We like the phone set. I would recommend it to others. It's only drawbacks are screen brightness, and I would like to turn the volume up which I don't think can be done - typical requests of an old geezer. No complaints.

This telephone system was reasonably priced and on sale at the time I purchased. Set up was simple and fully usable within minutes of opening the box. I like that the buttons light up making it easy to find and dial in the dark. I had it for over a month and both phones hold a good charge after being left off the charger overnight. I purchased this item as a Christmas present for my mother, 70+ years old, who is hearing impaired. On the right setting, she can clearly hear the handsets ring and operate the system with ease. She is pleased, so, so am I.

I have tried to find a phone that works well being hung on the wall. It’s hard to fine one that you can see all the buttons without having to be 6ft. tall. It’s a great phone, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are too many functions and not really user friendly and easy to figure out. But the call quality is good which is it’s function.

Great phone, love that it comes with two cordless phones and has an answering system.

Vtech expandable cordless phone system is a good deal. Works fine and has all the bells and whistles we need. The phones are light and easy to carry with you.

Pro: My wife and I have both been very satisfied with this phone system. Great for us seniors (94 & 95). No cons.

A little confusing to set up because this model has the smart call blocker but overall quite satisfied

This is about as good as it gets for 2 lines for a business. Meaning there are few options available in this tech environment. Reasonable price - good reception. Win - win.

Easy to install. This is our 3rd set, though. It would be great if we can just replace the handset when they don't function properly due to wear and tear, and not the have to by the whole set with the base.

Love the One touch Speed Dial. Now only if the Blocking of those annoying scam likely calls were so easy as one touch block would be heaven. Another thing to keep in mind is that it will only block up to 100 numbers, not much if you consider how they always quickly change numbers.

Great phone for the average small business. Easy to follow setup and good screen size on handsets. Highly recommended. Good variety of options and uses. Good set.

Works good and setup was easy. Just wish the phone had a better signal and an additional phone/receiver was included in the price.

I like that it has 2 handsets, so I can access both lines in 2 different rooms. But it has a lot of extra perks that are really just over kill in my opinion.

Bought to replace older version of same phone because we needed a 2 line phone. This works as advertised

the phone works; 2nd time around after employee sold me the wrong one a week earlier. The parking lot service was fast and courteous.

nice phone, needs to have a flashing light when you have a voice mail.
