Overall good product for Drawing on your Computer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been familiar with Wacom tablets for years, but never had the need to buy one until now. The biggest challenge I faced was that Wacom has TOO MANY versions and levels of tablets to choose from. If you want a reasonable size tablet that you can draw on for art, creative projects or like me for collaborating with clients in online meetings, then this tablet works well. It works on both my MacBook Pro and my Windows Desktop equally well, and the setup was easy - just plug in the USB cable that comes with the tablet and it will connect to the internet and allow you to download the appropriate drivers for your tablet and your computer. A CD comes with the tablet as a backup in case you do not have internet when you install it. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Great Introductory Tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes some getting used to if you've never used a tablet-to-screen device before. Excellent little tablet for the price. You can create professional grade work with this device. My ONLY issue is that I am quite heavy handed (I have software that allows changes in pressure, so I can press pretty hard) and the board scuffs up fairly quickly. I have yet to have it make any sort of difference in the feeling when making art, though. If you want to get in digital art with a tablet-to-screen device, this is higher quality than the price tag suggests. Wacom is normally a fantastic company (unless you've purchased a device that undersold) so you're getting their support with this and that means a lot too.

Not for just drawing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Wacom tablet is amazing, and easy on the wallet. The tablets are bundled with a specific software, but you can use any tablet with drawing, comics, manga, painting, and writing. This model is the only one without touch capabilities. Not a deal breaker, because there are six programmable keys. The surface of the tablet feels like real paper, and the pen is full size.

A Must Have!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a creative soul with a passion for all things expressive. I've done so much research before buying this and I do mean SO MUCH. I've read about it on the official Wacom website, I've read reviews not only on here, but on the Wacom website as well and I've watched tutorials and review videos on it. I've compared prices and I must say you are getting your money's worth with this product. I absolutely love it! It's very easy to setup and use it, works perfectly with my Adobe Photoshop and you don't have to worry about being uncomfortable while using it. It feels like you are drawing regularly on drawing paper. It's great for beginners as well as advanced digital artists. I completely am attached to it! Well worth buying it!

Wish I Could Make It Bigger
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So originally I didn't like this tablet because the pen was so sensitive. I had planned on returning it, but then I forced myself to actually play around with it to get used to it. After some investigation and alterations. The pad is less sensitive, it's easy to use and I enjoy it. I only wish I had purchased the bigger one because it gives you more room to play around and have fun with.

Really good starter tablet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not going to get you a career in graphic design but it will certainly help you do simple enough projects. Sad that the old Wacom used to come with Photoshop and the new ones don't. But for someone looking for a free replacement, check out GIMP software, it works great with this tablet.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is great for a hobbyist. I high recommend this product. I've always wanted to draw on the computer but found super difficult with just a mouse. This feel natural and I can draw much better. I even post my pictures on deviantART. It does take some time to get used to, however.

Great Drawing Tablet for starters.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's cheap, reliable, and accurate! The software is simple and includes virtually no bloatware to slow you down. The pad is lightweight and portable. And best of all, the amount of support wacom provides for so many different apps is incredible.

Good Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super easy to use with little to no hassle. The product is not to large and is easily transportable. The pad itself has a very good quality build and is compact. I mainly use it for photoshop but it’s compatible with other software and apps.

Responsive and Recommended
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This drawing tablet is a wonderful and easy to use tool for any aspiring artist or animator. Takes some getting use to
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The set up was a little confusing at first. Just takes a little time to get use to it. I had to force myself to keep using it and I'm getting faster. I use it most for photoshop work and it does the job.

Beginning with potential
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I consider myself rather tech savvy. The box seems to imply that you can "plug and play." I had to contact customer service to find out why my computer (Mac) was not letting the "free"ish program that comes with it download. It was a simple fix, but if there was some kind of document that goes in a little more detail for installing that would have saved some irritation. The program that comes with it is ok, and was great for learning the basics. Just a heads up, with the program that comes with it, printing is not the easiest of tasks. In fact, the manufacturer (which is not Wacom) even admits it is confusing. My recommend is that you use the free program to learn how to use it, then find a different program for the stuff you really want to do with the tablet. I found a better app in the Mac App Store that works much "more better" (inside joke with myself). By "free"ish what I mean is there is no cost, and you get some basic tools. which was sufficient for learning how to work with the tablet. Anyways once everything was set up, and I found a program that I like, it works great. It's a lot of fun, and a nice change from traditional art. I do plan to upgrade with Wacom for a tablet that does a little more, but not anytime soon. So far I really enjoy the Draw tablet. I'm working on a sketch off a photograph of Mount Rainier that I took a few years ago. The mountain is reflected almost perfectly mirrored with a lake. I would include sample of my work so far, but it's no where near ready for rough draft showing. The only thing I wish I kenw before I purchased the tablet, would be in regards to the program that comes with it, you are not restricted to just that program. You can find, buy, other programs form a wide verity of places.

Useful tool, but has issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was thinking of getting the Intuos Pro or the Art, but went for the basic Draw instead. There is an issue with the clone tool (as well as the regular painting tools when sampling a color from the pixels in an image) in Photoshop when using the tablet, which seems to be caused by pressing the Alt key which invokes the Menu system in Windows. This causes the cursor to jerk and skip around and is very frustrating. It does not seem to happen with the mouse. I am not sure whether the problem is due to the Wacom tablet or due to Windows and/or Adobe. In any case, this should definitely be addressed by Wacom or Adobe or Microsoft and caused me days of frustration where I considered returning it until I found a workaround which basically was to press the Alt key twice before sampling the color. This was not an ideal solution, but it works nonetheless. Besides that, the Draw is a decent enough tablet and basically does what you expect it to do. By the way, it doesn't recognize the tilt of the stylus, if you want that, you need to get the other Wacom models.
