I am a huge fan of this company and it's product. After a month subscription trial period I continue to use this service. They go above and beyond to keep their customer's satisfied. I recommend Unagi All Access if you're interested in becoming an electric scooter rider or if you are thinking of purchasing one.

I got the Unagi Voyager and it’s awesome. The speed is nuts. You hit the throttle and you're off, thanks to the dual motors. I’m talking like 20 mph easy. Battery life is solid too. I get like 15 miles on one charge, which is more than enough for me. Plus, it’s super light, so carrying it isn’t a hassle. And the look? Super sleek. I get stopped all the time by people asking about it. It’s like the coolest scooter out there, hands down. Only downside is it doesn’t have suspension. So, bumpy roads can be a pain. But honestly, the speed and style more than make up for it. The acceleration is smooth and the ride is overall really good. If you're thinking about getting one, just go for it. This scooter is a total win. It's changed the game for me.

I love this scooter. The combo of weight and speed can’t be beat. I often get where I’m going 2-3 times as fast as a car can and it’s so easy to get from place to place once I’m at my destination. It’s so great not having to get in my car and park and repark… pay for parking… whatever. I get a lot of compliments bc it looks great, too. I use it all the time when k have to go just a few miles at a time or when I know traffic is gonna suck. Being able to fold it easily and carry it, since it’s light, is why it’s better than every other scooter I tried.

This scooter has the best app out of all the scooters that I've tried. It's seamless, clean, and you can lock your scooter from the app which I really value. Additionally, you can record your rides and the interface with large dashboard icons makes it easy to use when I stop and pull it out of my pocket. Feels very much like the Tesla app, possibly better. Scooter has excellent acceleration, and I love the range.

This scooter is the ultimate for urban commuting. The ONLY scooter that's lightweight and powerful and easy to carry. Not only that it's the best looking scooter in the market. Go read reviews on Cnet, Wired, Engadged or Gizmodo. It's the best for a whole host of reasons. First off, it's made of carbon fiber and coupling that to it's one click fold mechanism, It's a dream to carry into my 3 story apartment or on the subway. Also, it looks simply gorgeous in white with it's automotive paint finish. It's as good in the city as it is in my summer house running to the local coffee shop on the weekends. The subscription is the way to go. I used to have a Ninebot. The tires would puncture because it was air pnuematic. No one would fix the tire! Unagi's tires are puncture proof and when you have a problem they fix it for free. Free maintenence on a scooter is SUPER IMPORTANT. Unagi is an American company with amazing service. They send you a new scooter before you even send them your broken one. They want to keep you running with minimum downtime. This is the part most people don't seem to get. There's a reason why Google gives these scooters to their employees for FREE! I've owned 3 scooters before Unagi. They all became useless gargabe after 6-12 months. Get an Unagi and just enjoy. Trust me.

The scooter is good. Has good acceleration and handles well. I think it is over priced. No major issues, just seems out of line to other similarly priced scooters.

This scooter has done a great job convincing me that an electric scooter is a viable commuting option. I plan to use it just long enough to save for a better one. For its price, its ok, but the battery is smallish, app and customer service non-existence.

It is mentioned that the top speed is 20miles/hr but when i used it is just 15miles/hr and also the absorption is not good.

Its compact and lightweight. Good for smooth road but not on rough ones. The acceleration is superb.

The service was quick. Showed up to my house less than a week after purchasing. The scooter is very fun and easy to assemlble. And with the app its easy to make sure it dosent get stolen. Highly recommend if you dont want the hassle of a car and maintenance

Neglect to tell you have to pay a security deposit and don't give the option to purchase the theft insurance through unagi. Very misleading and very difficult to cancel. If you want unagi scooter best bet is to rent directly through them.
