Big limitations for older customers

I have not yet been able to figure out how to set it up and use it. Instructions are huge and very small for older eyes to read directions. It is probably a good phone system, but so far have not been able to use it!!!!! Was disappointed in instructions and complexity.

On the web-site and the package it says it is an expandable phone system, Its not. I cannot find the extra hand set that supposedly goes with it, anywhere on the Best Buy web-site. The instructions are vague at best for how to program the one cordless handset that comes with this phone system. I will never buy anything made by V-tech again
