    The WD My passport 1TB is small and compact. No instructions in box. Wish it would have work for us. Had to return it.

    Sad the instructions are minimal and so hard to read. Had to go to the web to find how to install with success! Even went in to Geek Squad, had to make an appointment for the next day because they operate by appointment only????! (did the tech even understand me or know what to do?) Per the appointment with a different tech, it is backed up successfully. Current rating based on installation issues. Maybe easier for someone more tech savy!
