This product works very well; I use it to monitor my elderly mother. I have one camera in her bedroom and one by her bathroom. I can pan and tilt the camera to follow her around without disturbing her. Our condo is a 2BR flat, and I have no range problems.The only problem is that the screen often runs out of batteries if mother goes to the toilet too many times in one night. It definitely must be recharged daily. BTW, I purchased a second wide-angle lens from the manufacturer; the lens makes the picture a little clearer, as well as it makes monitoring an entire room easier. P.S. The zoom feature is a digital zoom, not a real zoom, so the resolution of the picture is worse when you zoom in. Not much of a feature.

My 4 month old and 3 year old share a room and this makes it very easy to monitor both. The picture is much better quality than I had expected. I really like the two-way talking and the ability to play music. The ability to move the camera around from the main device makes it very easy to be able to view multiple angles of the room.

Great product. Screen has a small grid on it but picture is clear. Night mode is better than expected. Only downfall is the parent monitor charge. I only had it turned on during my daughter’s naps. She takes between 2-3, 1-2 hour naps and the monitor gave a low battery warning close to the end of her last nap of the day. Which I guess isn’t really all that bad. I like the pan and tilt function. The camera movement is silent so it doesn’t draw attention when she’s awake. Wall mounts are great and a key reason I bought this model aside from having 2 cameras. The cameras play melodies and soothing sounds, they help calm my daughter. The volume for that is adjustable. The two-way talk function is also good.

I love the size of the monitor, I love the wide angle view of the cameras but it only came with 1 wide angle lens. I had to purchase an extra wide lens on VTech's website, very affordable. The settings are very detailed and specific, I like that. However, I am very disappointed because of the battery life. I used to have Levana cameras and the battery for those lasts about 18 hours on a single charge; this monitor lasts about 5 hours on a single charge, disappointing. I have to always make sure I charge it at night; unlike the Levana monitor. I would recommend this camera if parents who buy it have older toddlers that won't stay in a room by themselves for a long period of time.

Love the distance that this monitor offers and the fact that it has two cameras so you can put in different rooms without having to move it. The screen is bigger and clearer than one I've had before.

We found this monitor to be awesome because our grandchild moves around in the crib and we can adjust the view to observe him. Plays music. Able to talk to baby. Viewer is nice size too.

Like that it has temperature on it. Has nice size screen and can see really good in the dark. The distance you can be from the camera is awesome.

We bought this monitor so we could have a camera in our Daughters nursery, and one pointed at her crib in our bedroom. Both cameras were easy to mount and have a good picture day and night. Also, being able to move the cameras and play music, voice or calming sound effects is a huge plus. Our house is 2 levels with a detached garage and the monitor works clearly in all areas. I have no complaints about this product.

Great Monitor for the price! Clear picture and many different functions! Only complaints are short battery life and it will not work with cameras of the same brand from previous model!

If you don’t need a WiFi monitor then this one has all you need, Clear, long range, you can talk to your child as well plus you can add additional cameras...

Bought this monitor for my elderly mothers home. It works great. Easy to set up. Only complaint is power cord needs to be a little longer for the cameras.

First off I want to mention I use to have the summer infant brand but it was cheaply made that battery goes bad fast & drop it few times only the plastic that protects the front screen pop off . I had such a bad experience hoping this 1 well fulfilled the needs of a baby monitor & yes it did but 1 think I dislike about the is the video quality other than that I can't complain! So far so go for my 1st month having it!

This video baby monitor has been wonderful for me. Instead of a baby, I have a 100 year old mother to monitor. I can hear if she calls and see if she gets out of bed and moves around in her room. I feel confident knowing I can hear and see my mother day or night. Beautiful day color. Night is blurred but I can tell where she is.

This is a great camera system. I didn’t know if we really needed 2 cameras, but what we do is use the cameras in 2 different rooms. We also have a camper at the lake so we just take 1 camera to the lake and take the head unit with us.

Really easy to navigate through settings. Love that I can move the camera from the screen and turn on the music.

I just purchased this camera. I have been looking for a monitor and settled on this one and am glad I did. It was easy to set up, has good picture and sound quality, and seems to be made with good materials.

I love this camera pictures are very clear it comes with 2 cameras but the great thing is you can add more cameras and still have a great view off the room or child your checking on

I really like this camera system and the picture quality and size. We purchased because our Motorola unit stopped working. My only constructive feedback is the sound could be a tad louder, however, I have still been able to hear my baby just fine. Out of the vtech and the Motorola the vtech is by far the better choice of the two in my opinion!

As the summary suggests, the image quality is poor, and looks nothing like the advertisement on the packaging; more like a half received channel on an old UHF/VHF dial TV (how many people are going to understand what that means?!). Think pixelated, snowy and grainy. Also, the battery life on the parent unit is subpar IMO, few hours at most. So if you forget to plug it back in your hosed. Distance reception is good though. Just depends on what your priorities are and what you expect for a $200 monitor.
