Don't buy this, the screen brightness is horrible and the cables are even worse. On top of that, there are better tablets for a similar or cheaper price (see xp pen).

Did not connect to my daughters desk top so we returned it . Best buy was amazing about the entire process

This was a total rip off, it just went blank the day after the warranty was up, I went to my local Best Buy and they agreed it sucked, but too bed.

Well, I returned this item, for the price point, is way behind it's competitors, the screen glare make it almost impossible to work on this if you have a desk lamp like I do. So it's a nope...

This product had little to no instruction. I hooked it up to my computer and it doesn’t work. Tried calling Best Buy for help to no avail!!

Absolute garbage. The screen broke (not physically, it won't show images) after three uses.

Garbage. Paid $400 and it doesn't even turn on properly and work. Too late to return it even though just opened as a gift and less than 30 days.

Stupidest thing i ever bought. Waste of money. I got scammed. Why would anyone spend 200 on something that has to be tethered when bluetooth has been invented.

This was a purchase I’ve been waiting a long time to make. I’ve been super excited about getting a Wacom tablet but I wasn’t able to get this to work with my current setup. I’m sure it’s something that the Best Buy sales people could have helped me with on the floor, but I didn’t have that opportunity so I just ended up returning it. Maybe I’ll try again when the stores open back up.

The teenage artists in our house were really excited to receive this as a gift. Unfortunately, after many hours of trying and failing to make it work with our desktop computer, we returned it. The core problem seems to be that it needs to be connected to an HDMI port on your computer. I bought a separate mini-port to HDMI connector so that the computer's video card could still output to the monitor, but the computer still never recognized the device as being connected through the HDMI port on the video card, even though we able to see the computer desktop on the Wacom One screen. I also tried connecting the Wacom One to the HDMI port on the motherboard, but still no luck. This device was ultimately exchanged for the Wacom Intuos Pro, which is actually a much more flexible artist's tool and has worked without issue or complication. I wish someone had steered me to that device in the first place, but hopefully this review will save others hours of angst and frustration. Get the Intuos Pro, not the One.

Seller was not clear on purchase. Returned item! Did not like the face that for the price it was not a use that easy to carry or travel with. You have to use with a laptop, so then you are traveling with two big items

Customer service was horrible, I had an iPhone appt. came in 10 minutes early then they told me the technician went to lunch and would be back in an hour. I came back and they told me sorry, he was in the bathroom. I asked if he was now available. they told me they couldn't fix my iPhone because they didn't have the parts. I scheduled this 2 days earlier, they should have had the parts. I'm not sure the technician was there at at. They did not have their act together. I will quick purchasing items at Best Buy after an experience like this. I then scheduled a appt with Apple at their store, they had the parts and were very helpful

I bought this unit new at Best Buy on February 10. The next morning I opened it up and plugged it in and the nib broke off inside the pen and I can't get it out. Web search says the only way to replace it. No way to eject the broken nib inside the pen . I don't have time to screw with this. Returning it to the store this morning. Frustrated. This is my second Wacom product and neither work as promoted
