I purchased this online after confirming with the online chat associate who told me that it came with the 250gb internal hard drive, so I thought that's a great deal. I just wanted to confirm that before making the purchase which I did after getting it confirmed. A week later, I got the console and what a big surprise, it didn't have an internal hard drive, meaning no memory whatsoever. So I called customer service the following day and was told that if it's comparable to the $299.99 system, then it should have an internal hard drive, so a case was filed for me. I was then given a case number and was told that I should hear back from the credit department within 24 to 48 hours. 12 days later I still haven't heard back from anyone, so I called just to be told that nothing has been done with my case and the only option I was given is either to keep it or return it, otherwise, the case is pretty much a losing battle and there will not be any further action that will be taken on it. I just think this really sucks and I don't know if I can trust the chat associate when you can't really rely whether or not they're giving you the correct info and it it happens that they made a mistake, it's the customers who has to suffer for the misinformation... If you want to buy an xbox, just buy the one with the internal hard drive already installed because the price is just the same and you don't have to worry about installing it or if it will work.

bb couldnt even answer if it had a hard drive and what size i guess there is none, no controllers i guess none of them either,price ill give them what they offered NOTHING very poor sales

Yup, I jumped on this deal and was also unpleasantly surprised with this Xbox. When I went to download an xbox live update, it told me there was no memory unit. So I opened it up, and what do you know, there's no hard drive. The hard drive of this xbox was never specified in the description, but I assumed it was a 250, since it said it was worth $299. But even if this was the 4Gb for some crazy reason, it would still have a memory unit; it would just be smaller. So I still would have been able to download an update and get my gamertag on here. So something is seriously wrong with this thing. By the way, mine did come with a controller.

The xbox works great and is worth the price. The only downfall is there is no hard drive but i just used a flash drive. I received a headset, a controller, and a HDMI cable with the purchase. Played 48hrs on the system and found no problems what so ever. Great buy

The ad says $150 savings, but there's no hard drive or controller. There are new Xbox 360's that cost $199 that at least have a controller. I think BB should fire the person who wrote the ad.

i ordered this refurbished xbox360 even with the lack of detail and description and the bad reviews. I could not find where it said which model or what size hard drive or whether or not the controller was wireless or wired. however, unlike other customers i received the xbox 360 slim w/250 gb internal hard drive along with a black wireless controller, the head set and all cords and cables required to hook it up. Super easy to hook up. The wifi works perfectly and i've already downloaded games and updates and played....everything works fine.
