I really wanted to like Emma, but she didn’t cut it. It was a breeze to set up and at first I was impressed by the amount of suction this vacuum has. It did a great job of picking up dust and dirt off of my hardwood and laminate floors, but it really doesn’t matter how good the suction is if the vacuum doesn’t get to where it needs to go to get the cleaning done. Emma’s navigation is horrible. All she does is bounce off furniture and walls to blindly find her way, and not a gentle bounce either more of a slam. I attempted to pick her up to reposition her to which she responds with a snarky “put me down,” which I did- right back in the box and back to the store. You get what you pay for. I spent a little more and got a robo vac with mapping and laser sensors and it’s 100% better than Emma and well worth the extra money. I also noticed that many of the reviews written for this vacuum were from individuals her tried her out for free. I didn’t try her for free, and perhaps that is why my review is more objective.

I regret not getting this sooner! This robot performs so well in picking up pet hair, dust, and sand. It has saved me so much time since I can still work while this runs in another housing area. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring, hardwood flooring, and area rugs. Does a great job on all my surfaces!

I love this vacuuming robot so much. I have a cat and a dog, and it picks up the pet hair and litter with excellent results. Now I use it every day, I set up a daily schedule through the app, and it works so well. It's a joy to come home from work every day to a clean and tidy house.

I am beyond impressed with this robotic vacuum cleaner. I have been skeptical about getting one of these for more than two years because I have dogs that shed like crazy. They have undercoats, and the hair on my floors is constant. I did not think any of these robots could handle it, but boy was I surprised. Someone recommended this one, and it's incredible. I have not had to vacuum for a week. I have it programmed so that it tidies every day while I'm at work, and when I get home, my floors are clean, and my area rugs as well. A definite keeper!

Worked ok did pick up pet hair but vacuum keep getting lost blue tooth did not work

I absolutely loved it. I would have given it four and a half stars, but that option wasn't available. It really does a great job, it has powerful suction, picks up pet hair off the floor with ease, and it's a great price. I have to recommend it to you highly, and you will absolutely love this fun little guy.

I am in love with this product! It cleans well and is systematically in its cleaning. It truly is fantastic to have clean floors with little effort. Using the schedule feature in the app is terrific.

This robot vacuum made my life easy. It cleaned my whole house within an hour. The sucking power is acceptable. The Wi-Fi connection allows me to operate it on my phone without chasing it physically. Make sure that there is no small pieces on the floor in order not to lose what you may not want to be taken away.

After trying my Trifo Robot Vacuum Cleaner for the first time, I was delighted with the results. I let the product perform while I was sleeping and woke up to a clean floor. I am probably looking forward to purchasing it again for my upstairs game room.

It stops working every other time you use, then it works again after two days.

I have a cat and two golden retrievers and am unable to keep up with the pet hair cleaning. My daughter gave me Emma as a gift and I was a bit skeptical about how well it would clean. I was amazed. Emma is smart. Goes in back and forth pattern and leaves nice lines in my carpeted areas. Even with the high volume of pet hair, the bin was large enough and very easy to empty. I now have Emma programmed to clean every morning. I am not the most tech savvy person, but connecting to wifi and using the App are very simple....... even for me. Wish I had bought a robot earlier. I love Emma.
