This is a great phone for the price. Very good battery life. The 3000 milliamp battery is replaceable.

Great low end phone at a great price. As a low end phone it lacks memory, screen quality & speed but I got it for a basic phone to replace my Mother's old flip phone. It get's the job done for my Mother's basic cellphone needs.

Great features for this price point. 32GB internal storage and a card slot, 3 GB RAM, and a 3000mAh, user replaceable battery. Call quality is excellent, so far. One negative to keep in mind, never seen a screen so easily scratched. Depending who is going to be using it, you may want to protect it right away. Happy with it, bought 3 for this household.

good phone works mint/ value wise for what you get worth it

I am very happy with the phone and Tracfone service. I bought it for someone in a nursing home. It is very simple to use. You can click the only button on the left hand side and just say call "someone" or play a song or anything else. He enjoys listening to music. The service is only $20.00 a month for unlimited talk and text and 1 GB of Interent which rolls over any unused time. A very affordable price for someone on a limited income.

I love my new phone. Easy to use and a smaller size which I love. This one fits me perfectly as my old phone was also an Alcatel. My old phone no longer worked and tracfone notified me after I bought this one that they had a free offer for me. They were very lax on informing me. Support just said to buy a new one. But I'm guessing my choice wouldn't have been this phone. So it's good.

It's good as a simple phone for elderly folks who have never had a smart phone before. It's smaller and lighter than most and does what a basic phone needs to do. The dedicated google voice button is helpful to lessen the need for typing. The one big thing that's not good about it is the auto brightness is not bright enough when indoors. I turned off the auto brightness and set the level myself, which is not ideal. Ideally, the phone would adjust well automatically without help. I got two of these phones for my elderly neighbors, and both have the same problem with the auto brightness sensor. They don't know enough to continually adjust the brightness, so setting it at a constant level is the compromise.

I thought this from my granddaughter to play games and it works great. Sturdy and battery holds up. We’ve had it for a few months now no problems.

phone is great and good price if you are using it for an elderly person if you wanted to not worry about it dropping or no need for data...my mom dropped a better phone and cracked screen and wasnt worth fixing so bought a phone that you dont get jacked in price like an iphone or latest model android....its good if your not using apps or data...t

I returned this phone and exchanged it for the exact same model. Neither phone allowed me to transfer data from previous phone. The first phone after less than a week kept powering itself off during calls and while idle. The one I own now, I only had a few quirks with a couple of apps that I rely on. Otherwise, if I get one year of decent use out of it, that is all I expect. Based on the reviews, I probably just had a bad first one.

I BOUGHT THIS for making a call to the doctors office so I could get in because of the covid rules,, and for use in the car if I really have to get hold of someone,, I used to have the OnStar phone which I loved but they stopped that service so I had to buy a cell phone and trying to use it as cheaply as possible as I do have a land line phone in the condo, so far it is performing well.

I don't have anything to say about this phone. It was purchased for my wife, and I gave it to her for our anniversary. She has it in her possession. We were forced to have to use "smart phones". We liked the inexpensive flip-phones. They were small, easy to carry, and the cost to use them was much less than the smart-phones. But the manufactures have taken that advantage away from us. We do not like smart-phones. They are an expensive spike in our meager budget.

A very basic smartphone. Tracfone works for some situations but I’m starting to lean more towards other prepaid options

Great phone for the price. Clear quality on calls. A little confusing to use because there are a few things that my old Tracfone did not have. It is a good deal since we had to upgrade because Tracfone was no longer servicing the old LG phone.

I bought this phone because it has Android 12 even if it's somewhat slow at times it still works well enough for basic everyday uses but for $50 it's good enough for the tight budget people so I'm giving a 3 star for it's slowness.

I finally upgraded to a smartphone after years of using a flipphone that didn't even have a camera. I still wanted a prepaid phone and decided on Tracfone because my sister has a Tracfone flipphone and likes it. I've only had the phone for a short time but so far haven't had any problems and seems to be easy to use. I'd recommend this phone.

Decent enough I bought another one. It works as expected. Decent quality for the price. Would buy again.
