    The Worst Gaming Headphones Ever Sold

    The Turtle Beach name has been buzzing in the gaming community for more than a decade. I never tried them until I bought these. These headphones are the worst headphones I have EVER come across. Don’t even waste your time and money. The volume at its highest setting sounds like somebody is whispering with static feedback. They knew it was a money grab when the company decided to release such a sub-par product.

    I do not recommend this headset sorry it's sound quality is just terrible. It's sound loudness is also extremely quiet. Yes, there is settings on Xbox that need changing or it will be VERY VERY extremely quiet, but even after fixing the distinction between Game / Chat is so rough. Given there is no sliders at all on this headset you have to do everything through Settings and Party Chat. Even on PC it's a bit annoying. So, no I wouldn't recommend this headset there are definitely better choice and this was only purchased because I thought it at the very least offered some of these on the headset itself.

    Gaming turtle beach headphones

    The headphones don’t go over the ear fully the quality of sound is there ,but not enough to be able to hear everything in the game fully but if you want a plain simple headset they are good for wired one’s.

    This was our 3rd set purchased in less than 6 months. Every microsoft product we have ever bought (controllers etc) has stopped working after very little use. Their products are trash. We switched to a sony console just for this reason.

    I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone. I purchased it like 5 years ago and it broke after a week. Now I purchased another one for my little cousin I figured they would be better quality now. It didnt work at all. They plugged it and no sound. All bad

    The ear cushions came off in a week after I replaced them for the exact same reason. Then the microphone stops working off and on. I would not recommend this brand even though it's recommended for xbox players.

    One of the worst headsets I can remember buying. Could not for the life of me get this headset to stop echoing when connected to xbox controller. No amount of settings changes would work. Idk if it was that the tiny mic arm was too close to the speakers or what. Don't recommend.

    Crap, don't waste your money on this. Quality Turtle Beach Headphones are 700's and above. These just stopped working. No sound after awhile, uncomfortable after half an hour and hot!

    did not work consistently out of package. sound quality fine but mivrophne and construction are weak. i will be returning product because connecti9n was faulty from day one.i have had unit a week or so.

    Bought these headphones a little over a year ago and the had cheap audio quality. The even stopped working just yesterday. Definitely recommend a different brand.

    Stopped working after 1 week...TWICE

    Purchased and exchanged this headset when it stopped working after 1 week, thinking it was defective. Had the exact same problem with the second set. When reading troubleshooting online, they acknowledge that you can't use the headset when the xbox controller is plugged in, that it may require purchasing a headset audio control adapter (approx. the same price as the headset). you cant do both game audio and chat, you can only choose one. Audio was so low even at the highest setting that you could barely hear anything. Even the salespeople tried to steer me towards different headsets..i should've listened!
