I have always use turbo tax as my software for doing my taxes and I buy from Best Buy

Email came quickly. Download was simple and quick. Program worked as advertised. I've used TurboTax for years and will continue to do so.

I love turbo tax been using these products 25 yrs!! And Best Buy’s digital prams are easy to download and my app keeps track of my purchase and the code for the programs.

I have been using Intuit TurboTax for tax preparation for 15+ years, and there has never been an IRS problem. The product is very easy to after the first experience. The product has always been available at Best Buy the week following Christmas and I start the new year off with tax return prep. Refunds are usually received the last half of February.

Turbo Tax is great for preparing your income tax return. Walks you through every aspect, reviews for errors, e-file is simple and you receive confirmation that your return was accepted by IRS and can track your refund easily.

i trust turbotax each year to help with taxes, and their products have various levels of complexity available. I have used both the basic and deluxe versions, plus the free version online. Great support team. Filing electronically is very quick...IRS/State responses are given within a couple of days!

It was a great experience. Answering tax questions and then how the software completed the forms from my answers took all the guess work and stress out of knowing what to do. I’ve used TurboTax software many, many years ago, and I think that it was as easy to use during that time, as well. I haven’t completed a state tax filing yet. So hopefully, it will be as easy to use as the federal part.

Great software. I used the digitial version. No issues. After downloading. It lets you run a update. Then, off you go. I filed jointly. It was able to transfer my info from last years. Then I just put in my new numbers. We are retired when our own home. So took standard deduction. Simple. FI EFILED. And got our refunds in less than two weeks. Love turbo tax. Been using for many years. Basic computor skills only required.

Works as expected, software is very easy to use. I have just started using it but am sure it will work great like previous years.

My first purchase of the online version of Turbo Tax. In the past I have always purchased the disc. The download was easy with no issues. The price was comparable with other stores.

The product works great. The Best Buy delivery of instructions were severely lacking. There had to be a problem with their server because it took 3 days to deliver it and when it did I had 6 different messages. Thankfully I was able to figure out how to get my product to work without the instructions

The team that helped me made it super simple to switch from a physical to digital tax product. Having friendly, helpful service made "tax time" a little less stressful for me this year, thank you!
