Received the wrong cabinets inside 2 days spent dealing with Best Buy to get the issue resolved still have no fridge and paid full price. Don’t reccomend.

We had a pretty specific list of requirements. This fridge met them all! We live in a small, older house. A counter-depth fridge was a must. We have a family of growing teens and we needed a spacious fridge. This fridge is wide and tall...without sticking out because of the depth. We love how easily this fit into our busy kitchen.

We received this fridge as an exchange for a previous Whirlpool. Here are the problems: 1.Suppose to be counter depth, but due to its design, it still sits more than 3 inches away from the wall! It almost sits out as far as my old non-counter depth! 2.Makes a very shrill high pitch noise when running. 3.The french doors are not even height, even after adjusting, they move back to the same misalignment. The left door will not close properly and must be pushed forcefully to close. 4.Freezer design is terrible, and top slider constantly gets stuck. 5.Upper lip of freezer looks terrible with weird dent marks...see pic For the price tag on this refrigerator, I cannot believe how many issues it has. I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone. I was not able to view this in the store before purchasing, so hopefully this review helps others. The only good thing to say is that its pretty :-(

At first I was scared to receive this fridge due to some negative comments, but I'm happy I did. One of the things that I was scared about was that the doors would not be leveled...like I read a lot of people say...BUT whoever setup their fridge to begin with, did not level the doors correctly. The right door is adjustable, so that is an easy fix. The fridge does not make any noise like another comment said. I have zero problems with the water dispenser and ice maker. So over all this fridge is not only beautiful, but it is made perfectly. MUST BUY!!

Love it! The size and capacity are huge. The look is sleek and modern. We ordered this a year ago and just now took delivery, so we are really happy it finally arrived. Operationally, so far so good. One major problem we had was the website dimensions of this unit were very misleading. In 2 different places the height is provided as one dimension, which fits our counter depth space perfectly. It wasn't until we took delivery that we discovered it was too high. Looking back at the website to determine how this could have happened, there is another section that must be expanded that provides a totally different height. Luckily we were able to make some rather significant cuts into the cupboard above, cut down the cupboard doors so they could remain functional and slide it in.

It is sleek and elegant in our new kitchen. Love the size with ice maker in the door giving more space in the storage areas. Well designed with shelving...doesn't make a sound. Perfect appliance especially in a small area where you have an open concept living area and in close proximity to bedroom.

Loved refrigerator and design at first however ice machine stopped working 1.5 years in and compressor went completely out 2.5 years into ownership. Expected better from an established brand such as whirlpool. Expensive doesn’t necessarily equal quality in this instance. It’s been a hassle dealing with scheduling repairs as well as inconvenient and expensive to replace all of the food that went to waste.

For the price of this fridge, it is not worth the money. The ice maker had to be replaced within 13 months and based on the other 3 whirlpool we purchased as a 4 piece appliance suite, this will soon break again. We have had repairs on each of the 4 whirlpool appliances within 13-15 months. Whirlpool will not deal with you after your one year manufacturer warranty is up. There are slight signs of rust on the door already and the words "ice" and "water" and just stickers, not etched into the metal, so they rub off ij a few months. Just poor quality products ans whirlpool definitely does not stand behind their products.

I loved the look inside and out of this frig. It fit in the space perfectly however, it did not work. It was new out of the back but for some reason it had not coolet in it so it never got cold. If you do buy this item, don't let the installer leave until you make sure it actually get cold.

We liked this fridge until it stopped working after four months. It was blowing warm air. Whirlpool sent a technician who diagnosed that it needed a new compressor. Waited three weeks. Different technician came out to do repair and determined there's a leak in the sealed system but cannot locate the leak. Whirlpool is insisting on more parts and labor, which means more time and essentially rebuilding a fridge that is not even six months old despite the technician saying it's highly unlikely to be repairable. Best Buy is also no help - appliance department Nicki suggested that I could "just buy a new one." Don't buy this fridge if your want your three thousand dollar purchase to last more than four months.

The refrigerator fits perfectly into our cabinet! It has a great look and more spacious than anticipated. We've only had it a few days and will update after we've had a chance to use it for a few months.

I have been waiting a long time to find just the right new fridge, this one definitely fits the bill. Large crisper drawer actually fits celery and cabbage, cauliflower ect. smaller crisper I use for fruits. Deli drawer is large, fits all the cheese, butter, eggs, lunchmeats. and the pull out drawer above the crispers is perfect for casseroles, prepped foods ready for dinner. Love it , thanks Whirlpool!

Keeps all items cold. No problems with the ice maker! May be small for a large family but accommodates the three of us well. Like the organization of the interior.

This fridge is sleek and keeps food fresh for a very long time. Produce lasts 3x longer than my old fridge. Might be because of the circulation design.

They have so much storage options and cabinets that it leaves very little space to actually store food. The water dispenser is right at the edge which makes a mess when dispensing water

This is my best purchase yet! So far...lol. It is sleek and so nice looking and has great storage!

Does everything as promised. Great counter depth model. Ice maker works great and keeps food cold.

We replaced a built-in with a counter depth and it looks great.
