A Bit Disappointed!

I have not set up the answering machine due to a online version I already have. The biggest gripe I have with the phones is that I wanted to add another phone to the system and they have none ANYWHERE! I bought this system for my office to be able to expand and now I cannot. I can't even use any other VTech phone with this base. Disappointed with lack of expandability but it functions for a basic phone.

Dont waste your time or money

You only have 2 weeks to return and the phone is defective - mfg will not refund the money and they want the old phone first before they will send a replacement. We are trying to run our business - how can we do that without a phone. The 2nd line wont ring. Nothing but problems.
