.

Good phone at a good price. It replaced an OLD model and has worked really well on Tracfone network. Didn't take much to set up and was very easy for someone who does not have much tech sauvy. The system was great and it is intuitive when using it. Plus the price was well worth it. No need to buy several hundred dollar phone when this does everything it needs to do plus more.

Quality Smart phone, especially for a prepay and it's price. Unlike some of the previous phones i've had with tracphone this one has the speed of a legit smart phone and works well with streaming apps, web browsing, social media and even has a decent camera.

This Samsung phone delivers all I need it to be for my daily routines. Like all Samsung products, it is of the highest quality and very easy to use and understand. I look forward to purchasing more Samsung phones in the future.

I got this as a backup phone so I went inexpensive. My regular phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10 so it isn't fair to compare, but the comparison clarifies the most important features of a phone for me. This A01 looks and feels great, especially protected with a case and screen protector. It's only slightly smaller than my other phone. Obviously it is going to be less responsive than the S10. It is noticeable, but I don't have apps crashing all around so that's fine. The camera likewise is not nearly as good. But again, duh. This is fine for casual picture-taking. As a phone, it works as well as any other and that is why I wanted it. I'm accustomed to Samsung Android devices and this fits right in there and fixes an issue for me. The battery life on standby is really good, and since I keep it turned off half the time I haven't had to charge at all since the first charge a month ago. This is a good value for the price.

Simply no frills Tracfone. At this point in my life I don't need some "fancy million dollar" phone. This model does what I need it to do. Probably will upgrade within the next year or two. For now this one is just fine.

Purchased this for my wife who had to turn in her flip phone! it took some time, but she has learned how to use it and likes it as her new phone. Using a stencil pen is the best way for her to use it. Very good price. Cards are available at most stores but not a Best Buy who never has any data cards. That is disappointing but can find them at most other stores such as Target. GREAT not to have a CONTRACT with any of the big phone networks who are spending too much money on commercials and raising everyone's rates.

Seems to be a great phone. I bought it for my elderly Father and he doesn't seem to have issues using it. It was easy to set up and the battery last a long time.

This is a simple Android smartphone with a nice display and Samsung interface similar to more expensive phones. Not a fast processor, and storage is not as large as more expensive phones. Works well as an upgrade for an elderly relative with a 3G phone.

For a first time smart phone user, it's pretty good. The consumer cellular apps made it a breeze, even though I have a Tracfone. The manual I printed is no where step-by-step complete.
