The plug that’s connected to it is a micro usb and my 2nd generation has a usb c not micro so why would this be for a 2nd generation when 2nd generation has usb c

Make Solar with panels at only top and bottom,

I bought this for my elderly parents who live up north and it doesn’t even fit the ring doorbell I bought with it. I want my money back

Didn’t work and non-retrunable
