Great looking and Overall I think it does the job. I wasn’t sure about how the moisture function works so water was leaking at the bottom at first.

Excellent dryer. Varied settings allow clothes to dry on high as well as drying slower on a lower heat so that the clothes do not shrink. I was able to put wool sweaters in the dryer on a lower heat and they come out perfect every time without shrinking. The reason I took one star off is because the door needs a lot of force to close and open. It may be that a fastener needs to be adjusted.

I chose Whirlpool because I was very happy with all previous appliances we have purchased. This dryer is a complete miss. The top is sloped down so everything slides off. The door must be slammed hard to close and I often must do another cycle to get everything dry. Also, it is much smaller than the matching washer.

I like the different dryer setting options. I like using the Sensor setting. It stops when the load is dry. I don't have to go downstairs and the clothes are still not all the way dry because I didn't put the timer on long enough. But it does have a timed dry option if you want to use it.

We love this machine, it does everything we need it to do and more. We love the color and it’s super quiet. Truly impressed.

I really dont care for my door opening but husband said its how to builders put my gas linein the home which makes it difficult. Wish i can switch door around

We bought this Dryer and it works perfectly, it was an open box item, but not damaged. We paid at discounted price and still received a coupon. We also bought the same brand washer a couple of months ago.

Dear Best Buy, I am writing to express my immense frustration and disappointment with the delivery service for my recent appliance purchase. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the details of what transpired. The day before my scheduled delivery, I received a text from Best Buy instructing me to clear space for the delivery, which I did. I even took the day off work to ensure I would be home to receive the appliances. I also received a text from a driver named Chris from All American Installs LLC, who said they would arrive between 10 AM and 2 PM. When I asked for more information about the company to verify that this wasn’t a scam, I got no response. This lack of communication was incredibly unsettling. On the day of the delivery, I spoke with two different customer representatives. The first, Mike, assured me that the delivery was still on track, just delayed until later in the afternoon. That was a lie. When I followed up with Chris, the driver, he claimed he came by my house, knocked on the door, and even sent me a picture of my main entrance via text. None of this happened! I was home the entire day with my oldest son and mother-in-law, and nobody knocked on the door. To make matters worse, the driver told me to follow his instructions instead of Best Buy's official communications. Why should I trust someone I don’t know, especially when I don’t know how they got my information in the first place? The lack of transparency and coordination between Best Buy and your delivery partners is appalling. Later in the day, I spoke with another representative, Diliana, who tried to reach the dispatcher multiple times but was unsuccessful. She assured me someone would contact me after they were done. Surprise, surprise—no one ever did. In desperation, I went to my local Best Buy store and spoke with Joe, the manager. He apologized for the fiasco but couldn’t even promise that the appliances would be delivered the next day. Thankfully, a different company finally delivered the appliances the following day, and Dylan and his team did a good job. However, I had to pay an additional $125 to install the dryer because the connection wasn’t "up to code." This was never mentioned during the purchase or scheduling process. This was just the cherry on top of an already infuriating experience. Best Buy, this experience was unacceptable. I lost a day of work, dealt with unnecessary stress, and had to pay additional money for something that should have been a straightforward delivery. You need to seriously reconsider your choice of delivery partners and improve your communication with customers. Overall, this experience has left me deeply disappointed with Best Buy. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal. I expect better from a company like Best Buy, and I hope no other customer has to go through what I did. The machine does not dry the clothes within a reasonable timeframe. It takes hours for the clothes to dry. I have to remove some items from the dryer to allow items to dry properly.
