The instructions mention an auto defrost - doesn’t happen. The compressor continues running no matter what. For what it’s worth it while it was on it was quite impressive in dropping the humidity but it took 4 hours to freeze. It’s been frozen since no matter what. I placed it in a basement and average temp has been 65-67 F. It’s fairly quiet however and I really wish it worked but this is incredibly annoying and I’m returning it.

Not What I Expected

A fan was running even when the desired humidity level was met. Not what I was looking for in a dehumidifier. I returned it.
