I'm not using this for it's graphics work; I'm using it as mouse alternative and my other Wacom tablets have stopped working (thanks Wacom for stopping supporting them to force us to buy more!) and I did upgrade to the larger size over the small one and it did make a difference for my arm angle, etc. so was it worth the gigantic price difference? My cheap self is right on the fence. I got it as a deal of the day so I'd say go for it on sale but at regular price it does hurt. Do I use it a lot? I do. Do I wish I could get by with the small one? I do. Do I highly suggest both to help repetitive nerve pain injuries? 100% (I'm a fitness pro and recommend this to clients all the time). The tips do groove more and wear out faster than past Wacom models so I think that's Wacom's intentional design to make you buy more and not the user's mistreatment.

This product I fantastic. The wireless responsiveness has no lag, the 4000 points of pressure on the pen is great and the medium size definitely gives you space to make longer strokes with the pen. I would recommend the smaller tablet for travel doodling but you only get one or two of the free drawing programs included with the WACOM intuos series where as the Medium gives you all 3. I am using the tablet with photoshop on PC. Also get the two year protection. It’s worth it.

The Windows 10 upgrade finally ended my long-time use of the Wacom Intuous I bought in the mid 90s. I had been hoping to not get the bluetooth version (I don't have a bluetooth receiver on my machine) but since they were sold out and the price wasn't too much more I got it anyway because I can just use it with the USB cable. It works great out of the box. I didn't care for the free software, but only because I have better software. It's a good, reliable, solid product that does what it was designed to do very well. Pressure and tilt sensitivity is great. It's not so big it takes up a lot of space on my desk and not so small I can't work with it. Just a perfect fit for me.

I like it I bought 1 for me and 1 for my son. I use it for photoshop and sketching. Was going to buy the small, but I figured I can map a small area of the medium to make the tablet working space smaller. I tried the Intuos Pro but its bulkier. I like the pen loop holder. I don't mind that the express keys are on top because I use mine with my keyboard. I don't care loosing the touch pad feature like the Pro. It's just cumbersome to use. I prefer the mouse. It's a little expensive, but last Intuos 2 lasted too long that it's not compatible with my new computer anymore

This thing is great! I work as a one-on-one math tutor. The day I found out I was going to have to start working remotely due to shelter in place, I drove straight to Best Buy to pick up this tablet. I've been using it to write and draw notes on a virtual whiteboard with my students. It works better than I could have hoped for! It was a little bit of an investment but I really don't know how I would have made it through the last 3 months of online tutoring without it. The medium was the perfect size for me.

    MY SON LOVES THIS

My son recently upgraded to this tablet from the smaller sized similar tablet. He's very pleased with it and highly recommends it. However, if you are choosing a tablet, please check your space. If you are right handed you need enough space next to your computer on the right for this to fit. It did not fit on the desk of my other son, who can only fit the smaller size Wacom tablet on his desk. If you truly want this size, or the larger one, if you don't have the space, you could add a small table to the side of your desk. Both sons point out that you need comfortable space to be able to create your drawings.

I ran out to get this tablet when my Wacom Intous3 officially broke (in the middle of a job of course!) and loved it from the second I opened it. I have no complaints. Works great both plugged in or with bluetooth and is so light and portable compared to my old one (granted my old tablet was ancient). The size is perfect too, could've probably gotten away with a small but wouldn't change my choice.

I found the smaller size harder to work with, so this one is perfect for me! The jump between the small and medium sizes is really significant though, but I have found this product so helpful with the work I have to do (Illustrator fashion flats and other basic fashion design computer work). A real time saver and I haven't had any hiccups so far in the 2+ months I have been using it.

I bought this to be able to write on me recorded lectures. It is a very awesome drawing tablet. The size is worth it as I was debating getting the smaller one but opted for the medium and was not disappointed. The pen is great too and comes with more tips in case you need more. Its a great all around tablet!

This tablet will work as both a Bluetooth wireless device and direct via USB if connected to your computer. The tablet is the perfect size for desktop use, small enough that you don't have to re-arrange your desktop each time you wish to use it. Resolution and response time are just what you'd expect from a Wacom brand tablet. No problems!

It is easy to use and setup. It is the perfect size for photo retouching. The customization is really nice since you can change it for each app it is used for. The only downside is it would be nice it there was place to put the pen so it doesn't get lost.

I have been encouraged to get a Wacom tablet for post-processing. It is going to take a learning curve for me to get it and use it efficiently but this one is the right size for me and very responsive.

Birth Day Present for my Daughter in Art School. Just what she wanted. Not too big and not too small. Very high quality and Wacom included other software with a purchase that is very expensive on its own.

been wanting a drawing pad for a while and picked this one up because it was available for curbside pick up near me. I originally wanted the small size but I don’t regret getting this medium sized one. Very fun to play around with. I’m not using it for anything serious so i wouldn’t be able to say if it’s perfect for amateur animators, or any type of artist in general but I would say it’s a great place to start. I would recommend getting this medium sized one of your looking into drawing seriously, I don’t think the small size would be sufficient.

I kinda got this on whim, but I'm so glad I did! This little board is awesome for my graphic design classes. I wish I would have gotten it sooner. Drawing and writing is so much fun. Even just using it to play solitaire is fun.

Couldn’t find my old Wacom tablet after moving into my new house, and I need one as a digital artist. I love these products and it was a perfect excuse to upgrade to a larger size!
